In this paper, I recognized Korean isolated words using CVEM which is suggested by M. Bilginer et al. CVEM is an algorithm which is easy to extract the common properties from training voice signals and also doesn't need complex calculation. In addition CVEM shows high accuracy in recognition results. But, CVEM has couple of problems which are impossible to use for many training voices and no discriminant information among extracted common vectors. To get the optimal common vectors from certain voice classes, various voices should be used for training. But CVEM is impossible to get continuous high accuracy in recognition because CVEM has a limitation to use many training voices and the absence of discriminant information among common vectors can be the source of critical errors. To solve above problems and improve recognition rate, k-clustering subspace method and DCVEM suggested. And did various experiments using voice signal database made by ETRI to prove the validity of suggested methods. The result of experiments shows improvements in performance. And with proposed methods, all the CVEM problems can be solved with out calculation problem.

This study aimed to investigate the validity and appropriate way of career education according to the integration of home economics subjects, as a way of revitalization of career education in technology and home economics subjects, after the implementation of free semester system. For this goal, the meaning and trend of free semester system, trend of subject-integrated career education, analysis of curriculum in technology home economics education subject, and trend of research about career education in home economics were investigated. The result was as in the following. First, in spite of the ambiguity of the meaning of free semester, the career education will be expanded as the importance of lifelong career education was more and more required. Second, the career paths separated from subjects had problem in its effectiveness, therefore, subject-integrated career education emphasizing on school subjects will become more crucial. Third, it was presented that extracting core achievement standard in subject-integrated career education in technology home economics education according to core achievement standard was critical. For these reasons, the objective and model of career education in home economics education under free semester system were illustrated.

In recent years, as network technology develops, the usage of streaming services by users is increasing. However, the complexity of streaming services is also increasing due to various terminal environments. Even when streaming the same content, it is necessary to re-encode the content according to the type of service. In order to solve the complexity and latency of the streaming service, Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) has standardized the Common Media Application Format (CMAF). In addition, as content transmission using a communication network becomes possible, the Republic of Korea's Ultra High Definition (UHD) broadcasting standard has been enacted as a hybrid standard using a broadcasting network and a communication network. The hybrid service enables various services such as transmitting additional information of contents or providing user-customized contents through a communication network. The Republic of Korea's UHD transmission standard utilizes MPEG Media Transport (MMT), and Mobile MMT is an extension of MMT to provide mobile network-specific functions. This paper proposes a method of inserting CMAF contents suitable for various streaming services using signaling messages of MMT and Mobile MMT. In addition, this paper proposes a model for content insertion system in heterogeneous network environment using broadcasting and communication networks, and verifies the validity of the proposed technology by checking the result of content insertion.
Purpose - Recently actively growing franchise systems distribution channel system in which franchise headquarter compared with franchise occupies an important place in distribution channel. Due to this, franchise and franchise headquarter are interdependent on task and in this situation the goal they go after, motivation and objective are probably inconsistent. If so, possibility to participate goal setting process or operating activity of opposite side is becoming bigger and in the end conflict may generate. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of the supervisor's attitude and expertise as moderating factors in the relationship between goal-incongruity/coercive power/role-incongruity and the conflict perceived by franchisee. Research design, data and methodology - This study was intended to verify how the supervisor's attitude and expertise as moderating factors in the relationship between goal-incongruity/coercive power/role-incongruity and the conflict perceived by franchisee. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, some study models and hypotheses have been established through theoretical examinations. Then, using these scales, the researcher completed the questionnaire survey. To test our hypotheses, the survey was conducted from March 9, 2016 for 20 days by random sampling, The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire. A survey of 124 restaurant franchisee across Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was performed. A total of 124 completed responses were analyzed. In this study, I used SPSS 22.0 to analyze data and did frequency analysis to see demographic, and general features of the respondents; also did exploratory factor analysis to examine the validity of the items of measurement. Factor analysis was first calculated at a minimum, the number of factors, principal component analysis used when variables are committed to maximising the information with (principle component analysis) and the rotation of factors were angry about the great variable factors than 1.0 by applying Varimax rotation. In addition, I used the value of Cronbach's (Alpha) to examine the reliance of questionnaire items, final analysis the reliability factor can be found both high reliability hayeoteumeuro exceeds over 0.6 and did Multiple regression analysis to test hypothesis and also did hierarchical regression analysis to examine moderating effect. Results - To analyze the proposed model, according to the analysis result, it was found that the influence of goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity on the perceived conflict of franchisee is moderated by the supervisor's attitude and expertise. That is, the more the supervisor's attitude and expertise were positive, the more the conflicts of the goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity were decreased. It also confirmed previous research's finding that goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity positively influence on the conflict. Conclusions - According to the results of this research which reduces the conflict of franchise from the in consistent goal; coercive power, and inconsistent role of superiors, it provides very important implications for franchise headquarter which has franchise system and also give them some suggestion about how to recruit superiors and what kind of training may be fit for the superiors.

