Construction projects have experienced many failures due to incomplete production environments. Thus, the purpose of this study is to use ICT resources leased during the construction period at the construction site and to introduce the Mobile Cloud Computing Service, which utilizes Cloud Computing Service and mobile devices such as smart phones, tablet PCs, and notebooks instead of physically wired communication networks. The characteristics of Mobile Cloud, such as rapid accuracy, shared collaboration, and ubiquity, will affect the social network among various construction site participants. we conducted empirical research on the introduction of Mobile Cloud to promote information exchange and convergence among the participants and mutual trust, ultimately improving the project performance.

Recently, LBS(Location Based Service) is expanding its service areas with the spread of smart phones and the contents of the service are more individualized according to the customer's needs. Specially, LBSNS(Location Based Social Network Service) is emerging as the most promising service of LBS. This paper introduces a LBSNS model to form a community to share common contents dynamically centering around the place of user's smart phone. The methodology suitable for implementing the effective management and the automatic update of the community of social network is presented in this paper. In addition, we describe the significant future researches of LBSNS under the upcoming mobile environment.

As for civil service support, the interaction between citizens as well as the government and citizens has an important value, and the participation between citizens be very important. The interaction between these citizens can lead to spreading the use of the app by getting them to share their status information with an specified number of people in the public service such as a social network service. Mobile-based social network service has various built-in sensors to increase the interaction between the government and citizens and post the status information of users on SNS. In this regard, this paper proposed a social network application for civil services based on the Android by using location-based context information. Experimental results showed that since the application proposed in this paper can be applied to low-performance system and exhibits high performance, it can allow users located at a short distance to detect new information and share contents by adding the content to SNS which is the closest to the location of users.

With technological and cultural changes around web and mobile networks, SNS would be considered as an important tool for information sharing. Especially, SNS represented Facebook and Twitter is being new paradigm for communication. This study seeks to methods to provide a service user participation and cooperation and expands use and access to archival information service through SNS. To achieve the goals, this study proposed a method to provide effective archival information service through literature research. Recent popularity of the smartphone market, with the explosive growth of mobile location-based SNS(Social Network Service), is into the mainstream. SNS aims to cooperate and share information with all users, but mobile SNS is still not easy people with disabilities. In addition to using the Web, it has difficulty to provide an appropriate interface to access such as smartphone for people with disabilities. This paper will specify and analyze the context-awareness technology and SNS function, and study a variety of information that students with disabilities such as time, location and activity states including data collection and analysis of the situation by converting the status information. It has provide that students with disabilities to lead comfortable life in school according to the various types of disabilities, and school information and safety services using mobile location-based SNS.

The first purpose of this paper is to identify factors having an effect on the user satisfaction of the SNS(Social Network Services) users and to examine causal relationships among those factors. The second is to examine how the causal relationships between the factors could be changed in the service types in SNS, which would be divided into web based SNS and mobile SNS. For achieving the purposes, we established the research model and hypotheses based on Information Success and Technology Acceptance Model. The characteristics of the SNS users consist of Individual Innovation and Social Influence while the characteristics of the SNS system consist of Information Quality and System Quality. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing data, which was collected from survey research on users of the SNS, with AMOS 18.0 statistical package. As a result, the first, we observed that more important the SNS users would consider the social relation, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The second, we observed that faster and easier the users could obtain hourly information in diversity, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The third, we observed that more innovative the mobile SNS users would become, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS. The fourth, we observed that more important the web based SNS users would consider the social relation, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS.

The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of usage motivation of SNS and interpersonal relationship orientation on Mobile Social Network Service(MSNS) addition proneness. For this purpose, questionnaires including MSNS addition Proneness scale, usage motivation of SNS scale and interpersonal relationship orientation scale were administered to 250 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that usage motivation of SNS showed influences of interpersonal relationship orientation. The Usage motivation of SNS showed influences of MSNS addiction proneness, interpersonal relationship orientation showed partial influence MSNS addiction proneness. The result of this study implicated that level of MSNS addiction tendencies needs to be considered for counseling with used of SNS motives. This study findings would contribute in development of preventive interventions for SNS addiction and improvement program for interpersonal competence in college students. Futhermore, exploration of various ways to satisfy motivation of interpersonal relation would be helpful to reduce SNS addiction tendencies. Finally, based on the result, implications of finding, limitation and suggestions for future research were discussed.

Mobile social network is becoming more and more popular with respect to the development and popularity of mobile devices and interpersonal sociality. As the amount of social data increases in a great deal and cloud computing techniques become developed, the architecture of mobile social network is evolved into cloud-based that mobile clients send data to the cloud and make data accessible from clients. The data in the cloud should be stored in a secure fashion to protect user privacy and restrict data sharing defined by users. Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) is currently considered to be a promising security solution for cloud-based mobile social network to encrypt the sensitive data. However, its ciphertext size and decryption time grow linearly with the attribute numbers in the access structure. In order to reduce the computing overhead held by the mobile devices, in this paper we propose a new Outsourcing decryption and Match-then-decrypt CP-ABE algorithm (OM-CP-ABE) which firstly outsources the computation-intensive bilinear pairing operations to a proxy, and secondly performs the decryption test on the attributes set matching access policy in ciphertexts. The experimental performance assessments show the security strength and efficiency of the proposed solution in terms of computation, communication, and storage. Also, our construction is proven to be replayable choosen-ciphertext attacks (RCCA) secure based on the decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman (DBDH) assumption in the standard model.

Despite the growing amount of mobile peer-to-peer (P2P) payment applications available on mobile app stores, these applications are still in their infancy and have yet to see mass adoption. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the adoption of such mobile P2P payment applications by using a large-scale data set based on the tracking of users' actual mobile application usage behavior. Our main findings reveal that the duration of each session that users use of traditional bank application has a significant relationship with their adoption of mobile P2P payment applications. In addition, we explore the social aspect of such mobile P2P payment applications by analyzing their social network applications usage and found that the amount of social network service applications used and usage duration positively impacted one's adoption of mobile P2P payment applications. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications for stakeholders of mobile P2P payment solution providers as well as intermediaries/banks who provide their own payment applications to their customers.

In consideration of the rapid changes in the so-called information society of the $21^{st}$ century, about 80% of a total population in Korea has used the Internet. However, the social effect of the Internet and related devices has not been yet systematically studied in the literature. In healthcare as well, consumers' efficient use of the Internet for their positive health outcomes is becoming an issue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical subject headings keywords of the selected studies on consumers' use of Internet and mobile health information. For the analysis, social network analysis was used to provide basic information to present directions for future research on the field of interest.
