An Analysis on the Purchasing Behavior of the User through the Characteristics of Social Commerce

  • In addition to the increased used for smart phones daily, various characteristics and problems for social commerce have been drawn attention recently, and also, have been analyzed by various impact factors which were given to the purchasing behaviors of consumers through social commerce. The study investigated consumers' use of social commerce based on SNS by using articles of Fair Trade Commission, Korea Consumer Agency and so on. As a result, cost reduction characteristics of social commerce, the impulse buy, and to understand in Review effect, latest mobile shopping growth of increases explosively, market by market conditions to move from offline to online, the social commerce it was found to have a significant impact on the time of the purchase of the consumer. In addition, the study has discussed the results of the significance and limitation. With those things, they can be a suggestion for future research. More than half of the consumers were satisfied with social commerce. The consumers made use of social commerce 1 or 2 times a month and when they were watching banner advertising. In detail, food and beverage tickets such as restaurants, café and bars occupied 35%, and they showed the highest. 'We-make-price', 'Ticket Monster' and 'Coupang' were used to investigate as representative social commerce companies.

SmartQ : Mobile Queue Management System (SmartQ : 모바일 큐 관리 시스템)

  • In general, crowded places, such as banks, government offices and hospitals, require the customer to wait for a certain period of time. Thus according to the order of the wait, customers takes waiting numbers. In this way, so customers should always check the order of waiting processes that they can not carry on another affairs. In this paper, we develop an application, that is SmartQ, managing queue using a mobile handset. SmartQ is an easy-to-use application allowing customers an alternative to the classic queue management systems. With this application, they are aware of the waiting conditions in real time for each of their services. They can indicate the time they wish to come and take a virtual ticket in the queue. It provides service notification, the number of waiting person, and expected waiting time.

  • In this paper, we design and implement a product information guidance system Based on BLE beacons. This system is designed to provide various functions such as contactless entrance service through mobile ticket, seat guidance service, event push service, content push service, and public service. This system consists of three modules: a beacon recognition module, a server linkage module, and a content transmission module. The beacon recognition module implements a function of transmitting a specific ID of a nearby beacon when a customer with a smartphone approaches the available service area. The server linkage module recognizes the beacon ID value, transfers it to the server, and implements the function to check the location of the server having the ID. The content transmission module implements a function of transmitting event or service information set at a corresponding location to a smartphone. The beacon-based product information guidance system implemented in this paper has the advantage of being able to quickly and easily implement various product information guidance systems.
