Design of Client/Server System for Meteorological Map Service Using Mobile Phone Sensor

  • On the limited urban area meteorological data are hard to be collected because of the cost problem. The facilities collecting the data require high installment cost. Recently, the sensor network technique comes to the fore as a solution. Furthermore a mobile phone also becomes to be recognized as a sensor. This paper studies an application to service the meteorological map using mobile phone sensor. A design results for system implementation are introduced in this paper.

  • Recently, the smart devices has been possessed by a large majority of the adult, and offered various personalization services. This paper proposed the lightweight Intelligent Image Security System that notice the existence of any intruder in real time at the place of requiring the security by using smart device. The proposed image security system recognized whether or not intruder exists using the difference frame on the basis of Integral Image and the dynamic background updating algorithms. The intrusion notification is achieved by using the GCM push server that send massages in the application unit of user mobile device, and the SMTP mail server which is use of e-mail standard protocol. In case of the occurrence of intruder, GCM push server send an push-massage by the private mobile device, and SMTP mail server send the intruder's photograph and intrusion time. By the convergence of the various image processing algorithms and the performance of smart device, The proposed image security system can be applied to the various Intelligent Image Security field.

  • File share system in client/server method requires server of High performance and capacity and this server is very expensive and management is complex and is been influenced much to flatform. Also, extension of correct memory or hard drive etc. causes a lot of expenses to server. While, may minimise human who happen by buying high-capacity server by dispersing file public ownership way unuse expensive server in client/serve. way who put up files in PC(client) to a sewer and manage files and make use of only client computers because public ownership of data and government official in P2P(peer to peer) environment, waste of material resources. Many people are interested to P2P by such reason, researches that use P2P to connection field to be Moba that have Gakgwangbatgo current are gone vigorously.

  • The broadcast environment has asymmetric communication aspect that is typically much greater communication bandwidth available from server to clients than in the opposite direction. In addition, most of mobile computing systems allow mostly read-only transactions from mobile clients for retrieving different types of information such as stock data, traffic information and mews updates. Since previous concurrency control protocols, however, do not consider such a particular characteristics, the performance degradation occurs when previous schemes are applied to the broadcast environment. In this paper, we propose the efficient concurrency control for query transaction in broadcast environment. The following requirements are satisfied by adapting weak consistency that is the appropriate correctness criterion of read-only transactions: (1) the mutual consistency of data maintained by the server and read by clients (2) the currency of data read by clients. We also use the serialization graph scheme to check the weak consistency efficiently. As a result, we improved a performance by reducing unnecessary aborts and restarts of read-only transactions caused when global serializability was adopted.

  • Recently great loss of life and property is occurring because of fire, natural disaster, earth quake, tsunami and so on. People spend 80~90% of their time indoor environment like office, supermarket, campus. Therefore Indoor navigation and guidelines system became so essential for most of all. Incase of emergency we must be careful earlier, in such a cases 5G kind of new technology may also cannot work. So immediate action and quick routing notification for guidelines and protection is the most. Considering this issue We proposed indoor evacuating guidance system based on microcontroller Wi-Fi board for Indoor APP using mobile. Focusing various kind of technology like, ok google, voice search APP we purposed node architecture based system. When we listen fire alarm while living inside the room. Then to be safe we connect with server and start Arduino UNO+IoT ESP8266 Wi-Fi shield version1-IoT module to store data in MySQL DB server. We make application to escape out from the building up-to the three exits giving information from source point to destination. Our program can send information to the users emergency location and situations. For this when the user get sound or vibration in their mobile device it indicate fire out near by. At that time we update message from Arduino to DB server for the fixed current position inside the building which give routing signal for that fire out location by changing values from 0 to 1. We have user in point 10 where user is near by. Later we detect Wi-Fi signal form Nodemcu as room of each floor and try to connect with user. Main purpose of this paper is to save life of people in short time and find out the shortest path up to nearest exits in the time of emergencies and rescue them.

