모바일 멀티미디어 융합 서비스를 위한 자원 할당 방법 (Resource Allocation for Converged Mobile Multimedia Services)

  • 이동통신과 디지털 영상처리 기술의 발전에 의해 음성통신, WWW, e-mail, FTP 등 전통적 서비스 이외에 VoD 등 융합형서비스가 이동통신망에서도 상용화되고 있다. 이러한 융합형 서비스는 LTE-Advanced 네트워크 등 초고속 이동 통신망과 통합형 휴대 단말기를 바탕으로 U-cloud 서비스, 모바일 IP-TV 등으로 진화될 것 이다. 본 연구에서는 이종 융합 무선망에서 음성통신, VoD, 영상통화 등 실시간 서비스의 품질을 허용 가능한 수준으로 보장하면서도 무선자원의 활용도를 높여 WWW 등 기존의 비실시간 인터넷 서비스를 최대한 수용하기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

Revisiting Customer Complaint Intention: A Case Study of Mobile Service Users in Vietnam

  • In the mobile industry, customer complaints play a significant role in retaining customer loyalty to the services provided. Thanks to user complaints, mobile service providers can effectively identify problems and then propose solutions to adapt or improve their services. Hence, it's critical to understand the relationship between consumer complaints and satisfaction with mobile services. While several studies have shown that customer satisfaction is an intermediary variable that explains customer complaint intention, there have been few studies on the relationship between pre-determinants of their satisfaction, leaving a gap in our understanding of customer complaint intention. To demonstrate an in-depth approach to this matter, authors revisit justice theory and suggest trust and perceived responsibility variables be combined into a research model. A cross-section survey was conducted to collect data from 265 mobile services users of the three biggest mobile service providers in Kien Giang Province, Vietnam. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze the samples collected. The result showed that customer complaint intention is affected by distributive justice, interactional justice, trust but not procedural justice. Additionally, the moderating role of the perceived responsibility variable to the relationship between customer satisfaction and complaint intention is also proved.

간편결제서비스 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the User Resistance to Mobile Easy Payment Services)

  • 전자결제는 온라인 상거래에 있어 매우 핵심적인 기능으로 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 상거래가 모바일 기반으로 발전해 가면서 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 다양한 결제서비스가 등장하고 있는데, 특히, 간편결제서비스는 사용자들의 결제 편리성을 향상시키고 온라인에서의 거래 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 간편결제서비스에 대한 사용자의 수용저항에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 특히, 간편결제서비스의 주된 수용 요인과 주된 수용저항 요인 간의 상대적인 영향력을 비교하여 간편결제서비스 시장의 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 주된 수용 요인으로 사용용이성과 유용성을, 주된 수용저항 요인으로 지각된 위험을 고려하고, 이들이 간편결제서비스의 사용갈등을 매개하여 수용저항에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 연구모형을 수립하고 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 실증하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면, 사용용이성이 사용갈등에 미치는 영향을 제외한 나머지 모든 연구가설이 채택되었고, 간편결제서비스 사용자들은 서비스 사용에 있어 위험보다는 유용함을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

S-O-R 모델을 활용한 모바일 간편 결제 서비스 지속 사용 의도에 대한 연구 : 소비자 감정의 다중 매개 효과 분석 (Application of the Stimulus-Organism-Response Model on Consumer's Continued Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services : Multiple Mediation Model)

  • This study uses S-O-R framework to examine the relationships among consumers' perception of economic benefits, usefulness, privacy risks, switching cost, and emotions and continued intention usage. Results from an online survey of 324 qualified respondents were analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of the survey showed that first, perceived economic benefits and perceived usefulness has a positively effect on consumers' positive emotions. Second, perceived privacy risks have a negative effect on consumers' positive emotions. Third, perceived usefulness has a negative effect on consumers' negative emotions. Fourth, perceived switching cost has a positive effect on consumers' negative emotions. Fifth, consumers' positive and negative emotions have an effect on continuous usage intention. Sixth, consumers' positive and negative emotions have a mediating effect. The S-O-R model can explain consumer's continued intention to use mobile payment services. The study analyzed the emotional elements of mobile payment services. Emotional elements through mobile payment services can be applied to other financial services. Therefore, this study can guide emotional related practices with various future consumer electronic services.

