철도 부하의 이동성을 반영한 변전소 정태부하모델링 수립에 대한 연구 (A Study on a Substation Static Load Model Including the Mobility of a Railway Load)

  • Nowadays, it is expected that mobility loads such as electric railways and electric vehicles will be penetrated gradually and affect on the power system stability by their load characteristics. Various researches have been carried out about electric vehicles for the recent decade though the load of electric railway could be forecasted because of the specified path and timetable, is a field with a long historic background. Some precise 5th polynomial equations are required to analyze the power system stability considering mobility load to be increased in the immediate future while the electric railway dispatching simulator uses load models with constant power and constant impedance for the system analysis. In this paper, seasonal urban railway load models are established as the form of 5th polynomial equations and substation load modeling methods are proposed merging railway station load models and general load models. Additionally, load management effects by the load modeling are confirmed through the case studies, in which seasonal load models are developed for Seoul Subway Line No. 2, Gyeongui Line and Airport Railroad and the substation load change is analyzed according to the railway load change.

  • In this paper, the power system with electric vehicles is analyzed considering the mobility and diffusion rate of electric vehicles in the smart grid environment. In the previous studies, load modeling and load composition rates have been researched and the results are applied to develop a new load model to explain the mobility of electric vehicles which could affect on the power system status such as power flow and stability. The results would be utilized to research and develop power system analysis methods considering movable charging characteristics of electric vehicles including movable discharging characteristics which could be affected by the diffusion progress of electric vehicles.

  • Recently, various researches and projects about electric vehicles are in progress vigorously and continuously and it is expected to penetrate rapidly with the next a few years. This deployment will cause the change of load composition rate affecting on power system planning and operations. Therefore, a new load model should be developed integrating with electric vehicle loads. In this paper, the load composition rate of residential sectors is analyzed considering the deployment of this mobility load such as electric vehicles and a new diffusion model is proposed based on the classification of the replacement patterns. Additionally, electric vehicle charging loads are basically modeled by some individual load experiments to develop new load models for smart place and some new conceptual power systems such as micro grids.

  • This paper presents an analysis of eccentricity ratio of rolling piston using mobility method which is a powerful tool for analyzing dynamically-loaded journal bearings with efficiency and applicability. And, we investigate influences of design parameters (discharge pressure, radial clearance, rotational velocity of shaft, and eccentricity of compressor) on bearing load and eccentricity ratio. The results show that the discharge pressure, radial clearance and rotational velocity of shaft have significant influence on eccentricity ratio, and the discharge pressure and eccentricity of compressor have influence on bearing load.

수소추출기의 부분부하 운전을 위한 PSA 제어전략에 대한 연구 (A Study on PSA Controll Strategy for Part Load Operation of a Hydrogen Generator)

  • Fuel cell systems are being supplied to households and buildings to reduce greenhouse gases. The fuel cell systems have problems of high cost and slow startup due to fuel processors. Greenhouse gas reduction of the fuel cell systems is also limited by using natural gas. The problems can be solved by using a hydrogen generator consisting of a reformer and pressure swing adsorption (PSA). However, part load operation of the hydrogen generator is required depending on the hydrogen consumption. In this paper, PSA operation strategies are investigated for part load of the hydrogen generator. Adsorption and purge time were changed in the range of part load ratio between from 0.5 to 1.0. As adsorption time increased, hydrogen recovery increased from 29.09% to 48.34% at 0.5 of part load ratio. Hydrogen recovery and hydrogen purity were also improved by increasing adsorption and purge time. However, hydrogen recovery dramatically decreased to 35.01% at 0.5 of part load ratio.

  • It is well known that implants showing no clinical mobility are successfully osseointegrated and have good prognosis. When implants are under load, their mobility begins to increase. It is of necessity to substantiate whether excessive load is on or premature occlusal force is acting prior to desirable osseointegration. Using Periotest unit, we could measure the pattern of mobility change. Consequently, osseointegrated treatment has come to success by intercepting progressive mobility and doing perceptive treatment according to the result of Periotest Value(PTV). In this study, we took records of intangible mobility of 70 osseointegrated implants. And we also measured the mobility of periodontally sound natural teeth as a standard from 30 dental personnel. Conclusions were summarized as followings ; 1. Lower lateral incisor has the highest PTV, whereas lower canine, upper canine, lower premolars and lower 1st molar have the lowest PTV in natural dentition. 2. There are little significant statistical difference of PTV between men and women in both(natural and implant) dentition. 3. In general, lower natural teeth show lower PTV than upper counterpart. 4. Mandibular implants have lower PTV than those of maxillary implants. 5. All of the successfully osseointegrated implants have lower PTV than those of periodontally healthy teeth.

HMIPv6에서 게임 이론을 이용한 MAP 부하 분산 기법 (Game Theoretic MAP Load Balancing Scheme in HMIPv6)

  • HMIPv6는 로컬 네트워크상에 이동성 지원 포인트(Mobility Anchor Point ; MAP)라는 기능을 도입하여 MAP 하부에서의 이동은 MAP가 관리함으로써 지연과 오버헤드를 줄이고 이동 노드의 핸드오프를 효율적으로 관리하는 방법이다. 그러나 이동 노드가 새로운 도메인에 들어올 경우 최상위 MAP에 이동 노드의 등록이 집중되어 성능을 저하시키는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 게임이론 중에서 내쉬 교섭 해(Nash Bargaining Solution ; NBS) 이론을 적용하여 HMIPv6상에서 상위 MAP에 이동 노드의 등록이 집중되지 않고 거리(Distance), 등록된 노드 수, 데이터 전송량 등의 MAP 자원 사용 비율에 따라 여러 MAP로 부하를 분산시키는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 상위 MAP로의 부하 집중을 방지할 수 있었고, MAP자원의 사용비율에 따라 가중치를 실시간으로 그리고 능동적으로 부여함으로써 도메인내의 MAP를 효율적으로 사용하여 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF AERATED LUBRICANT ON THE JOURNAL TRACES IN THE ENGINE BEARING CLEARANCE

  • This work analyzes the behaviors of aerated lubricant in the gap between con-rod bearing and journal. It is assumed that the film formation with aerated lubricant is influenced by the two major factors. One is the density characteristics of the lubricant due to the volume change of lubricant for the formation of bubbles and the other is the viscosity characteristics of the lubricant due to the surface tension of the bubble in the lubricant. These two major factors surprisingly increase the load capacity in some ranges of bubble sizes and densities. Modified Reynolds' equation is developed for the computation of fluid film pressure with the effects of aeration ratio in the lubricant. From the calculated load capacity by solving modified Reynolds' equation, journal locus is computed with Mobility method after comparing it with the applied load at each time step. The differences of journal orbits between aerated and pure lubricants are shown in the computed results.

  • Proxy MIPv6 환경에서 Local Mobility Anchor는 이동 단말에 대해 이동성을 제공하기 위한 등록과정과 데이터의 터널링을 제공한다. 다수의 Mobile Access Gateway에 위치하는 모든 이동 단말에 대해 서비스를 제공하여야 하기 때문에 Local Mobility Anchor는 병목현상을 일으킬 수 있으며 이것은 Local Mobility Anchor에 의해 관리되는 모든 이동 단말에 대해 전체적인 이동 서비스의 실패로 이어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다수의 Local Mobility Anchor에 부하를 분배하며 특정한 Local Mobility Anchor에 부하가 집중될 경우 효과적으로 재분배하기 위한 기법을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법을 통해 다수의 이동 단말에게 서비스를 제공하는 Proxy MIPv6 환경에서도 안정적이고 양질의 서비스를 제공하며 자원을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
