Developing Avatar Converter by using existing Contents in Mobile Contents Development (모바일 컨텐츠 개발에서 기존의 컨텐츠를 최대한 이용하기 위한 아바타 변환기 개발 연구)

  • Mobile device has the same service as PC with the development of mobile technology, such as game, internet, economic service. This paper we play the games in Mobile Device which were popular in Pentium 1 PC, and then develop Avatar Converter by summarizing Automating Elements. In other words, we propose a method that can accelerate developing speed of Mobile Contents by recycling existing resource. The main function of Avatar Converter is that transform existing architecture with dividing logic and resource which can play in mobile by considering restriction items. It can accelerate developing speed by transforming common logic and resource in various contents development for kinds of mobile company.

Comparison of Personalized Ad Methods on the Internet and Smart Phone Platforms (인터넷과 스마트폰 환경에서의 개인화된 광고 방법론의 비교 분석)

  • As the smart phone is propagating rapidly, the importance of mobile advertisement has also grown. One of the main characteristics of the Internet and smart phone advertising is that they can deliver personalized advertisements to each customer. The smart phone enables the identification of additional personalized information such as the customer's location and the accessibility to the site at any place any time. As the Internet platform becomes richer, firms that offer the ad services via the wired PC Internet and wireless smart phone are seeking various types of personalized ads. However, their service platform and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) platform should be suitable to the characteristics of personalized ads. This research explores various types of personalized ad methods and evaluates their adequacy encompassing four types of ad service platforms (such as search portal, news portal, e-mall servers, and SNS) and two types of ICT platforms (PC Internet and smart phone). To this end, we classified the personalized ads into seven types: three basic types and four composite types. The basic types of ad methods are identified by considering the current activity that the customer is engaged, the individual profile and log history, and the customer's current location or planning location. Four composite types of ad methods are constructed as the combination of these basic types. For those types of ad methods, we evaluate whether each ad method adequately maps with four types of ad service platforms and two types of ICT platforms. We proposed a metric of evaluation and demonstrated the concept with illustrative numbers. Specifically, we analyze and compare personalized ad methods in three ways. Firstly, the possibility of implementing a personalized ad method on the platform is analyzed to confirm the degree of suitability. Secondly, the value of personalized ad method is analyzed based on the customer accessibility. Lastly, expected effectiveness for each personalized ad method is computed by multiplying the possibility and the value. Through this kind of analysis, the ad service providers as well as advertising companies can evaluate what kinds of personalized ad methods and platforms are possible and suitable to maximize their ad effectiveness on the Internet and smart phone platforms.

  • It is necessary to dynamic recognition system with real time loading height and pressure of the loading waste, the drying of wood, batteries, and plastic wastes, which are representative compositional wastes, and the carbonization changes on the surface. The dynamic context awareness service constituted a platform based on Universal Middleware system using BCN convergence communication service as a Ambient SDK model. A context awareness system should be constructed to determine the cause of the fire based on the analysis data of fermentation heat point with natural ignition from the load waste. Furthermore, a real-time dynamic service platform that could be apply to the configuration of scenarios for each type from early warning fire should be built using Universal Middleware. Thus, this issue for Internet of Things realize recognition platform for analyzing low temperature fired fire possibility data should be dynamically configured and presented.

  • This study is a sustainability study of K-Music beyond K-Pop through New Media. New media literally means 'new media'. When TV, classified as legacy media, first appeared in the world, it was an innovative new media platform. Of course, it is considered the most traditional legacy media. However, the definition of new media inevitably changes with the times. Most of the media called new media today are based on online and mobile. This thesis focuses on popular music including crossover traditional music genre. And we define popular music exported abroad as K-pop, and propose the possibility of globalization of Korean music using K-pop users and new media, a metaverse based K-pop audition platform, as consumers and suppliers in the global market. Hallyu, the studying of K-Pop through the study of attitudes and economic effects of K-pop, such as reactions to the spread of K-pop and the reactions of fans who like K-pop, are constantly being discussed in various ways. But there has been no case of cultural technology research that linked the sustainability of Gugak as the Korean music through new media to the K-pop business platform. As the overflowing data pours out in the virtual space as an act that gives the meaning of existence, the online is able to become an open market that provides reliable information all over the world. Therefore we would like to propose on the sustainability of Korean music through the 'Korean Traditional Music Broadcasting Metaverse Audition' beyond the K-pop business model as the K-Music content in the cultural technology era.

