Productivity and Economic Analysis of Sandwich Panel Construction Work by Shop Fabrication (공장가공에 따른 샌드위치 패널공사의 생산성 및 경제성 분석)

  • The domestic construction market started to expand steadily since 1970s. The building market which utilizes a sandwich panel with advantages of economical construction expenses and convenient construction has grown rapidly in recent years. However, the companies which specialize in constructing sandwich panels are relatively small or medium size, compared with other construction companies. As a result, studies on the improvement of productivity have not been conducted sufficiently. In this study, the construction sites of sandwich panel are investigated, and the work processes by each team are analyzed. Additionally, the productivity and the construction cost of each work group are analyzed by constructing a model using the Web-Cyclone. It analyzed sensitivities about change of productivity and work costs following in processing place of the panel which is one of the productivity effect factors, so it assayed the optimized productivity by each work group and work costs. Analysis showed that 30% of productivity has improved compared with the factory processing work group, and analysis of work costs showed that about 15% of work costs was increased. Also sensitivity analysis of opening ratio showed that the work costs optimization will be accomplished when about 20% of opening was processed from the factory.

  • The importance of process improvement under construction has arisen from recent issue, lower productivity in the construction site. The various 3D modeling program is utilized in the procedure of construction as an alternative solution. However, it's still shortage of the consideration about a specific technical application. The purpose of the study in this paper is helpful to improve the productivity of construction site using 3D realization of constructing place as one of extensive modeling technologies, which leads to not only efficient management of construction site allowing people to check the real time situation in the place but also the revitalization of information flow about building process control and prgress, Therefore, I research into modeling algorithm and extensive construction site realization technology. 3D realization of building place would reduce the safety concerns by providing the real time information about construction site, and it could help to access easily to similar project through collecting and appling the database of sites. Furthermore it can be an opportunity to develop the procedure of production in construction industry and to upgrade the image of this field.

Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention for Arboretum Visitors (수목원 방문자들의 지각된 가치, 만족 및 재방문 의도간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship among perceived value, satisfaction and revisit intention for visitors of the Korea National Arboretum. Three hundred respondents were selected by quota sampling, and well-known measurement scales utilized in marketing field were adopted in order to measure three variables with some modification to apply for arboretum visitors. Results of structural equation model showed that perceived value affected visitors' satisfaction, which in turn influenced revisit intention. Specifically, "emotional value" had the most significant influence on satisfaction, followed by "value for money" and "novelty value"; however, "social value" was not an influential construct. Based on calibration results, several strategies were suggested for the effective management. Authors advised that (a)improvement of measurement scale of value, (b)inclusion of self-congruity as antecedent variable to satisfaction, (c)changing revisit intention to word-of-mouth communication as a post-purchase behavioral intention, and (d)implementation of market segmentation should be considered for future research.

