LDA토픽 모델링을 활용한 생성형 AI 챗봇의 탐색적 연구 : 기존 AI 챗봇 서비스 품질 요인과의 비교 (An Exploratory Study of Generative AI Service Quality using LDA Topic Modeling and Comparison with Existing Dimensions)

  • 인공 지능 (AI), 특히 텍스트 생성 서비스 분야에서의 발전은 두드러지게 나타나고 있으며, AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) 시장은 2028년까지 550억 달러에 달할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 합성 텍스트 미디어 소프트웨어의 품질 요소를 탐구하였으며, 이를 위해 ChatGPT, Writesonic, Jasper, 그리고 Anyword와 같은 산업의 주요 서비스에 주목하였다. 소프트웨어 평가 플랫폼에서 수집된 4,000개 이상의 리뷰를 바탕으로, Gensim 라이브러리를 활용한 잠재 디리클레 할당 (LDA) 주제 모델링 기법을 적용하였다. 이 분석을 통해 11개의 주제가 도출되었다. 이후 이 주제들을 AICSQ 및 AISAQUAL과 같은 기존 논문에서 다루었던 AI 서비스 품질 차원과 비교 분석하였다. 리뷰에서는 가용성 및 효율성과 같은 차원이 주로 강조되었으며, 이전 연구에서 중요하게 여겨졌던 사람다움과 같은 요소는 본 연구에서 강조되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 AI 서비스의 본질적 특성, 즉 사용자와의 직접적인 상호작용보다 의미론적 이해에 더 중점을 둔다는 특성 때문으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 단일 리뷰 원천 및 평가자들의 인구 통계의 특정성과 같은 잠재적 편향을 인정하며, 향후 연구 방향으로는 이러한 품질 차원이 사용자 만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 개별 차원이 전체 평점에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 깊은 분석을 제안한다.

상생협력 품질경영의 추진방안에 관한 연구 - 기업 내부역량의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on Scheme for driving the Win-Win Cooperation of Quality Management)

  • Purpose: In the paper, I studied success factors and measures for win-win quality management for boosting corporate competitiveness through the achievement of high quality. Methods: As such, to that end, data of companies' win-win quality management activities and Cooperation performance were gathered. Also, I had a literature review and working staffs'opinions were gathered to develop items related to trade dependence, quality cooperation, and mutual trust and cooperation. To develop the questionnaire, sufficient literature survey was conducted, and advice was sought from experts of manufacturing companies which practice Win-Win Cooperation. Results: Based on these previous researches and analysis by structural equation modeling, among trade dependence factors, overall, other factors except financial dependence and some detailed factors were found to have a relatively significant influence relation. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that if individual organizations can construct an effective quality improvement system and positively pursue win-win activities, it will contribute greatly to achieving high quality and improving financial performance. However, given the time and regional limits of this study, more in-depth studies need to be conducted on measures for boosting quality competitiveness through Win-Win Cooperation.

  • BRIS has been established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs since 2011 under Article 21 of the Act on the Preservation, Management and Utilization of Agricultural Life Resources. It is an information service that provides information related to agricultural life resources in connection with the Rural Development Administration, the Forest Service, and Korea Seed & Variety Service, Agricultural Resources and Agricultural and Livestock Quarantine Headquarters. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the users assess the information system quality (information quality, system quality) for the current Bio Resource Information Service (BRIS). Ultimately, the structural equation modeling analyzes the causal relationship between each variable and how it responds to the user's continuous use intention. As a result, information quality among information system quality and information quality among system quality used as the main variables for the evaluation of BRIS were statistically positively influenced by users' perceived usefulness, while system quality It has been analyzed to have a positive effect on the sustained use intention. The user's continuous use intention is positively influenced by the information system quality and perceived usefulness at a statistically significant level. Especially, the perceived usefulness plays a role in mediating the user's continuous use intention.