  • Watching movies is common on a big screen like a theater or on a big-screen TV. nowadays, small platform such as mobile devices is increasing rapidly for watch a movie. These changes are deeply related to the advent of Internet-based video streaming services such as OTT. OTT's development has provided in free video viewing system without using the set-top box is free from the limitations of time and space. Leading the market is Netflix[1], which started its business with Internet-based DVD rental service. Netflix, which is growing in tandem with the mobile market, had 193.26[2] million members as of the end of 2018. Other OTT participating companies include content-based Pooq, TVing, platform-based Olleh TV Mobile, Oksusu and LTE video portal. The size of such new growth projects has grown gradually, with 25.4 percent of all smartphone users currently watching video content with small mobile devices. Therefore, de-largeization, it is thought that visual language is needed for viewing small mobile devices that are capable of OTT services. To this end, this paper will identify the problem in viewing popular video content with small mobile devices and Survey and study its impact on viewers using the questionnaire.

  • In this paper, we present criteria of objective measurement of speech quality to provide the mobile-VoIP services efficiently over wireless mobile internet. The mobile-VoIP service, which is based on mobility and is error-prone compared to conventional VoIP over wired network, is about to be launched, but there have not been adequate quality indexes and the Quality of Service (QoS) standards for evaluating speech quality of Mobile-VoIP. In addition, there are many factors influencing on the speech quality in packet network of which packet loss contribute directly to the overall voice communication quality. For this reason, we adopt the Gilbert-Elliot Channel Model for modeling packet network based on IP and assess the voice quality through the objective speech method of ITU-T P. 862 PESQ and ITU-T P. 862.1 MOS-LQO under various packet loss rates in the transmission channel environments. Our simulation results address the specific criteria and QoS for the mobile-VoIP services in terms of the various packet loss environments.

  • New business model for mobile internet has been developed using multifunction mobile terminal. Multifunction terminal provides mobile multimedia service such as VOD and AOD and personal area network(PAN) service using bluetooth and W-LAN. In this paper, we develop home network WEI application interworking with home network gateway This application controls home appliances and provides still image for home secuirt using the web camera. We further develop the home networking PAN services using multifunction terminal having GigBee and RFID.

  • In this paper, the existing domestic HVAC systems, devices TCP / IP does not support the most, thereby, not performed remote management, it is necessary to regularly field service, inefficiency and cost bring a burden. This is through a comparison of the IoT-based primary, real-time protocol of what has become a hot topic recently, to be able to control and real-time monitoring through the CCU device in the HVAC system. Compare for this Internet of Things device for real-time monitoring and control of the XMPP, CoAP, MQTT main real-time protocol is used on. Finally, flexibility, light weight, based on MQTT a two-way messaging protocols with reliable message delivery, implements the protocol on the real-time HVAC system in the cloud platform.

  • Wireless communications have been developed time and time to satisfy more demands of users for internet service, mobile communication service and so on. One of infrastructures leading the next generation wireless communication is HAPS(High Altitude Platform Station). This paper analyzed outage probability when a mobile communication system was constructed by using HAPS. First, an approach to evaluate the carrier to interference power ratio' was introduced and results from the analysis were calculated and simulated. from the results, carrier to interference power ratio (C/I) and fading depth (K) had an effect on outage probability; outage probability decreases when K increases far constant C/I or C/l increases for constant K. In addition, when outage probability for a platform with elevation 30 degrees is expanded into it for 24-platforms, outage probability(C/I=9.8dB) was worse because of many interferers relatively.
