중국 명왕조 시대의 좌구(坐具, 의자)에 관한 연구 (The research on the chair of the Ming Dynasty in China)

  • Laying stress on the upper classes of Western Europe until from the seventeenth to the eighteenth century, the chinese mode in the fields of architecture, interior design and fashion was widely liked. It is called as ‘chinoiserie’into the French language. The chinese design with its quantity and ornamentation exerted an influence upon‘Rococo’in France and upon ‘Chippendale’ in England. The chinese mode that was made best use of the furniture design is the one of Ming dynasty. This was developed in relation to the interior design of ‘Siheyuan’ that is the architectural mode in those days. The furnitures at the times of Ming dynasty was raised to the position of the golden era in the history of chinese furnitures. The furniture has the technique laying stress on symmetrical proportion, simplicity. This technique showed as the formative modeling. also on the part of decoration ornamental designs showing the china ideology of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism it was used. In this formative modeling the ideological background of those days forms the groundwork. The combination of reason and sentiment and of heart and mind emphasizes that our emotion should be in control by the ration and our emotion and ration should be harmonized.

  • A linear ultrasonic motor was designed by a combination of the longitudinal and bending mode. Linear ultrasonic motors are based on an elliptical motion on the surface of elastic body, such as bar or plates. The corresponding eigen-mode of one resonance frequency can be excited twice at the same time with a phase shift of 90 degrees in space and time. That is excite symmetric and anti-symmetric modes. Then it determines the thrust and speed of the motor. Linear ultrasonic motors are investigated experimentally in according to be fabricated a general classification to motor structure and material characteristic. There was the first to simulate as use of finite element analysis ANSYS 9.0. The AL-T2W8-ARM14-LEG18-ANGLE80 motor has a maxim efficiency 17 [%] under the speed 0.14 [m/s], thrust 345 [gf] and preload 280 [gf], operating frequency is 57.6 [kHz].

  • 일반적으로 가변구조제어는 외란과 변수 변화에 대해 강인한 특성을 가지지만 제어기 설계자는 이러한 값들에 대한 상한 값과 하한 값을 알아야한다. 그러나 때로는 이러한 상한 값과 하한 값을 얻는다는 것은 쉽지가 않다. 이에 반해 퍼지제어기는 외란과 변수 변화에 대한 제어기 설계에 있어서 효과적인 방법을 제공한다. 따라서 퍼지제어기와 가변구조제어기가 가지는 장점들을 결합하는 연구가 진행되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 리칭페이저가 존재하는 기존의 슬라이딩모드제어기를 이용하는 방법 대신 리칭페이저를 제거하여 전 구간 강인한 적응 퍼지가변구조제어기를 설계하였다. 제안된 제어 알고리듬은 BLDC 전동기의 위치제어기로 사용하였으며, 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

선박 자동접안을 위한 순수 횡 이동 모델링 및 제어기 설계 (Modeling and controller design of crabbing motion for auto-berthing)

  • Crabbing motion is the pure sway motion of a ship without surge velocity. Thus, it can be applied to a berthing operation. Crabbing motion is induced by a peculiar operation method called the push-pull mode. The push-pull mode is induced by using a combination of the main propeller and side thruster. Two propellers generating the same amounts of thrust and rotating in opposite directions produce some yawing moment on a vessel but do not induce longitudinal motion. With the additional operation of side thrusters, the push-pull mode is used to induce a large amount of lateral force. In this paper, three-degree-of-freedom equations of motion such as for the surge, sway, and yaw are constructed for the crabbing motion. Based on these equations of motion, a feedback linearization control method is applied to auto-berthing control for a twin-screw ship with side thrusters. The controller can deal with the nonlinearity of a system, which is present in the berthing maneuver of a twin screw ship. A simulation of the auto-berthing of a ship is performed to validate the performance of the designed controller.