  • 무선 센서 네트워크 어플리케이션의 기능 요구를 달성하기 위한 주요한 수단은 실세계에서 얻는 데이터이므로 어플리케이션 개발 과정에 있어서 데이터에 관한 품질 개선은 중요한 과제이다. 어플리케이션 개발 시 저비용의 프로토타입을 개발하고 빠른 기간 내에 품질을 개선하기 위한 것과 상세한 품질개선에 대한 요구 사항을 만족하는 것이 가능해야 한다. 그러나 기존의 개발방법은 추상도를 일관되게 사용하기 위한 기술능력과 기술의 용이성간의 이율배반적인 관계로 인하여 동시에 두 가지를 만족할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 추상도가 다른 복수의 모델링 언어를 병용해 사용함으로써 데이터 품질 개선을 지원하는 메타 데이터 설계를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 설계대상마다 적절한 추상도를 사용하도록 모델링 언어를 정의하고 이들의 사용방법을 제안한다. 또한 상위모델 설계를 하위 모델에 반영함으로써 실제와 근접한 자동모델교환규칙을 정의할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 미국의 수질교환법의 제정 이후 이 법안의 적용을 위하여 많은 파일럿 프로그램과 프로젝트가 생성되었으나 실제로 수질교환이 이루어 지는 경우는 흔치 않은 현실이다. 수질교환법의 적용이 용이하지 않은 이유로 가장 큰 것은 교환 지역 양측간의 공정성을 확보하기가 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 또한 도시개발로 유발되는 비점오염원의 유출량으로 인한 하천의 환경영향의 불확실성이 정책입안자의 법안 적용을 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문은 수질 모델링 프로그램 중 도시의 불투수면의 유출을 모의하기에 유용한 Hydrological Simulation Program-Fortran (HSPF)을 이용하여 미래의 도시개발 시나리오에 대응하는 점오염과 비점오염원 유출량을 도출하였다. 도시개발의 정도와 강우강도에 따른 부유탁도의 증가분을 계산 함으로써 향후 도시개발이 미치는 수질 영향을 하천 상 하류 간의 수질교환 단위로 전환하여 제시하였다. 제시된 지역 특화된 수질교환단위는 정책입안자와 이해관계자들에게 수질교환법 적용을 위한 정책결정 시스템으로 사용될 수 있다.

강우-유출로 인한 달천 하도내 수질 변화와 2차원 해석 (2-Dimensional Analysis and the Changes of Water Quality in the Channel at Dal Stream due to Rainfall-Runoff)

  • 달천의 하도내에서 종횡단의 수질조사 및 하천특성에 대한 분석을 수행하였으며, 주요 지점을 중심으로 유량변화에 따른 수질변화를 검토하였다. 강우의 발생으로 유량이 증가한 경우에 BOD의 농도는 감소하였으며, TN과 TP의 농도는 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 유량이 증가하였던 Case 2에서 BOD, TN, TP는 모두 유속과 수심에 대하여 큰 상관계수를 보였다. 강우가 비점오염원의 유입을 유도하여 하도내 수질변화에 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 하도내의 유속은 수치모형(SMS)을 통해서 분석할 수 있었으며, 경사가 크고, 하도의 폭이 좁은 상류 구간에서 비교적 유속이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 2차원 하도내에서 오염원의 거동특성이 모의되었으며, 주수로인 흐름의 중앙부분으로 오염원이 빠르게 확산되는 것으로 나타났다. 오염 확산은 흐름에 큰 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 모의되었다.

