SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) SCADA refers to the combination of telemetry and data acquisition [1]. SCADA system has been used for remote measurement and control on the critical infrastructures as well as modem industrial facilities. Electric Power system is a representative system using SCADA network for its communication. Integration between many networks and increasing threatens of terrorism have made the potential risk by cyber attacks real and bigger in power system. Recently, many researching efforts have been made on SCADA network for improving its security. In general aspect, there are already several ways to secure the system like encryption, firewall, authentication, etc. In this paper, we focus on symmetric encryption method and propose the proper key distribution method to reflect the unique characteristics of SCADA network communication.

This paper Is to reconsider his architectural significance by understanding the role and moaning of the columns shown in the works of Mies. The reason of such an approach is to reflect the tendency to overlook the various significances of Mies's works as we interpret his architecture simply as a simplified work by abstraction. The process of simplification often neglects open interpretation so that it offers partial and unified cognition frame and causes remaking of closed meanings. It removes some possibilities of new interpretation for Mies's works. The study suggests that his columns are a medium to show the solid body transferring architectural significance in contrast to the immaterialization of body as transparency of modem architecture. It can be said that all the human cognition is usually made within the material limit of visibility and tangibility.

This paper describes design and implementation of home network control protocol for networked home appliances. The proposed network protocol has four-layered protocol structure and device-modem interface structure for the flexibility of modems based on power line communication. The standard message set is specified to guarantee the interoperability between various home appliances The proposed protocol can be easily implemented because it has minimum network overhead.

The Educational facilities is accomplishing the role as the community facilities through various programs that the culture leisure long-life education facilities etc. But The local residents do not use that facilities which is opened in the community actually well. Because it does not consider the various things that convenient for resident users who is not student. With sameness, School library which is opened to local community can not expect as a Public library with modem library services. The purpose of this study is propose the direction of architectural plan that must be considered for the sufficient role the School library which is opened to local community as the Public library.

The Chosun Exhibition was held in 1929 and the Architectural Association of Chosun(AAC) displayed model houses fur the fair. These model houses represented the new housing trend of the Chosun society, so this research was necessary to find out the facts. The main materials used for this research were issues from 'Chosun and Architecture'. The objects of this research was to find out the activity of the AAC and to classify the displayed model houses according to the structure, plan and interior. These three model houses depicted the improved housing designs at that time. Improved housing designs also depicted the convenience of everyday life, hygiene, improvement of facilities and the application of modem lift to that era. Therefore, these three houses would be revaluated as new models of houses for the Chosun society under education activity by the AAC.

The purpose of this study was to analyzes the transition process and architectural characteristics of Naju's old railway station building from 1913 to 2002. It considers measures for the conservation and reuse. It analyzes investigation record of the condition of Naju's station from 1948 to 1993 and standard building design at Japanese colonial period. It analyzes as well, transition of building through the comparison of the results of an investigation in 1993 and those of the present conditions. In addition, it analyzes interviews with the city officials and residents in city.

This paper addresses several issues concerning the analysis, design, modeling, simulation and development of single-phase, single-switch, power factor corrected AC-DC high frequency switching converter topologies with transformer isolation. A detailed analysis and design is presented for single-switch topologies, namely forward buck, flyback, Cuk, Sepic and Zeta buck-boost converters, with high frequency isolation for discontinuous conduction modes (DCM) of operation. With an awareness of modem design trends towards improved performance, these switching converters are designed for low power rating and low output voltage, typically 20.25W with 13.5V in DCM operation. Laboratory prototypes of the proposed single-switch converters in DCM operation are developed and test results are presented to validate the proposed design and developed model of the system.

휴대용 컴퓨터의 폭넓은 보급으로 인해 사용자의 이동성을 살린 무선 정보망의 실현 수단으로서 무선 LAN 에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 무선 LAN 이 향후 정보 통신 기반구조로 자리하기 위해서는 사용자의 이동성을 보장하기 위한 효과적인 로밍 기술이 절대적이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화가 진행중인 IEEE 802.1X를 기반으로 하여 무선 LAN 환경에서 사용자의 안전한 이동성 보장을 위한 서로 다른 도메인 간의 단말 이동을 지원하는 로밍 보안 방법론을 제안한다. 인증 및 키교환 메커니즘은 EAP-TLS 를 기준으로 하며, 로밍이 발생할 때 TLS 의 핸드쉐이크 과정을 단순화하는 접근을 사용한다.

본 논문에서는 대역확산 방식으로 제안되고 있는 CDMA 시스템의 송수신 모뎀을 FPGA를 이용하여 설계 및 검증을 수행하였다. 송신기에서는 Walsh code(N=16), PN(7 stage=127chip)code를 데이터에 곱하여서 송신하고, 수신기에서는 송신기에서 사용했던 Walsh code(N=16)와 PN code를 사용하여 역확산 후 source data를 확인하였다. 송수신기의 설계는 Xilinx사의 FPGA 디자인 툴인 Xilinx foundation3.1을 사용하여 VHDL simulation을 수행하였고, FPGA 회로설계 검증 장비인 EDA-Lab 3000 장비를 사용하여 Xilinx사의 SPARTAN2 2S100PQ208칩에 다운로드 한 후 에뮬레이션 툴 인 Design-Pro shop을 사용하여 설계된 회로의 동작을 확인하였다.

최근 UWB, IEEE802.11n과 같은 고속 무선 통신에서는 고속의 암호/복호 처리가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 UWB, Zigbee, IEEE802.11과 같은 최신 무선 통신 기술에서 보안 기능의 근간이 되는 CCM(CTR+CBC-MAC) 보안 모드 구현에 관한 것이다. AES와 같은 블록암호알고리즘과 결합된 CCM 기능을 하드웨어로 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. 특히, MAC, DMA모듈과 Hard-wired된 형태로 구현하여 통신속도 저하없이 무선 데이터 송/수신과 동시에 실시간으로 암호/복호 연산을 수행할 수 있으며, CCM 구동 clock을 최소화하여 고속 동작과 저전력 설계의 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
