Laccase (EC 1.10.3.2) is a small group of enzymes that catalyze the oxidation of a broad range of phenolic compounds including hazardous and recalcitrant pollutants in the environment. This study attempted to develop an efficient system for production of a recombinant laccase by chloroplast genetic transformation of tobacco. Chloroplast transformation vector was constructed and introduced into the tobacco chloroplast genome using particle bombardment. Chloroplast-transformed plants were subsequently regenerated. PCR and southern blot analyses confirmed stable integration of the laccase gene into the chloroplast genome. Northern blot analysis revealed that mRNA of the laccase gene was highly expressed in chloroplast-transformed plants.

Ovulid species were collected during the period from 1998 to 2004 years at six localities of Korean coastal area. Ovulidae in Korea was classified as 27 spacies in 11 genera. Twenty two species among them have never been reported in Korean fauna; Habuprionovolva hervieri (Hedley, 1989), Prionovolva brevis (Sowerby, 1828), P. pudica pudica (A. This study was done to investigate the quality characteristics of salmon frame with citric acid pretreatment. Sliced salmon frame samples were cured in soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and sodium nitrate for 12 h and then dried at 3 h and then dried at $60^{\circ}C$ for 3 h. As the autoclaving at $130^{\circ}C$ for 15 min, the pH, moisture content, crude ash, crude fat, crude protein, acid value (AV), peroxide value (POV), volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), trimethylamine (TMA), total plate count and E. coli were measured at $4^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$ and $35^{\circ}C$ of storage days. The AV, POV, VBN, TMA and total plate count for all samples significantly increased as during storage days (p<0.05). All samples of storage, for autoclaving on salmon frame, there were no growth on E.coli. In the making of autoclaving on salmon frame, technologies for more safety from microbial growth should accompany pretreatment with citric acid.

The purpose f this thesis is to examine the reality of Min Sha-pyeong, which led to life in the end of the Koryo Dynasty. Min Sha-pyeong was able to conduct academic exchanges through active negotiations with various scholars at the time. After passing the civil service exam at the age of 21, Min Sha-pyeong acted in various positions and remained loyal to the government. Min Sha-pyeong, who frequently met with Lee Je-hyun, Baek Mun-bo and Lee-saek, exchanged opinions. Sometimes Baek Mun-bo gathered together and always joined him when drinking. Lee-saek was convinced that his poetry would continue to inspire. The time when Min Sha-pyeong was active very confusing at home and abroad. In the end of the Koryo Dynasty, the national operating system was unstable due to the poor land and the suffering of the afflicted people, who suffered from frequent in vasions of Japan. At the time, the corruption and the suffering of the people were serious. Min Sha-pyeong refers to the reality of the people who love the people, reflecting the lives of the people living in poverty. Min Sha-pyeong thinks life without loyality is not a normal life. If I had a desire, I realized that the riches of wealth would wane someday. Min Sha-pyeong hoped that he would be relieved of his sympathy and would be relieved of their position in sympathy ith the people. Here, youy can see the reality of the people in Min Sha-pyeong is clearly revealed.

Rat aortic ring preparations were mounted in organ baths, exposed to sodium cyanide $(0.01{\sim}1.0\;mM)$ for 10 min, and then subjected to contractile agents or relaxants such as acetylcholine, sodium nitroprusside and isoproterenol. Presence of low concentration of sodium cyanide did not affect the contractile response to KCl or phenylephrine in the aortic rings with intact endothelium or endothelium denuded. Sodium nitroprusside but not acetylcholine or isoproterenol augmented phenylephrine-induced intact or denuded vascular contraction in the presence of low concentration of sodium cyanide. In conclusion, this study provides the evidence concerning the potentiating effect of sodium nitroprusside on the contraction induced by phenylephrine in rat aortic rings regardless of endothelial function.

Static Single Assignment (SSA) form is an intermediate representation which encodes information about data and control flow that is use used to facilitate program analysis and optimization. SSA form simplifies this process with its size linear to program size. Thus we use SSA form to efficiently facilitate bytecode level analysis and optimizations in our CTOC program processor project. In this paper, we illustrate the application and implement implementation of SSA form using an example. We give the conclusion after experimental results.

In recent study on design of experiments, the complicate metamodeling has been studied because defining exact model using computer simulation is expensive and time consuming. Thus, some designers often use approximate models, which express the relation between some inputs and outputs. In this paper, we review and compare the complicate metamodels, which are expressed by the interaction of various data through trying many physical experiments and running a computer simulation. The prediction model in this paper employs interpolation schemes known as ordinary kriging developed in the fields of spatial statistics and kriging in Design and Analysis of Computer Experiments (DACE) model. We will focus on describing the definitions, the prediction functions and the algorithms of two kriging methods, and assess the error measures of those by using some validation methods.

The world mobile service is growing sharply and became bigger market than wired. So it is very needed to find the political way to promote mobile industry. The United States government recently decided to introduce new mobile policies for promoting mobile industry. Until now the telecommunications policies of the United States have affected policy developments for many countries including Korea. In this context, we studied the validity of introducing new mobile policies of the United States in Korea. We found that new mobile policies can cause the change of mobile market environment; mobile market power will be dispersed from network to content, application and devise, and new mobile market environment where consumers freely select and use network as well as content, application and devise will be made. Also we found empirically that if new policies are introduced in Korea, mobile industry will be promoted as Korean consumers use mobile services and goods quite actively in new mobile market. We think our results provide reasonable evidence to introduce new mobile policies in Korea.

Many problems in various aspects such as generation of plastic/dry contraction cracks and cold joints can be caused unless proper quality control measures are established in hot weather circumstances. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the crack patterns of concrete by applying a change in 3 surface curing methods such as a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet developed to reduce the temperature and cracks through reflection of heat in summer and a PE film and a surface exposure used generally to an actually constructed apartment slab. The study result confirmed that the best concrete crack reduction effect can be obtained with a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet.

In the Well-being age, many people use a city park for rest deeply think and constitutional walk. The city park is located at near side by traffic road in urban. Citizens are not satisfied with it's fuction as a haven of peace due to road traffic noise. Thus, this study is for a research on the actual noise condition of a city park in Nowon go. This study uses a prediction method called ASJ-model in order to calculate PWLs of road traffic noise. Using calculated PWLs, noise levels in a park are predicted and compared with measured values.
