해양 수산 드론의 활용과 요구사항 (Usage Scenarios and Requirements for Sea Drones)

  • 드론의 사용 범위는 점차 군사용에서 상업용으로 활용 분야를 확장하고 있다. 농업 분야에서는 드론을 활용하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되었지만, 해양 특히 수산업 분야에서는 드론을 활용하기 위한 노력이 상대적으로 많지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 해양 및 수산업에 적용하기 위한 드론의 필요성과 시스템적 요구사항을 제안한다. 드론을 활일용한 해양 및 수산 모니터링은 기존 방법에 비해서 효과적이며, 많은 비용을 감소시킬 것으로 예상된다.

일 부대 현역 사병들에서 입대 전 인터넷 사용 정도와 정신건강과의 관계 (The Association between Mental Health and the Degree of using Internet Before Joining the Army in the Soldiers On Service in a Region)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to survey the degree to which people use the Internet prior to joining the army and mental health. Methods : The author assessed Internet addiction and mental health using an Internet addiction diagnostic scale for soldiers and the Symptoms Check-list-90. A total of 508 subjects were included in the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed by independent t-test. Results : The Internet addiction risk group (n=19, 3.7%) had significantly higher mean scores for obsessive-compulsion (t=-2.43, p=0.02) and interpersonal-sensitivity subscales (t=-2.30, p=0.03) than the control group. Conclusion : Internet addiction was related to soldiers' mental health. An assessment focused on internet use would be useful in the evaluation of a person potential adaptation to the military.

  • 최근 영구자석 동기전동기는 여러 장점으로 인해 많은 응용 분야에서 적용이 확대되고 있다. 특히 전기 자동차, 항공기 분야, 의료 및 군사 분야에 그 적용이 활발히 진행되고 있어 상대적으로 고 신뢰 운전이 매우 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있으며, 특히 전압 원 인버터의 고장 감지 및 진단 등에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영구자석 동기전동기의 개방 고장을 감지하고 진단하는 방법을 제안하였고, 모의해석 및 실험을 통해 제안된 방법이 실제 적용이 가능성을 확인하였다. 제안된 방법은 기존의 개방 고장 감지 방법과 달리 별도의 하드웨어를 요구하지 않으며, 또한 빠른 개방 고장 감지 특성을 가지고 있다.

A Study on Drone's Liability on Flight in South Korea

  • Purpose - This paper analyzed the accident of drone and related insurance goods which can be coverable with regard to drone accident. The study range is limited in the owner's care, custody, and the control of drone in South Korea, but military area and law and regulation of the drone would be exceptional. Research design, data, and methodology - With regard to drone's flight, drone can make possible risks and can give severe damage to the people. To carry out this research, literature survey and review such as journal, thesis and publications were adopted. Results - As for the insurance coverage from drone's accident involved in the purpose of business, insurance coverage depends on 'commercial general liability insurance'. However, in case of personal hobby including leasure intention, insurance coverage depends on 'living liability insurance'. Conclusions - From a drone's accident, operator and owner of the drone may face the property damage to the drone itself, and then can give severe damage or loss to the people such as physical injuries and property damage. Peoples should be concerned about having the awareness of drone's accident with insurance coverage.

Priority Rule Based Heuristics for the Team Orienteering Problem

  • Team orienteering, an extension of single-competitor orienteering, is the problem of determining multiple paths from a starting node to a finishing node for a given allowed time or distance limit fixed for each of the paths with the objective of maximizing the total collected score. Each path is through a subset of nodes, each of which has an associated score. The team orienteering problem has many applications such as home fuel delivery, college football players recruiting, service technicians scheduling, military operations, etc. Unlike existing optimal and heuristic algorithms often leading to heavy computation, this paper suggests two types of priority rule based heuristics-serial and parallel ones-that are especially suitable for practically large-sized problems. In the proposed heuristics, all nodes are listed in an order using a priority rule and then the paths are constructed according to this order. To show the performances of the heuristics, computational experiments were done on the small-to-medium sized benchmark instances and randomly generated large sized test instances, and the results show that some of the heuristics give reasonable quality solutions within very short computation time.