경량 재료를 이용한 DCB 시험편의 열림 모드에서의 파손 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fracture Characteristics in Opening Mode of a DCB Specimen Using a Lightweight Material)

  • Recently, many structures using lightweight materials have been developed. This study was conducted by using Al6061-T6 and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), two common lightweight materials. In addition, the failure characteristics of an interface bonded between a single material and a heterogeneous bonding material were analyzed. The specimens bonded with CFRP and Al6061-T6 were utilized by the combination of the heterogeneous bonding material. The specimens had a double cantilevered shape and the bonding between the materials was achieved by applying a structural adhesive. The experiments were conducted in opening mode: the lower part of the samples was fixed, while their upper part was subjected to a forced displacement of 3 mm/min by using a tensile tester. Under the tested amount of strength, energy release rate, and considering the specimens' fracture characteristics in opening mode, the specimen "CFRP-Al" presented the maximum stress, followed by "Al" and "CFRP". We can hence conclude that the inhomogeneous material "CFRP-Al" is useful for the construction of lightweight structures bonded with structural adhesive.

Comparison of artificial intelligence models reconstructing missing wind signals in deep-cutting gorges

  • Reliable wind signal reconstruction can be beneficial to the operational safety of long-span bridges. Non-Gaussian characteristics of wind signals make the reconstruction process challenging. In this paper, non-Gaussian wind signals are converted into a combined prediction of two kinds of features, actual wind speeds and wind angles of attack. First, two decomposition techniques, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and variational mode decomposition (VMD), are introduced to decompose wind signals into intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) to reduce the randomness of wind signals. Their principles and applicability are also discussed. Then, four artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms are utilized for wind signal reconstruction by combining the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with back propagation neural network (BPNN), support vector regression (SVR), long short-term memory (LSTM) and bidirectional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM), respectively. Measured wind signals from a bridge site in a deep-cutting gorge are taken as experimental subjects. The results showed that the reconstruction error of high-frequency components of EMD is too large. On the contrary, VMD fully extracts the multiscale rules of the signal, reduces the component complexity. The combination of VMD-PSO-Bi-LSTM is demonstrated to be the most effective among all hybrid models.

신경회로망을 이용한 선형/비선형 시스템의 식별과 적응 트래킹 제어 (Linear/nonlinear system identification and adaptive tracking control using neural networks)

  • In this paper, a parameter identification method for a discrete-time linear system using multi-layer neural network is proposed. The parameters are identified with the combination of weights and the output of neuraons of a neural network, which can be used for a linear and a nonlinear controller. An adaptive output tracking architecture is designed for the linear controller. And, the nonlinear controller. A sliding mode control law is applied to the stabilizing the nonlinear controller such that output errors can be reduced. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is illustrated through simulations.

  • In winter season the driving test of the KTX showed the excessive vibration in the tail cars. In this paper, the measured KTX vibration data during test run is analyzed in time and frequency domain. And the numerical simulations using ANSYS and ADAMS are done on the basis of the experimental observations. The results show that 0.6Hz of the tail car motion is due to the natural mode of car combination of the KTX.

Robust Constrained Predictive Control without On-line Optimizations

  • A stabilizing control method for linear systems with model uncertainties and hard input constraints is developed, which does not require on-line optimizations. This work is motivated by the constrained robust MPC(CRMPC) approach [3] which adopts the dual mode prediction strategy (i.e. free control moves and invariant set) and minimizes a worst case performance criterion. Based on the observation that, a feasible control sequence for a particular state can be found as a linear combination of feasible sequences for other states, we suggest a stabilizing control algorithm providing sub-optimal and feasible control sequences using pre-computed optimal sequences for some canonical states. The on-line computation of the proposed method reduces to simple matrix multiplication.

  • The development of the control algorithms for under-actuated systems is important. Decoupled sliding mode control has been successfully employed to control under-actuated systems in a decoupling manner with the use of sliding mode control. However, in such a control scheme, the system functions must be known. If there are uncertainties in those functions, the control performance may not be satisfactory.In this paper, the direct adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control is employed to control a class of under-actuated uncertain systems which can be regarded as a combination of several subsystems with one same control input. By using the hierarchical sliding control approach, a sliding control law is derived so as to make every subsystem stabilized at the same time. But, since the system considered is assumed to be uncertain, the sliding control law cannot be readily facilitated. Therefore, in the study, based on Lyapunov stable theory a fuzzy compensator is proposed to approximate the uncertain part of the sliding control law. From those simulations, it can be concluded that the proposed compensator can indeed cope with system uncertainties. Besides, it can be found that the proposed compensator also provide good robustness properties.
