This study aims to establish and apply a mobile office app for approving the achievements of tasks assigned to each person to investigate resulting satisfaction. This is done first by implementing the app for approval in a company with smart phones to enable tasks to be carried out any time and anywhere while the mobile office environment changes the method of carrying out tasks. More efficient work environment is expected if the system implemented in this study is improved in cooperation with customer's requirements. Matters for improving work efficiency added to the approval management system through this app will contribute to efficiently and continuously improving the mobile office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency of a company.

GIS was introduced to spatial information of complex and various facility systematically and scientifically. And, recently, new trend has been spread by Mobile GIS owing to its fast development of information and communication technology. However, these Mobile GIS techniques were introduced in maintenances of various facilities. Due to its mismanagement, the use became insufficient in facilities causing database creation to require realism and mobility. Therefore, in this research to road facility of various facilities, it deduced improving the work process by using a Mobile GIS to analyze work process of the road facility database creation. And, through an experiment, by comparing and analyzing road facilities database creation process by existing method and improving method, could improvement of road facility database creation using a Mobile GIS.

In this study, to improve educational motivation and learning outcomes, a mobile app using game elements was developed, and the effect of its application in rebar work education was analyzed. Using the 4F(Figure out-Focus-Fun design-Finalize) process, which is a game development model, a mobile learning app for rebar work was developed that considers the characteristics of college students familiar with smartphone use, and the app was developed in a manner that utilizes game mechanics such as learning missions and points to stimulate a learner's interest and improve educational motivation. The results show that the proposed app for rebar work is positively evaluated in terms of interface style, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, attitude toward using, and intention to use. Therefore, it can be concluded that using the learning game app for rebar work in classes can contribute to improving a learner's performance in various aspects.

This study examines the effects of transformational leadership on helping behavior for the secretary workers. We also demonstrate comprehensively the moderating effects of job resources(LMX) and job demands(utilization of mobile devices after work) on the relationship between transformational leadership and helping behavior. The results of this study targeted 140 incumbent secretaries are as follows: First, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the helping behaviors of members. Second, the interaction effect of LMX(synergistic effect) was verified in the positive relationship between transformational leadership and helping behavior. Finally, interaction effects of utilization of mobile devices after work(buffering effect) were confirmed in the relationship between transformational leadership and helping behavior. The results of this study are that transformational leadership of middle managers is important to strengthen worker's helping behavior, but it is also important to understand the contextual factors such as social support(LMX) and work environment(utilization of mobile devices after work) that affect the will and autonomy of members in accepting leadership. Finally, we suggest the theoretical and practical implications of this study, present limitations and future research directions.

Rapid development of information and communication technologies leads firms to take 'smart work' into serious consideration as a new way of working in coming knowledge and information society. However, some jobs may be fit for smart work while some may be not. A $2{\times}2$ framework for smart work readiness assessment is developed in this study through the review of extant literature and a series of focus group activities. Two critical dimensions of smart work are derived and presented as a result: smartness (knowledge versus data) and mobility (mobile versus static). Knowledge intensive jobs with possible mobility seem to be the target group that can be easily converted to smart work while mobile workers with interactive data processing devices seem to be already doing smart work. As mobility is a critical presumption for work to be flexible in terms of time and place, jobs with no mobility are assessed here as not ready for smart work at least at present. This framework is experimentally applied against the published job statistics 2011 in Korea, and used to estimate the number of workers ready for smart work. As a conclusion, discussions on policy implications and further research issues are made at the end.

In this paper, we proposed localization method of mobile robot using color landmark mounted on ceiling. This work is composed 2 parts : landmark recognition part which finds the position of multiple landmarks in image and identifies them and absolute position estimation part which estimates the location and orientation of mobile robot in indoor environment. In landmark recognition part, mobile robot detects artificial color landmarks using simple histogram intersection method in rg color space which is insensitive to the change of illumination. Then absolute position estimation part calculates relative position of the mobile robot to the detected landmarks. For the verification of proposed algorithm, ceiling-orientated camera was installed on a mobile robot and performance of localization was examined by designed artificial color landmarks. As the result of test, mobile robot could achieve the reliable landmark detection and accurately estimate the position of mobile robot in indoor environment.

In order to implement the real-time enterprise (RTE) and smart work effectively, many companies have introduced a mobile office. A mobile office improves employee productivity and increases ability to respond to business opportunities by helping employee manage their business anytime and anywhere. However, it also raises the user's stress level. We conducted in-depth interviews with users to assess user's perception of a mobile office according to Saaty's BOCR model. Based on the results of the interviews, we set variables affecting user's perception of the mobile office using factor analysis. This study revealed that support for real-time business, support for communication and collaboration, and information processing quality were positively related to continuous intention to use mobile office. Further study demonstrated that three variables have mediating effect between the psychological stress and continuous intention to use. This result implies that the system quality and function are the key elements of mobile office and may contribute to the continuous use.

Recently with the wide spread smart devices and the flexible forms of work such as working from home due to changes in work practices, people are getting various information easily. Many women with a baby get to be interested in foods, health, and growth of their baby and the new task of raising a baby comes with a new burden added to taking care of their family and can develop into obsessive compulsive disorder to be a great mother. So many mothers suffer from child-rearing stress. Also, as the balance of work and life in mobile environment emerged as an important issue, the need for integrated information management applications that give infant care assistance to new mothers was increased. This study analyzed preferences on infant care information apps and developed prototype apps for infant care information management that can provide integrated customized infant care information that is actually needed.

Companies that handle sensitive information, led by public institutions, establish separate networks for work and the Internet and protect important data through strong access control measures to prevent cyber attacks. Therefore, systems that involve the junction where the Intranet(internal LAN for work purposes only) and the Internet network are connected require the establishment of a safe security environment through both administrative and technical measures. Mobile Device Management(MDM) solutions to control mobile devices used by institutions are one such example. As this system operates by handling sensitive information such as mobile device information and user information on the Internet network, stringent security measures are required during operation. In this study, a model was proposed to manage sensitive information data processing in systems that must operate on the Internet network by managing it on the internal work network, and the function design and implementation were centered on an MDM solution based on a network interconnection solution.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate whether Moon Jae-in administration's universal service policy of mobile date to lower communications fares can be justified. To do so, this work takes a look into the key features of mobile data in our society based on a theoretical perspective as well as a practical point of view. Also, it attempts to figure out whether mobile data service should be included in the scope of universal service in Korea by analysing the key features of mobile data and rethinking the basic concepts of universal service. As a result, this work reaches a conclusion that the government should reconsider universal service policy of mobile date and reform a universal service system in a different way.
