The information service of library is getting into a new paradigm as the smart phone usage increases. This study analyzes the contents reflected on the library mobile website to figure out the structural condition and features of the information. For this study, 26 academic libraries in U.S. are selected for an examination of their mobile websites, and the contents on the sites were analyzed. This study analyzed the most frequent type of contents provided in the mobile website. As a result, this study suggested the information structure and core contents of the mobile website in detail. The outcome of this study is expected to be a reference for building the mobile website of library.

The technique of the information communication are advanced recently and a performance enhance of a hand carried computing device was developed rapidly. Mobile Communication Carrier developed currently the phone navigation and are carrying out the service. But such service localizes at the vehicle movement. In This paper, we explain a system structure for the pedestrian navigation of the Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability(WIPI) mobile phone which contains the MS-Based Global Positioning System(GPS) internally. And we verified the result to be developed by this method that proposes.

The development of an open LBS platform makes it easy to use of the location information between telecommunication companies which have different platforms and to develop various LBS solutions using position information. This study focused on user centered design methodology on mobile service design, Especially we designed business supporting service for sale persons with heavy mobile uses in their works. We used contextual inquiry interview to understand user's work context and mobile usage. The findings are applied to the service concept, And information architecture, interaction design, GUI design is followed. As a result of design research, Post widget service is designed for instant information organization and functional relationship. And Memory box widget service is designed for business network management and contextual findability. Those services are developed for widget design on touch based phone platform.

Many researches are going on with regard to issues and problems related to mobile database systems, which are caused by the weak connectivity of wireless networks, the mobility and the portability of mobile clients. Mobile computing satisfies user's demands for convenience and performance to use information at any time and in any place, but it has many problems to be solved in the aspect of data management. The purpose of our study is to Implement Real-Time Mobile Query Processing System(MQPS) to solve problems related to database hoarding, the maintenance of shared dataconsistency and the optimization of logging, which are caused by the weak connectivity and disconnection of wireless networks inherent in mobile database systems under mobile client server environments. In addition, we proved the superiority of the proposed MQPS by comparing its performance to the C I S(Client-Intercept-Srever) model.

This study is based on the information security management system, the threat from mobile office, mobile office configuration item type, vulnerability analysis and control at the level of the current possibilities for technology to its purpose. To perform exploratory study for mobile Office to target the new technology, we were used the integrated research methods such as the documentary survey, expert FGI and real user's survey. To identify the main risk areas of mobile office services, we develop the mobile service layer model that separated the place, terminal, network, server according to service deliverly system. Finally, the result of survey for threats and vulnerabilities showed that the control of the terminal of user is a significant.

Web services are key applications in business­to-business, business-to-customer, and enterprise applications integration solutions. As the mobile internet becomes one of the main methods for information delivery, mobile Web Services are regarded as a critical aspect of e-business architecture. In this paper, we proposed a mobile Web Services middleware that converts conventional internet services into mobile Web services. We implemented a WSDL (Web Service Description Language) builder that converts HTML/XML into WSDL and a SAOP (Simple Object Access Protocol) message processor that performs SOAP message handling, chain and handling of server requests. The former minimizes the overhead cost of rebuilding mobile Web Services and enables seamless services between wired and wireless internet services. The latter enhances SOAP processing performance by eliminating the Servlet container (Tomcat), a required component of typical Web services implementation. Our main contributions are to overcome the latency problem of current Web Services and to provide an easy mobile Web service implementation. Our system can completely support standard Web Services protocol, minimizing communication overhead, message processing time, and server overload. Finally we compare our empirical results with those of typical Web Services.

Mobile device has the same service as PC with the development of mobile technology, such as game, internet, economic service. This paper we play the games in Mobile Device which were popular in Pentium 1 PC, and then develop Avatar Converter by summarizing Automating Elements. In other words, we propose a method that can accelerate developing speed of Mobile Contents by recycling existing resource. The main function of Avatar Converter is that transform existing architecture with dividing logic and resource which can play in mobile by considering restriction items. It can accelerate developing speed by transforming common logic and resource in various contents development for kinds of mobile company.

WiBro network technologies developed mainly by Korea are one of very promising 4G technologies. WiBro has been standardized as international standard called Mobile WiMAX, and has been deployed in many countries. Emergency Services are infrastructural servicesa and very essential to induce subscribers from other types of networks. This paper propose a network architecture for supporting emergency services for mobile VoIP services in WiBro networks. The proposed architecture is based on WMF's architecture for internationa compatibilities, and reflects national considerations on interfacing PSAP for domestic compatibilities.