모바일 클라우드 서비스의 보안위협 대응 방안 연구 (The study on a threat countermeasure of mobile cloud services)

  • 스마트 폰의 보급이 확장되면서 데스크톱의 성능과 모바일 특성이 적용된 다양한 모바일 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 모바일 서비스는 모바일 단말의 메모리, 컴퓨팅 파워, 저장 공간 부족과 모바일 단말의 플랫폼에 종속되는 한계를 갖는데 이를 극복할 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 적용된 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 최근 각광받고 있다. 모바일 클라우드 서비스는 모바일 서비스와 무선네트워크, 클라우드 서비스가 융합된 서비스로 다양하고 확장된 서비스를 제공하지만, 보안 위협요소가 복합적으로 상속되는 위험이 잠재되어 있다. 그러므로 보안위협이 제거된 안전한 서비스를 배포하고 위협 발생 시 적절하게 대응하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 단말, 무선네트워크, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 위협을 분석하여 모바일 클라우드 서비스의 위협과 위협에 대응하기 위한 방안을 정의하였으며, 위협시나리오를 기반으로 잠재된 위협을 예상하고 대응할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

모바일 앱 서비스 이용 증가로 인한 보안 위협 분석 (Analysis of Security Threats from Increased Usage of Mobile App Services)

  • Recently, because the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution era, many information and telecommunication services have grown rapidly in the mobile business market. So, companies are based Mobile Apps on user customized services and expanding their services. From the standpoint of the business, to generate revenue, the company needs to maintain the existing current computer environment and develop Mobile Apps to offer convenience in various areas such as finance, admiration, e-commerce and sales support. However, as the number of users increase due to expansion of various Mobile services, security threats that are related to Mobile Apps are increasing and its damage is also increasing. Due to the rapid technological transformation of Mobile devices using the Internet, the level of security threats to Smartphones are rising and getting more advance, so this thesis is structured as follows. In Chapter 2, it will look at the overall trends of Mobile Apps as related research. In Chapter 3, it will discuss various security concerns that related to the latest Mobile Apps and learn about the threatening factors. In Chapter 4, it will compare and analyze the threatening factors. Then it will find and suggest the possible plan. In Chapter 5, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to protect mobile devices from security threats, the environment of operating system which manages the resources and data of Apps needs to be protected. Also, it is important that users to have awareness and check activation FinTech technology security in the process of simple payment with fingerprint or IC card.

중국 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 소비자 재구매의도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Chinese Customer's Repurchase Intention of Mobile Contents Service)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the important characteristics of mobile content services and to provide better content services to Chinese consumers by understanding consumer behavioral psychology about mobile content services and empirically analyzing research models with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, customer attitudes, and repurchase intentions based on motivation theory. Design/methodology/approach Based on Deci(1975) Self-Determination Theory and Heijden(2004) research model, this study developed a research framework that includes perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment to influence on repurchase intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting Chinese consumers using mobile content services, and 272 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings According to the results of empirical analysis in this study, Chinese consumers were found to feel repurchase intention by positive impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment in the use of mobile content service. Chinese consumers still use mobile content a lot from a utilitarian perspective in relation to social life or job performance, and there is no positive effect on the use of mobile content related to perceived enjoyment. The results of this study provide the empirical results of a research model that integrates motivation theory and technology acceptance theory for the development of the mobile content industry in the future, and provide necessary insights for managers of companies that develop and distribute mobile content service.

모바일 뱅킹 서비스의 편의적 가치가 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 : 기술우려감의 조절효과 (The Impact of Convenience Value of Mobile Banking Service on Customer Satisfaction and Re-Usage Intention : The Moderate Effect of Technology Anxiety)

  • As mobile distribution environment is changing rapidly and competition is more intensive in businesses today, technology based self service have been changed and developed. Among the change, financial institutes and consumers are interested in mobile banking services. This study attempted to investigate the impact of service convenience value on customer satisfaction and re-usage intention, and investigated the moderate effect of technology anxiety in the relationship between service convenience value and mobile banking service usage. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who have experience using mobile banking service and analyzed by structural equation model. A convenience value affected consumer satisfaction and re-usage intention toward mobile banking service. Also, this study found that the more technology anxiety, the less re-usage intention. The results show that management and investment to improve convenience value and to reduce technology anxiety make consumers' satisfaction and re-usage intention toward mobile banking service.

A Study of the HTML5-based Mobile Order Communication System

  • Recently, online real-time web accessible mobile devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs and application services have been developing rapidly. Hospitals also need to adopt an efficient information system that can provide decent medical services under mobile computing environments to complete future medical services. This study proposes a system in which a doctor can examine a patient and make out a prescription in a ward on a real-time based on the current Order Communication Systems (OCSs) through mobile interfaces. The proposed system implements mobile web pages using HTML5, instead of a mobile app. Web processing speed can be enhanced using the web socket and web storage functions of HTML5.

The Design of an Efficient Proxy-Based Framework for Mobile Cloud Computing

  • The limited battery power in the mobile environment, lack of sufficient wireless bandwidth, limited resources of mobile terminals, and frequent breakdowns of the wireless network have become major hurdles in the development of mobile cloud computing (MCC). In order to solve the abovementioned problems, This paper propose a proxy-based MCC framework by adding a proxy server between mobile devices and cloud services to optimize the access to cloud services by mobile devices on the network transmission, application support, and service mode levels. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the developed framework through an experimental analysis. This framework can ensure that mobile users have efficient access to cloud services.
