Customer satisfaction is one of the major issues in current marketing research. Among many studies on this issue, the best known is the determinants of customer satisfaction. This study is focused the involvement as a moderator of customer satisfaction. The data were collected from 113 students who have an experience using or buying the products and services. The present study found that the customer satisfaction has a relation with the following major characteristics. These are: 1) The direct effect of expectation on the customer satisfaction is significant in case of high involvement service. 2) The direct effect of performance has a difference between high involvement and low involvement. 3) And the direct effect of disconfirmation on the customer satisfaction is significantly different from the levels of involvement.

The syndrome of anomalous muscle bundle dividing the right ventricle into two pressure chambers has been described by many authors. The malformation should not be confused with tetralogy of Fallot itself because the obstructive hypertrophic bands are usually proximal to the right ventricular infundibulum. One case [11 years old male] of double chambered right ventricle due to aberrant muscle bundle with intact ventricular septum is presented. The pressure gradient was 68 mmHg between inflow and outflow tracts of right ventricle on cardiac catheterization. On opening the right ventricle, there noted stenosis of outflow tract by infundibular membrane, hypertrophied anomalous muscle bundle, thickened moderator band & hypertrophied anterior papillary muscle. Open heart surgery was carried out with the aid of extracorporeal support, Anomalous muscle bundle [1.0 cm x 4.0 cm] and infundibular membrane were resected safely. The hypertrophied moderator band was cut at mid-portion and anterior papillary muscle was split vertically. The postoperative course was uneventful and discharged in good condition 2 weeks later.

In this study, the work attitude of flight attendants who were performing emotional labor, had been explored. The organizational support system had been analysed to test its effect as a moderator on increasing positive job attitudes. It was found emotional labor had influence on work attitude of flight attendants. Emotional labor consisted in this study deep acting and surface acting. First, deep acting found positively related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, negatively related with intention to leave. Second, surface acting negatively related with job satisfaction and positively related with intention to leave. This study put organizational support systems as moderator. First, Training has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting. Organizational support has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, intention to leave. Counselling has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, job satisfaction. Peer support has same effect on the relationship between deep acting and intention to leave.

천연 산화 우라늄 핵연료와 중수 감속재를 사용하는 월성 1호기에 관한 온도 계수를 조사하였다. 핵연료, 감속재 및 냉각재 온도변화에 따른 중성자의 유효 증배 인자의 변화를 계산하였다. 계산된 결과를 LATREP 전자계산 code에 의한 온도 계수 값들과 비교하였다.

This study examined the relationships between children's stress about obsesity and depression. In order to expand the study on the relationships, special attention was given to the possible moderator effects of child's ego-resiliency. The subjects were 494 4th and 6th graders residing in Seoul. It was found that 6th grade children's stress about obesity and depression was higher more than 4th graders in every boys and girls. Otherwise, 4th grade children's ego resiliency more higher in girls, 6th grade children's ego resiliency more higher in boysn. Children's stress about obesity was significantly related with the levels of childre's depression. The results indicated that children's higher obesity stress was related to higher levels of children's depression. Children's ego resiliency were found to be a significant moderator of relationship between children's obesity stress and depression. These findings indicated that children's ego resiliency could fuction as a protecting factor for children who perceive obesity stress.

국내에서 방사성동위원소를 사용하고자 할 때는 법적으로 규제 허용값이 $100[{\mu}Ci]$ 이하의 값에 맞추어 이용하도록 되어있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이 규제 허용값에 알맞은 아스팔트 함량 측정기를 개발하기위한 기본 자료를 설계하였다. 선원 및 검출기의 특성에 따라 측정기를 기하학적으로 모델링하였고, 몬테카를로 방법으로 해석하는 MCNP 코드를 이용하여 중성자 및 광자의 입자수송을 해석하였고, 선원과 검출기의 위치, 그리고 중성자 흡수체 및 감속재의 기하학적 구조를 설계하였다.

RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) is a wireless frequency recognition technology that can be used to recognize, trace, and Identify people, things and animals using radio frequency. Although current RFID technology can provide wide advantages in many fields, most companies do not consider widely adopting this technology yet. This paper presents RFID implementation as a technology innovation. This research selects three affecting factors of IT infrastructure, fitness of Tag, fitness of Frequency, and one moderator of the power of business partners, on RFID adoption based on innovation model, and then empirical survey is conducted among the companies using RFID technology or planing for RFID adoption to investigate the relationship of three affacting factors and one moderator factor. Reserachers can find the direction to activate RFID technology as a competitive advantage.

During a station blackout (SBO), the initiating event is a loss of Class IV and Class III power, causing the loss of the pumps, used in systems such as the primary heat transporting system (PHTS), moderator cooling, shield cooling, steam generator feed water, and re-circulating cooling water. The reference case of the SBO case does not credit any of these active heat sinks, but only relies on the passive heat sinks, particularly the initial water inventories of the PHTS, moderator, steam generator secondary side, end shields, and reactor vault. The reference analysis is followed by a series of sensitivity cases assuming certain system availabilities, in order to assess their mitigating effects. This paper also establishes the strategies to mitigate SBO accidents. Current studies and strategies use the computer code of the Integrated Severe Accident Analysis Code (ISAAC) for Wolsong plants. The analysis results demonstrate that appropriate strategies to mitigate SBO accidents are established and, in addition, the symptoms of the SBO processes are understood.