한 도시 사업체 에너지 수급의 최적화 방안 연구 - 대기오염지수와 경제성 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Pro-Environmental Energy Supply Program of Urban Enterprises on the concept of BAT(Best Available Technology): Application of Air Environmental Indices and Benefit-Cost Analysis Based)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek AEI(Air Environmental Indices), PSI(Pollutant Standard Index) and the urban air quality control goal(the best available alternative energy program) by assessing the best ratio of energy types used in urban enterprises, based on harmful health effect and air quality standard and costs. This study is focused on an urban area(Puchun), where area sourcees are associated with heavy traffic, large population, and its industrial sources with large emissions. In the first step, air modeling, estimation of AEI and PSI, and benefit-cost analysis were carried out. In the second step, we assessed that 660 scenarios about the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in urban enterprises with regard to air quality and cost. In the third step, the best available alternative energy program was selected for the ratio of energy species(B-C oil, light oil and LNG) by using the lexicographic method. From the emission analysis, main source of $NO_2$ is identified as industries and air quality is evaluated according to the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in urban enterprise. The modeling data of TSP, $SO_2$, $NO_2$, CO, $O_3$, by ISC3 and PBM are respectively $118{\mu}g/m^3$, 0.027ppm, 0.025ppm, 2.0ppm, 0.55ppm in indurstrial area. That data are close to Environmental Air Quality Standard. By means of sensitivity analysis, we obtained the difference in concentration between the areas(Nae-dong, Joong-dong) according to the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in the industries. From the result of alternatives assessment the lowest AEI value and cost, the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG are 2.5%, 20%, 77.5%, respectively.

명태의 보관시간에 따른 품질 예측 모델링 (Using Modeling to Predict Alaska Pollack Quality during Storage)

  • Several quality parameters affecting Alaska pollack, Theragra chalcogramma, were measured and modeled kinetically under storage at different temperatures: the K-value, trimethylamine (TMA), volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), Torry meter, pH, acid value (AV), total viable cell count (TVC), and colony forming units (CFU) of Pseudomonas spp. The off-flavor development time (ODT) was also measured using the R-index sensory test and modeled kinetically. Among the quality parameters, the CFU of Pseudomonas spp. was an indicator of the ODT according to a similarity in the Arrhenius temperature dependence, which was derived as a criterion mathematically. The temperature dependence was represented by the Arrhenius's activation energy ($E_a$). On comparing the $E_a$ of the quality factors and the ODT, the similarity in the temperature dependence was found to be high in the order Pseudomonas spp., pH, VBN, TVC, K-value, TMA, AV, and Torry meter. Therefore, Pseudomonas spp. was identified as the primary indicator of ODT.

  • Purpose: The study purposes were to construct and test structural equation modeling on the causal relationship of community residents' perceived quality of care, image, and role performance with satisfaction, intention to (re)visit and intention to recommend hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 3,900 community residents from 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire was designed to collected information on personal characteristics and community awareness of public hospitals. Community awareness consisted of 6 factors and 18 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. Results: Model fit indices for the hypothetical model were suitable for the recommended level: ${\chi}^2=796.40$ (df=79, p<.001), GFI=.93, AGFI=.90, RMSR=.08, NFI=.94. Quality of care, image, and role performance explained 68.1% of variance in community awareness. Total effect of quality of care process factors on satisfaction (path coefficients=3.67), intention to (re)visit (path coefficients=2.67) and intention to recommend hospital (coefficients=2.45) were higher than other factors. Conclusion: Findings show that public hospitals have to make an effort to improve community image through the provision of quality care, and excellent role performance. Support for these activities is available from both Central and Local Governments.

Assessment of Water Quality Calibration Criteria for Field-Scale Water Quality Model

  • The objective of this study was to assess the statistics and associated criteria for field-scale model used to simulate nutrient concentrations in paddy field. CREAMS-PADDY, a modified version of the field-scale CREAMS model, simulates the hydrologic, sediment, and nutrient cycles in paddy fields was applied in this study. The model was calibrated and validated using data from study rice paddy fields in Republic of Korea. The calibration statistics include mean and the minimum-maximum range associated with a "temporal window" that spans a period of several days. Because nutrient concentrations in paddy filed are typically sampled infrequently (on a weekly basis, at best) and represent only an instant in time, it is not reasonable to expect any model to simulate a daily average concentration equal to an observed value on a particular day. The 5-day window and related calibration statistics were applied in this study and the applicability of this concept was tested for field-scale water quality model. As a result of calibration and validation, the ponded water nutrient concentration values showed only small changes except the fertilization period. Because of the small changes in ponded water concentration, the size of 5-day window was too small to capture the observed values. Further study is required to establish the 5-day window calibration method for field-scale water quality modeling.
