모바일 웹서비스의 성능 향상을 위한 인터미디어리 기반의 프레임워크 설계 (A Design of Intermediary based Framework for Improving Mobile Web-Service Performance)

  • 최근 많은 모바일 디바이스 환경에서 웹서비스 이용에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있지만 현실의 여러 가지 한계와 문제점들로 인해 무선 네트워크에서의 웹 브라우징은 많은 제약이 발생한다. 최근의 급속하게 변화하는 웹 환경에서 이전의 웹서버 성능으로는 다양한 요구 사항을 만족할 수 없기 때문에, 모바일 웹서비스 엔진의 성능 향상이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터미디어리 기술을 모바일 웹 서비스에 도입하여 웹서비스 이용자를 위한 서비스 환경을 개선한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 웹서비스의 성능 향상과 모바일 디바이스와 웹서버의 상호운용을 위한 인터미디어리 기반 웹서비스 프레임워크를 설계 구현한다.

An Efficient Service Function Chains Orchestration Algorithm for Mobile Edge Computing

  • The dynamic network state and the mobility of the terminals make the service function chain (SFC) orchestration mechanisms based on static and deterministic assumptions hard to be applied in SDN/NFV mobile edge computing networks. Designing dynamic and online SFC orchestration mechanism can greatly improve the execution efficiency of compute-intensive and resource-hungry applications in mobile edge computing networks. In order to increase the overall profit of service provider and reduce the resource cost, the system running time is divided into a sequence of time slots and a dynamic orchestration scheme based on an improved column generation algorithm is proposed in each slot. Firstly, the SFC dynamic orchestration problem is formulated as an integer linear programming (ILP) model based on layered graph. Then, in order to reduce the computation costs, a column generation model is used to simplify the ILP model. Finally, a two-stage heuristic algorithm based on greedy strategy is proposed. Four metrics are defined and the performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated based on simulation. The results show that our proposal significantly provides more than 30% reduction of run time and about 12% improvement in service deployment success ratio compared to the Viterbi algorithm based mechanism.

분산 모바일 코어기반 5G 네트워크에서의 Service Function Chaining 적용구조 (Service Function Chaining Architecture for Distributed 5G Mobile Core Networks)

  • 본 논문은 5G 모바일 네트워크에서 가상화 기반의 이동통신 코어망인 Virtualized Evolved Packet Core(vEPC) 환경을 고려하여, 가입자의 종류 및 트래픽 식별에 따라 동적으로 End-to-end 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술인 Service Function Chaining(SFC)을 적용하기 위한 구조 및 메시지 절차를 제안한다. SFC 기술은 네트워크 기능들을 물리적인 연결에 상관없이 선택적으로 제공하기 위한 기술로써, 가상화 기반 네트워크 기술인 Network Function Virtualization(NFV)기반의 네트워크 환경에서 서비스 제공을 위한 주요 기술로 예상된다. 특히, 5G 모바일 코어 네트워크는 분산 코어 형태로 구축될 것으로 예상되기 때문에 본 논문에서는 이를 고려하여 계층적 SFC(hSFC: Hierarchical SFC) 구조를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 구조 및 구조 내에서의 SFC를 이용한 경로 설정 메시지 절차를 정의하고 오픈소스 기반의 테스트베드 설계를 통해 이를 구현하고자 하였다.

  • In existing factory, robot has less necessity that consider person. However, person should be considered at design and use of service robot. To service robot can be used in everyday life along with this, more functions are required. Specially, medical service robot needs function that is intelligence function. Especially, to help patient brain disease patient (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, imbecility), gait assistance Mobile robot consider ergonomic element necessarily. In order to develop the medical support service robot, the ergonomic design should be considered. This robot ergonomic design parameters are treated in ("evelopment of Medical Support Service Robot Using Ergonomic Design" 2003, ICASS) Fig2 show this Robot. In this study, navigation algorithm of walk assistance robot is analyzed in ergonomic view. Navigation algorithm of Mobile robot can divide by two patterns. Traditional derivative method has shortcoming in dynamic environment. Reactive method is result that react excellently in dynamic environment. However, number of behavior function is limited. So hybrid navigation algorithm was proposed by the alternative way. We consider enough user specificity at navigation algorithm application of gait assistance robot.