시스템 개발 프로세스 관리 능력의 향상을 위한 방안: 지식관리적 접근방법

  • 정보시스템 개발노력의 상당수는 실패로 끝나고 있다. 최근 통계에 따르면 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 반은 실패로 끝난다고 한다[kaplan, 1998]. 이와 같은 높은 실패율은 시스템 개발을 위한 노력을 체계적으로 투입하지 못하고 개발 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 노력을 단위프로젝트 차원에서만 집중시키는데서 연유한다고 생각된다. 다시 말해 장기적인 관점에서 개발조직의 역량 향상이라는 보다 근본적인 목표를 간과하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 분야에서는 정보시스템 개발과 관련'한 개발 조직의 능력을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 접근방법이 제시되고 있다. 개발조직의 개발 프로세스 성숙도를 진단하기 위한 측정도구로 개발된 카네기멜론대학의 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)과 ISO 에서 정의한 표준인 SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) 모델이 그 대표적인 예에 속한다. 그러나 이와 같은 모델들은 개발조직의 프로세스 개선을 위한 방향과 요건은 제시하고 있지만, 이를 조직 내에서 구현하기 위한 구체적인 방법이나 수단은 제시해주지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 접근방법 역시 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 역량 이나 개발경험이 일천한 우리 현실에서는 부분적인 성과 이상을 기대하기는 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점이 개발 프로젝트와 관련된 경험이나 지식을 효과적으로 추출하고, 획득하고, 체계화하고, 시스템화하여 조직 내에서 활용하려는 노력이 부족한기 때문이라고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개발조직의 역량 향상을 위한 지식관리적 접근 방법의 세가지 유형을 제시하기로 한다.>$Ca^{2+}$ 는 뿌리에서, $Mg^{2+}$ 는 잎에서 많았으며, $PO_4$$^{-}$ 는 과실과 줄기에서 많았다. 배지간에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았으며, $K^{+}$, $Ca^{2+}$$Mg^{2+}$ 는10:0에서, $PO_4$$^{-}$ 는 8:2에서 각각 많았다.해 제품을 판매하였으며, 기업 및 제품이미지 제고를 위한 고객에 대한 서비스도 강화하고 있었다. 통신기기업체내지 소프트웨어 산업으로의 진출이 가능할 수 있도록 상호진출을 허용할 필요가 있다고 본다. 이를 위해서 우리 나라 정부 역시 미국처럼 새로운 통신개혁법을 만들 필요가 있다. 새로운 통신개혁법의 핵심적인 사항으로서 첫째, 통신과 CATV간의 상호진입을 허용, 둘째, 통신사업자가 통신관련 기기산업에 참여할 수 있는 규제완화를 허용, 셋째, 유아단계에 있는 소프트웨어 및 컨테트산업을 육성하는데 산업육성책 수립 등을 적극적으로 추진하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 현재 국내 재벌기업들로 구성되어 있는 기반산업을 지원하는 기술개발 지원체제와 육성정책을 소프트웨어 및 컨텐트의 응용산업으로 개편할 필요성도 제시되며, 이를 위해 범부처 차원에서 소프트웨어 및 컨텐트 육성정책을 지원하는 종합적인 대책을 마련해야 한다고 본다.서, Li-K, Li-Na탄산염에 대하여 부 식거동을 검토한 결과, 가압하에서 내식성이 향상되는 것이 발견되었다. 이유로서는 가압하에서 용융탄산엽의 증가된 산화력으로 보다 치밀한 내식성 산화물 피막이 형성되기 때문으로 생각되고 있다. 또

  • In context of e-commerce, negotiation is a procedure to help negotiate between buyer and seller by adjusting their negotiation issues such as price and in terms of payment. We used intelligent agent and mobile device to promote new framework of e-commerce. Moreover, this framework can help buyers and sellers to carry their commercial transactions effectively. In regard to that issue, we need to carry out the research of negotiation agent that can be used in e-commerce fields. In this paper, we modeled the negotiation using CSP for the performance of agent in m-commerce environment. Furthermore we implemented interface for mobile device to extract buyer's requirement and preference easily Besides that we used utility function to make a decision for various evaluation functions and suggestions that are used for evaluation of negotiation issues. A difficulty of generating offer is dependent on the number of negotiation issues and the range of the values. Therefore, if any offer has a number of negotiation issues and the range of values are wide, the search space will be exponentially expanded. There have been many studies fur solving this problem, we applied those techniques to improve the agent's ability of negotiation. For example, a contract can be accomplished by exchanging seller and buyer's offer that is generated by agent to adjust the requisite profit for each party. Finally, we show the improvement of satisfaction as the negotiation is processed.

Rare Malware Classification Using Memory Augmented Neural Networks (메모리 추가 신경망을 이용한 희소 악성코드 분류)

  • As the number of malicious code increases steeply, cyber attack victims targeting corporations, public institutions, financial institutions, hospitals are also increasing. Accordingly, academia and security industry are conducting various researches on malicious code detection. In recent years, there have been a lot of researches using machine learning techniques including deep learning. In the case of research using Convolutional Neural Network, ResNet, etc. for classification of malicious code, it can be confirmed that the performance improvement is higher than the existing classification method. However, one of the characteristics of the target attack is that it is custom malicious code that makes it operate only for a specific company, so it is not a form spreading widely to a large number of users. Since there are not many malicious codes of this kind, it is difficult to apply the previously studied machine learning or deep learning techniques. In this paper, we propose a method to classify malicious codes when the amount of samples is insufficient such as targeting type malicious code. As a result of the study, we confirmed that the accuracy of 97% can be achieved even with a small amount of data by applying the Memory Augmented Neural Networks model.

