In microcell or picocell mobile communication using cellular method, we suggested propagation prediction model which can accurately and rapidly interpret mobile communication propagation environment in urban, when subscriber service is done based on the main road in urban. Further, we simulated suggested propagation prediction model under the hypothesis of urban propagation environment of PCS mobile communication, analyzed receiving field strength by area within a cell, and finally suggested the optimal transmitting power and location condition of microcell or picocell mobile communication base station

셀룰라 방식의 마이크로셀 및 피코셀 이동통신에서 가입자 서비스가 시가지의 중심 도로를 따라 이루어지는 경우, 도심의 이동통신 전파환경을 보다 신속하고 정확히 해석할 수 있는 전파예측 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 PCS 이동통신 도심 전파환경의 가정하에 제안 전파예측 모델을 시뮬레이션하여 셀 내 지역별 수신 전계강도 분포를 분석하고 그 결과로서 마이크로셀 및 피코셀 이동통신 기지국의 최적 출력과 위치 조건을 제시한다.

Base on the development of mobile communication, the future mobile communication systems were expected to provide higher quality of multimedia services for users than today's systems. Therefore, many technical factors are needed in this systems. Especially these secrecy and the safety would be obtained through the introduction of the security for mobile communication. In this paper, we presents weaknesses and propose required properties in mobile communication. Based on those proposed properties, we propose a new 'call set-up' and 'hand-off' protocol for authentication and key distribution. Also we compare between the proposed scheme and conventional schemes.

Established CRM system provides a powerful help for maintaining existing client, attracting new client, making profit from client or mobile communication industry. In the system structure of CRM eye, the mobile communication industry of CRM can be divided into three levels. : channel layer; operation layer, analysis layer. The data mining of CRM in mobile communication industry fall into six stages. Finally article gives some CRM's examples to illustrate how to gain client, enhance client's value, and how to maintain existing client.

This paper proposes a new spectrum forecasting (SF) model to estimate the spectrum demands for future mobile broadband (MBB) services. The model requires five main input metrics, that is, the current available spectrum, site number growth, mobile data traffic growth, average network utilization, and spectrum efficiency growth. Using the proposed SF model, the future MBB spectrum demand for Malaysia in 2020 is forecasted based on the input market data of four major mobile telecommunication operators represented by A-D, which account for approximately 95% of the local mobile market share. Statistical data to generate the five input metrics were obtained from prominent agencies, such as the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, OpenSignal, Analysys Mason, GSMA, and Huawei. Our forecasting results indicate that by 2020, Malaysia would require approximately 307 MHz of additional spectrum to fulfill the enormous increase in mobile broadband data demands.

Many kinds of communication systems will be co-existed in the next generation communication environment. Location management will be one of the most important strategies in the future communication network. Whether the user gets the service in any kind of communication system, it is required to know the location of the user properly and manages this location information efficiently. In this paper, mobile IP and WCDMA systems are considered as next generation communication systems. We improve the performance of communication in heterogeneous networks adjusting the conventional region-based location management strategy in homogeneous network. This strategy can be adjusted dynamically to the communication system on the basis of packet-to-mobility ratio (PMR) in mobile IP system or call-to-mobility ratio (CMR) in WCDMA system, lots of different system parameters, and movement pattern of the user. This can be also based on the performance analysis with considering signaling cost and database access cost.

일반적인 멀티에이전트 시스템에서 에이전트들 간의 통신 기능을 지원하기 위한 다양한 모델들이 제안되어 왔으며, 특히, 그룹 통신 기능을 지원하기 위한 다양한 기법들이 제시되어 있다. 그러나, 이동 에이전트 환경에서는 에이전트의 이주로 인해 발생하는 토폴로지의 변화를 고려한 새로운 그룹 통신 기법을 필요로 하며, 더불어 이러한 그룹 통신 기능의 안전성을 보장하는 기법이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 계층적 오버레이 링을 이용한 이동 에이전트들 간의 안전한 그룹 통신 기법을 제안하며, 이 기법은 이동 에이전트의 이주에 따른 토폴로지의 변화에 유연하게 대응하기 위해 링 채널을 이용한다. 여기서 링 채널은 이동 에이전트들 간의 링 토폴로지를 구성하기 위한 객체로서 이동 에이전트 플랫폼에 의해서만 관리되며, 이에 따라 이동 에이전트들은 링 채널을 직접 관리할 필요가 없게 되고, 이주에 의해 발생하는 링 토폴로지 변화에 대한 고려 없이 그룹 통신을 진행할 수 있게 된다.

In this paper, we examined the effects of emotional and individual variables on flow in the usage of mobile application. We selected four relevant emotional and individual factors such as positive affect, negative affect, addiction and habituation. We also attempted to figure out the moderating role of communication in the effect of positive affect, negative affect, and addiction on the flow. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of mobile application and applied PLS (Partial Least Square) methodology for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). As a result, we found that positive affect, addiction, and habituation have significant and positive impact on the flow. Furthermore, we also found that the moderating effects of communication on the relationships between positive/negative affect and communication are significant. Our findings provide important theoretical grounds for the effects of human behavior and emotion on the flow of mobile applications. Lastly, we also suggest significant managerial implications for the development mobile applications industry.

국내외적으로 IPTV 표준화 및 서비스 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있고, 국제적으로는 Mobile IPTV를 위한 새로운 기술 개발 및 관련 표준 기술을 선점하기 위해 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 하지만 콘텐츠 다양화와 대량화는 사용자에게 원하는 콘텐츠를 발견할 수 있는 가능성만을 제공할 뿐 사용자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 검색하는데 많은 시간과 노력을 낭비 하게 한다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 과제는 온톨로지를 활용하여 Mobile IPTV 관련 기술 연구를 기반으로 효율적인 Mobile IPTV 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 추천 시스템과 사용자 선호에 따른 온톨로지 구축을 제안한다.

본 논문은 차세대 이동통신 환경에서 이동 사용자에 대한 위치와 신분 프라이버시를 만족하기 위해 개발 중인 새로운 통합시스템의 일부로, 종전 유럽의 GSM(1) 시스템에서 제공되지 못한 고수준의 프라이버시를 만족하는 새로운 이동발호프로토콜을 제안하고 분석 한 것이다. 아울러 제안하는 프로토콜은 이동 사용자가 홈 도메인에서만 머무르는 것이 아니라 원격지 도메인으로 이동하는 경우를 포함한다.