택시 텔레매틱스 서비스 시스템 구현 (Taxi Telematics Service System)

  • In this paper, we implement the taxi telematics service system based on location based service(LBS). The system implementation is composed of 3 major parts : the mobile device with which a user requests taxi calls, the taxi client which resides inside a taxi and supports multimedia environments with navigation function, and the server which manages moving taxies and receives user taxi calls. From the mobile device's GPS information, the server finds the closest taxi which is then sent to the user with the mobile device.

  • 본 논문에서는 3GPP2 IMT-2000 서비스를 위해 기존 음성 및 인터넷 인프라를 수용할 수 있으며, IMT-2000망에서 Mobile-IP over IMT-2000 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 두가지 상호연동 모델을 제안한다. 구현 모델에서는 PDSN(Packet Data Sowing Node) 또는 IWF(Interworking Function)의 기능이 통합된 구조와 각 기지국에 분리된 2가지 모델로 설계한다. 이 모델을 구현하기 위해 Mobile-IP over IMT-2000 프로토콜 스택과 cdma2000을 사용하며, 이를 사용하여 채널 상태에 따른 운용 시나리오와 핸드오프 기법을 기술한다.

  • 이동통신망 진화와 함께 다기능 단말기를 기반으로 한 무선인터넷 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 무선인터넷 서비스는 브라우저 기반의 정보서비스와 다운로드 플랫폼을 사용하는 이동멀티미디어 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 다기능 단말기보급이 확산됨에 따라 이를 기반으로 한 신규서비스 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 무선인터넷 서비스에서 핵심서비스로 발전할 위치기반 서비스를 위한 모발일 맵 브라우저로, 개발된 맵 브라우저는 국내 무선인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI를 사용하여 GIS 서버와 연동하여 지도정보를 제공한다. 또한 개발된 시스템은 위치정보 서비스 이외에 텔레메틱스를 위한 GIS 플랫폼으로 사용되고, 향후 WIPI 플랫폼 확산과 더불어 PDA, 텔레메틱스 단말기 등에서도 서비스가 가능할 것이다.

  • Recently, RFID technology is being widely embraced in the supply chain, by manufacturers, retailers, and logistics firms. This study shows the RFID system to provide location based service for commercial vehicle by integrating tracking function of GPS with Mobile service. For this, we configured PC-based terminal for vehicle and developed application consisted of RFID and GPS manager program. In web service module which uses mobile service, commodity information acquired from each vehicle at real-time is added at database and it is analyzed in various aspects to support management decision through the Legacy system.

A Method for Effective Mobile Electronic Notification Service of Private Institutions

  • Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

Development of Potential Function Based Path Planning Algorithm for Mobile Robot

  • A potential field method for solving the problem of path planning based on global and local information for a mobile robot moving among a set of stationary obstacles is described. The concept of various method used path planning is used design a planning strategy. A real human living area is constructed by many moving and imminence obstacles. Home service mobile robot must avoid many obstacles instantly. A path that safe and attraction towards the goal is chosen. The potential function depends on distance from the goal and heuristic function relies on surrounding environments. Three additional combined methods are proposed to apply to human living area, calibration robots position by measured surrounding environment and adapted home service robots. In this work, we proposed the application of various path planning theory to real area, human living. First, we consider potential field method. Potential field method is attractive method, but that method has great problem called local minimum. So we proposed intermediate point in real area. Intermediate point was set in doorframe and between walls there is connect other room or other area. Intermediate point is very efficiency in computing path. That point is able to smaller area, area divided by intermediate point line. The important idea is intermediate point is permanent point until destruction house or apartment house. Second step is move robot with sensing on front of mobile robot. With sensing, mobile robot recognize obstacle and judge moving obstacle. If mobile robot is reach the intermediate point, robot sensing the surround of point. Mobile robot has data about intermediate point, so mobile robot is able to calibration robots position and direction. Third, we gave uncertainty to robot and obstacles. Because, mobile robot was motion and sensing ability is not enough to control. Robot and obstacle have uncertainty. So, mobile robot planed safe path planning to collision free. Finally, escape local minimum, that has possibility occur robot do not work. Local minimum problem solved by virtual obstacle method. Next is some supposition in real living area.