  • This paper proposes low latency handover procedure for seamless connectivity and QoS support between wired (e.g. Ethernet) and wireless (e.g. WLAN, WiBro(802.16-compatible), CDMA) networks by the mobile-assisted and server-initiated handover strategy. It is assumed that the server decides the best target network considering network status and user preferences. In this procedure, a mobile terminal associates with the wireless link decided at the server in advance and receives CoA as well. When handover occurs without the prediction in wired networks, the server performs fast binding update using physical handover trigger through the MIH (media independent handover) function. As a result, a mobile terminal does not need to perform L2 and L3 handover during handover so that this procedure decreases handover latency and loss.

Mobile Transaction Processing in Hybrid Broadcasting Environment (복합 브로드캐스팅 환경에서 이동 트랜잭션 처리)

  • In recent years, different models in data delivery have been explored in mobile computing systems. Particularly, there were a lot of research efforts in the periodic push model where the server repetitively disseminates information without explicit request. However, average waiting time per data operation highly depends on the length of a broadcast cycle and different access pattern among clients may deteriorate the response time considerably. In this case, clients are preferably willing to send a data request to the server explicitly through backchannel in order to obtain optimal response time. We call the broadcast model supporting backchannel as hybrid broadcast. In this paper, we devise a new transaction processing algorithm(O-PreH) in hybrid broadcast environments. The data objects which the server maintains are divided into Push_Data for periodic broadcasting and Pull_Data for on-demand processing. Clients tune in broadcast channel or demand the data of interests according to the data type. Periodic invalidation reports from the server support maintaining transactional consistency. If one or more conflicts are found, conflict orders are determined not to violate the consistency(pre-reordering) and then the remaining operations have to be executed pessimistically. Through extensive simulations, we demonstrate the improved throughput of the proposed algorithm.

  • 본 논문은 무선 에플리케이션 프로토콜 Specification에서 제시하고 있는 WTA(Wireless Telephony Application) 를 기초로 네트워크에서 발생한 실시간 Event를 처리할 수 있는 모바일 클라이언트 및 WTA서버에 대한 설계와 구현에 대해서 기술한다. 또한 네트워크 이벤트 및 사용자가 발생시킨 이벤트를 디바이스에 독립적으로 처리할 수 있는 WTA 라이브러리와 필요한 컨텐츠를 실시간으로 브라우징하기 위한 Repository 에 대해 기술한다. 전체적인 WTA 환경 구조는 크게 2개의 물리적 구조인 Mobile Client와 WTA Server로 구현되어있다. Mobile Client의 내부 모듈은 표준 WAE 사용자 에이전트(Standard WAE User Agent)의 확장인 WTA 사용자 에이전트 모듈(WTA User-Agent Module), 필요한 resource를 서버로 요청하고 저장하는 채널 인스톨 모듈(Channel Install Module), network로부터 발생한 Event를 처리하는 이벤트 핸들러 모듈(Event Handler Module), mobile network 기능들(e.g. setting up calls)과 device specific feature(e.g. manipulating the phonebook)를 다루는 WTA 스크립트 라이브러리(WTA Script Library), Phonebook 엑세스 모듈(Phonebook Access Module), 실시간으로 즉각 이벤트에 반응하기 위한 Repository로 구성되어있고, WTA Server는 Client가 요청한 Content(services)를 전달 해 주는 컨텐트 전달 모듈(Content Deliver Module)과 서버 Phonebook 엑세스 모들(Server Phonebook Access Module)로 구성되어 있다.

  • Other server based-application and the need of more complex interaction is required with functional strengthening and variational uses of mobile device. And mobile environments make a problem of continuous of web-service by making a problem of instance cutting between web-server and mobile device which acts as a client because of mobility. Therefore, this paper embodies a framework which keeps security and connectivity between HTTP based web-service and mobile device, and is for connection to web-service of mobile device which uses WAP in a standard protocol based mobile environment of mobile web-service for continuous web-service. This paper is analyzed in the same standard condition to compared functional delay which is based on HTTP and WAP access, and data transmission volume. Also it investigates improvement of execution overhead which is brought by interaction process.
