It was required Integrated Network Management Architecture(INMA) with consistency and standardization in order to support efficiently communication service for operators and users. In such ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication) recommended TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) which is Network management architecture for telecommunication, and intended to achieve uniform and comprehensive network management using standardized network management interface. This paper proposes C31 management services and management functions based on ITU-T and RACE project. This designs C31 INMA based on TMN concept in order to manage efficiently C31 communication network. The C31 INMA supports to manage C31 LAN and WAN devices and lines with global and correspondence, and helps Integrated Network Management system design and implementation.

Recently a supercavitating underwater vehicle moving at high speed over 200 knots has been of interest for its practical advantage of the dramatic drag reduction. Many experimental and numerical studies have been explored, however most of the studies deal with the case of uniform flows. In this paper, we investigated physical behaviors of the artificial supercavity in a periodic gust flow. Experiments were carried out at a cavitation tunnel of the Chungnam National University(CNUCT), which is equipped to remove the gas supplied from outside of the tunnel. We devised an experimental apparatus generating vertical and horizontal gust flows, and investigated the supercavity formations at different periodic mode of the incoming flow.

The microstructure evolution during a hot forging of Waspaloy was investigated using the recrystallization model and FEM simulation. In order to obtain an uniform microstructure, hot forging was carried out by two step. The change of grain size during hot forging has a deep connection with dynamic recrystallization behavior. Avrami-type constitutive equation for the dynamic recrystallization was implemented into an user subroutine of 2D FE simulator. The evolution of grain structure in the two-step forging of Waspaloy was simulated using the 2D FEM user-subroutine. The detailed variation of microstructures due to dynamic recrystallization could effectively be predicted at various locations in a forged pancake.

For the development of reliable thermal batteries, electrolyte is quite important because it is closely related to the performance and stability of thermal batteries. This paper describes general image processing method used for the inspection of molten-salt based electrolyte disk and also describes how we can apply this image processing method to the inspection of thermal battery electrolyte. Moreover we have found optimized image processing conditions to improve the discriminating ability of compaction defects such as non-uniform parts in an electrolyte.

A high power laser beam focused on a small area accelerates a thin material that flies and hits other target material in which a shock wave may be induced. This laser induced shock experimental method is more repeatable and cheaper but worse than other experimental method using gas gun or other apparatus. An optical system including a phase zone plate reduces the interference and also makes the focused-beam-intensity distribution uniform. We wrote a computer code that calculates light ray traces. Using the code we designed and fabricated an optical system including a phase zone plate and improved the laser-beam uniformity. We introduce preliminary experimental results of laser induced shock of the samples such as aluminum and other materials.

현재 軍(육군) 입대 장병은 신병훈련소에서 신체에 대한 치수 측정(자동, 수동) 및 샘플 피복을 착용해 본 후, 희망하는 치수로 피복을 지급받고 있다. 하지만, 민간 평상복보다 상대적으로 매우 세분화된 치수 체계를 적용하고 있는 軍에서는 이와 같은 치수 측정 과정에서 발생하는 측정된 치수의 낮은 정확도로 인해 지급받은 피복이 제대로 맞지 않아 피복을 교체하는 빈도가 매우 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 서구적으로 변화된 MZ 세대의 체형변화를 반영하지 않고, 10여 년 전(前)에 수집된 구세대 체형 데이터 기반의 치수 체계를 적용함으로써 재고량이 비효율적으로 관리되는 문제점이 있다. 즉, 필요한 규격의 피복은 부족하고 불필요한 규격의 피복재고는 다수 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 피복 교체빈도를 감소시키고 재고관리의 효율성을 향상하기 위해 딥러닝 기반의 신체 치수 자동측정과 빅데이터 분석 및 머신러닝 기반의 "입대 장병 개인 맞춤형 피복 자동 추천 시스템"을 제안한다.

This study is to analyze the symbolic images appeared in modern fashion design adopted dualistic meanings in uniforms. Uniforms signify order, conformity and discipline in public life. The dualistic meanings in uniforms appeared modern times are as follows: public authority vs individual non-authority, heterosexual identity vs homosexual identity, time-space uniformity vs mixed diversity. The symbolic images appeared in modern fashion design adopted dualistic meanings in uniforms such as military uniforms, school uniforms, nurses' uniforms, sports uniforms and etc. are erotic image, hybrid image, and kitsch image.

A Politician Appearance Acceptance Model (PAAM model) was formed and designed based on an analysis of how the electorate would accept a female politician. The PAAM model evaluated factors which influenced the voter's view of the female politician based on appearance. Causative factors were assessed that impacted acceptance based on appearance and analyzed whether voting was influenced by the appearance image; appearance image preferences for a female politician included the classic, dramatic, romantic and natural images. Through validations, the appearance image and competency had a causative factor that contributed to the acceptance of the politician image. The Classic Image demonstrated the strongest and most important image among the appearance images. As voters were more interested in the appearance image of a female politician, more emphasis and weight was on the appearance image during the voting selection process.

열전도계수와 열전달계수가 모두 온도에 따라 면하는 균일 단면의 직선휜에서의 온도분포와 열전달에 관한 일반해를 구하였다. 휜재질의 열전도제수와 펄과 주위 유체 사이의 열 전달계수는 온도에 관한 임의의 함수일 수 있다. 직사각형 단면의 천에서 해소중량 조건을 해석하였다. 몇 가지 특별한 경우에 대한 수치 결과는 그라프형태로 주어졌다.

Clothing as one of elements of culture has been interwoven with cultural diffusion, and accompanied the most visible change. In this paper, it was focused that the process and the characteristics of western clothing adop-tion of Korea from 1876 to 1945 corelating with cultural diffusion theory. They were analyzed through the change of clothing reformation system by government, school uniform, and social phenomenon. The finding of this paper were as followings; 1. The process of western clothing adoption was forcibly demanded by Japan, therefore influenced by Japan. 2. The clothing reformation which was forced to accept western style was confronted by complex of cultural, psychological and economical resistance. 3. The fashion leaders of this period were Korean students studying abroad, diplomatic officials, members of the armed forces, government officials, students of western educational systemed school, and lady of evangelist. 4. Man adopted western clothing earlier than woman. 5. Western clothing adoption was took precedence in case of formal wear, diplomatic official's attire, military uniform, and school uniform. 6. In this process, we can find 'transculturation' by Malinowski and 'reinter-pretation' by Herskovits. 7. This process was a kind of 'reorientaion'. 8. The change of clothing which was affected by the tradition, for example, robe for the ancestral rites was evolutionary than others. 9. Clothing elements based on mental or internal characteristics like which clothing was hardly changed by compulsion or extortion. 10. The external trends of clothing change during this period were simplicity, utility, and decrease of status symbols.