Blockchain technology has been highly evaluated for its contracts (contracts for sale, real estate contracts) because of its excellent security, including integrity and non-repudiation. In a blockchain, these contract services can be developed using a technology called a smart contract, and several blockchain platforms provide a programming language for developing smart contracts. Bitcoin and Ethereum, typical blockchain platforms, provide the Bitcoin Scripts and Solidity languages. Using these programming languages, we can develop the smart contract, a digital contract that can be processed dynamically. Smart contracts are being developed in a variety of areas, but studies of designs based on a blockchain are insufficient. In this paper, we propose a meta-model and a static/dynamic design method based on Unified Modeling Language (UML) for smart contracts based on Ethereum. We propose a method for static design attributes and functions of smart contracts, and propose a technique for designing structures among contracts. Dynamic design proposes a technique for designing deployment, function calls, and synchronization among smart contracts, accounts, and blocks within a blockchain. Experiments verify the validity of the design method by applying the static/dynamic design method through real estate contracts.

The purpose of the present study was to validate the Need for Closure Scale-Short Form (NFCS-SF), which measures the need for cognitive closure. Participants completed questionnaires regarding need for cognitive closure, intolerance of uncertainty, depression, and anxiety. Of the 536 data collected between May and July 2017, data from a total of 495 participants were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and M-Plus. The results of the study are as follows. First, a 15-item selection comprised three items from each facet scale via exploratory factor analysis. Second, the NFCS-SF demonstrated good internal consistency (Study 1, Cronbach's α=.85; Study 2, Cronbach's α=.84). Third, the results of the confirmatory factor analyses supported a 5-factor model (χ2(80)=178.34, p<.001; CFI=.87, TLI=.83, RMSEA=.07, SRMR=.08). Fourth, the NFCS-SF showed significant correlation with the measures of intolerance of uncertainty (r=.58, p<.01), depression (r=.16, p<.05), and anxiety (state anxiety, r=.31, p<.01; trait anxiety, r=.29, as well as the NFCS (r=.86, p<.01). Based on these findings, significance and limitations of the results as well as suggestions for further study are discussed.

Indoor localization based on visible-light communication using the received signal strength intensity (RSSI) has been widely studied because of its high accuracy compared with other wireless localization methods. However, because the RSSI can vary according to the inclination and azimuth of the receiver, a large error can occur, even at the same position. In this paper, we propose a visible-light communication-based 3-D indoor positioning algorithm using the Gauss-Newton technique in order to reduce the errors caused by the change in the inclination of the receiver. The proposed system reduces the amount of computations by selecting the initial position of the receiver through the linear least-squares method (LSM), which is applied to the RSSIs, and improves the position accuracy by applying the Gauss-Newton technique to the 3-D nonlinear model that contains the RSSIs acquired by the changes in the azimuth and inclination of the receiver. In order to verify the validity of the proposed algorithm in an indoor space with dimensions of $6{\times}6{\times}3m$ where 16 LED lights are installed, we compare and analyze the errors of the conventional linear LSM-based trilateration technique and the proposed algorithm according to the changes in the inclination and azimuth of the receiver. The experimental results show that the location accuracy of the proposed algorithm is improved by 82.5% compared to the conventional LSM-based trilateration technique.

In this study, we analyzed the effect of FAN and oil cooler application on APU. MIL-STD-810 was applied to the atmospheric environment and radiation dose in order to perform thermal flow analysis. The heat flow was analyzed for the case in which the inlet / outlet fan was applied (Case 1), the case in which the inlet fan and the oil cooler were applied (Case 2), and the case in which the inlet / outlet fan and the oil cooler were applied (Case 3). As a result, it was confirmed that the cylinder head temperature of Case 3 was 21.4 times lower than that of Case 1 and 8.0 times lower than that of Case 2. Experiments were conducted under the same ambient conditions in order to examine the validity of the results. The numerical values and experimental results showed a difference of less than 7%. Through this, we were able to confirm that the APU heat flow optimization model satisfies the design conditions. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for optimizing heat flow of APU.

The leading technologies of the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist System) are ACC (Advanced Cruise Control), LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist System), and AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking). LKAS is a system that uses cameras and infrared sensors to control steering and return to its running lane in the event of unintentional deviations. The actual test is performed for a safety evaluation and verification of the system. On the other hand, research on the system evaluation method is insufficient when an additional steering angle is applied. In this study, a model using Prescan was developed and simulated for the scenarios proposed in the preceding study. Comparative analyses of the simulation and the actual test were performed. As a result, the modeling validity was verified. A difference between the front wheels and the lane occurred due to the return velocity. The results revealed a maximum error of 0.56 m. The error occurred because the lateral velocity of the car was relatively small. On the other hand, the distance from wheels to the lanes displayed a tendency of approximately 0.5 m. This can be verified reliably.

Since Campbell (1990) proposed multidimensionality of job performance, unlike the single structure of traditional job performance, it has been largely classified as task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. The objective of this study is to validate the threecriteria currently considered major aspects of job performance, to identify different types of performance based on three dimensions, and to compare the power of personality factors among performance types. A total of 681 employees working at various organizations participated in an on-line survey. The survey included boththe exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. A 3-factor job performance model consisting of three dimensions was also included. The relationships between performance dimensions and personality factors differedby dimensions of performance, supporting the validity of the 3-factor structure of performance.The results of the Latent Profile Analysis identified four types of performance: exemplary, moderately conscientious moderate, and conscientious, butlow.. The Multinomial logistic regression analysis showed each type differed significantly according to the predictors of personality variables. In conclusion, implications and limitations of the study were noted.