  • Usually, hydraulic cylinder is widely used as the actuator in the equipment of construction machines, airplane and military machines. In case of these devices, due to use under severe environment such as water, $SiO^2$ and dust, etc. seal which has high packing ability and long service life has been required. These characteristics are largely influenced by material and geometries of seal such as approach angle, withdrawal angle and interference. Recently, many a study about seal material has been performed so that many materials have been developed. But the concrete studies including the relationships between geometry of seal and sealing performance have hardly been performed yet. Therefore, in this study, we predicted the deformation behavior and contact normal distribution of dust seal with the variation of geometries of seal lip using finite element analysis. And based on the results of analyses, we discussed the effects of the design variables fur sealing performance of the dust seal.

Different QoS Constraint Virtual SDN Embedding under Multiple Controllers

  • Software-defined networking (SDN) has emerged as a promising technology for network programmability and experiments. In this work, we focus on virtual network embedding in multiple controllers SDN network. In SDN virtualization environment, virtual SDN networks (vSDNs) operate on the shared substrate network and managed by their each controller, the placement and load of controllers affect vSDN embedding process. We consider controller placement, vSDN embedding, controller adjustment as a joint problem, together considering different quality of service (QoS) requirement for users, formulate the problem into mathematical models to minimize the average time delay of control paths, the load imbalance degree of controllers and embedding cost. We propose a heuristic method which places controllers and partitions control domains according to substrate SDN network, embeds different QoS constraint vSDN requests by corresponding algorithms, and migrates switches between control domains to realize load balance of controllers. The simulation results show that the proposed method can satisfy different QoS requirement of tenants, keep load balance between controllers, and work well in the acceptance ratio and revenue to cost ratio for vSDN embedding.

  • Jeju island is located in far from main land and has very harsh environment that has formed an unique clothing style as well. In addition, the popular belief has been developed with originality even their clothing. Therefore, this study is concerned with costumes worn for various ritual events and to analyze their features in Jeju. The shamanism served 18,000 gods are composed to 12 different types of the events for wealth, safety, heath, sadness or thanks. The costumes worn by officiating priests or 'Simbang(shaman)' depend on the occasion of an event, and they are different for male and female performers. The styles of costumes for religious service can be divided into 7 types: Regulation dress(Jebok), Korean full-dress attire(Dopo), Official uniform(Danryung), Military uniform(Gunbok), Formal dress (Durumagi), Casual wears and Special costumes. The costumes for religion events are not various and splendid as compare with another province in Jeju. Because, when simbang expired, their clothings had been burned according to custom. However, It is important materials for us to know the clothing of time. We should keep studing that costume more as a valuable culture.

대학 교양영어 블렌디드 학습에서 학업성취도에 영향을 끼치는 변인 연구 (A Study on the Variables Influencing Student Achievement in a Blended Learning of College English)

  • S 대학교 교양필수 과목인 영어회화는 영어교육을 강화하기 위해 블렌디드 학습으로 설계되었다. 이 블렌디드 학습이 학습자의 학업성취도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 학업성취도의 변인에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 연구결과로 성별, 전공, 군복무, 해외거주 경험, 면대면 출석, 퀴즈, 온라인 출석이 학업성취도에 영향을 미치고 온라인 학습방식(학습장소, 학습시간, 학습빈도)은 학업성취도와 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 학습만족도는 강사 만족도, 학습내용 만족도, 시스템 만족도로 나누어 조사했는데, 그 결과 단지 시스템 만족도만 학업성취도에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

확장된 군 통신망에 적용되는 VoIPv6 성능분석 (Performance Evaluation of VoIPv6 in a Large-Scaled u-Army Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 육군에서 진행하고 있는 VoIPv6 네트워크 구축 사업에 적용될 예정인 네트워크를 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 예측하고 그 결과를 도출하였다. 본 논문의 시뮬레이션에 앞서 선행하였던 첫 번째 u-Army 시뮬레이션의 경우 실험 부대 내로 범위를 한정하여 VoIPv6 네트워크의 성능을 측정하였다면 이번 시뮬레이션에서는 범위를 확장하여 사단 전체에 적용하였을 경우 설계한 VoIPv6 네트워크가 어느 정도의 성능이 나오고 실제 육군의 요구사항에 부합하는지를 예측하는 시뮬레이션이다. 시뮬레이션은 사단에 실제 적용할 네트워크를 모델링하여 사용하였고, 서비스를 사용하는 다양한 상황을 가정하고 시뮬레이션 조건으로 적용하여 네트워크에서 어느 정도까지 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 지를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 도출된 결과는 네트워크의 성능을 예측하여 향후 전군으로 적용될 경우 군 상황과 규모에 적합한 네트워크 구축에 도움을 줄 것이다