A Study on Estimation of a Beat Spectrum in a FMCW Radar (FMCW 레이다에서의 비트 스펙트럼 추정에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, a FMCW radar is used for the various purposes in the short range detection and tracking of targets. The main advantages of a FMCWradar are the comparative simplicity of implementation and the low peak power transmission characterizing the very low probability of signal interception. Since it uses the frequency modulated continuous wave for transmission and demodulation, the received beat frequency represents the range and Doppler information of targets. Detection and extraction of useful information from targets are performed in this beat frequency domain. Therefore, the resolution and accuracy in the estimation of a beat spectrum are very important. However, using the conventional FFT estimation method, the high resolution spectrum estimation with a low sidelobe level is not possible if the acquisition time is very short in receiving target echoes. This kind of problems deteriorates the detection performance of adjacent targets having the large magnitude differences in return echoes and also degrades the reliability of the extracted information. Therefore, in this paper, the model parameter estimation methods such as autoregressive and eigenvector spectrum estimation are applied to mitigate these problems. Also, simulation results are compared and analyzed for further improvement.

  • There are a lot of factors working to facilitate the decline of Korea's traditional markets including large-scale discount stores, convenience stores, businesses of new types such as non-store retailing, and fiercer competitions among retail shops. The changes to the business environment are never favorable to them, either; the consumers have developed more diverse tastes and altered their purchasing styles; and the trading areas around traditional markets have withdrawn in size and power as new towns attract more businesses. In a word, every factor and situation seems to push traditional markets down the slope. Reacting to the problems, the Korean government enacted and enforced the "Special Law for the Promotion of Traditional Markets and Shopping Streets" to provide proper financial and management support. The shop owners of traditional markets formed merchants and prosperity associations and took various initiatives to increase the competitive edge of their traditional markets. All those efforts on the part of the government and the merchants, however, do not seem to be enough to revive traditional markets. This study set out to compare and analyze the management of shop owners of traditional markets based on the support projects by the government, to conduct an empirical research and analysis of their management conditions, and to suggest a better policy model by making improvements for the government's support system and making revisions to the current directions.

Multi Scale Tone Mapping Model Using Visual Brightness Functions for HDR Image Compression (HDR 영상 압축을 위한 시각 밝기 함수를 이용한 다중 스케일 톤 맵핑 모델)

  • HDR (high dynamic range) tone mapping algorithms are used in image processing that reduces the dynamic range of an image to be displayed on LDR (low dynamic range) devices properly. The retinex is one of the tone mapping algorithms to provide dynamic range compression, color constancy, and color rendition. It has been developed through multi-scale methods and luminance-based methods. Retinex algorithms still have drawbacks such as the emphasized noise and desaturation. In this paper, we propose a multi scale tone mapping algorithm for enhancement of contrast, saturation, and noise of HDR rendered images based on visual brightness functions. In the proposed algorithm, HSV color space has been used for preserving the hue and saturation of images. And the algorithm includes the estimation of minimum and maximum luminance level and a visual gamma function for the variation of viewing conditions. And subjective and objective evaluations show that proposed algorithm is better than existing algorithms. The proposed algorithm is expected to image quality enhancement in some fields that require a improvement of the dynamic range due to the changes in the viewing condition.

Validity and Expected Effect of International Marketing Cooperative for Korean Animation (애니메이션 해외 배급 활성화를 위한 마케팅 협동조합 도입의 타당성 연구)

  • Operating under the principle of user-benefit maximization and democratic user-control, cooperatives are being spot-lighted as a business model satisfying the various social, financial needs. In Korea, the Law of Cooperative was enacted as of December 2012, which has enabled the establishment of cooperatives in variety of industry fields. This study is to discuss the expected effect and validity of marketing cooperative as a solution for insufficient sales revenue in international distribution of Korean animation. The interviews with Korean animation studios found out the key problems of overseas distribution, which are; 1) lack of marketing expertise and weak organization, 2) lack of ancillary rights exploitation due to the deals based upon all rights package with the broadcasters who are not interested in ancillary business, 3) lack of localized marketing support in each territory. The solution for these problems takes large and long-term marketing investment and it is far beyond the capabilities of small Korean animation studios. Marketing cooperative can provide services not available otherwise such as in-depth market research which will help the improvement of international marketing expertise. Also. as the cooperative carries enough volume of animation catalogue, it can increase negotiation power satisfying the various needs of buyers. Also, it can provide the precise marketing support for each territory by integrating every process of value chain, from TV broadcasting, merchandising, and digital media platform. Above all, a clear benefit of marketing cooperative is that, because of its user-benefit and user-control principle, the principal-agent problem can be minimized while it maximizes the profit for member studios.
