While Defense Agency fur Technology and Quality(DTaQ) has been utilized a risk assessment method as a quality assurance activity for defense goods since 1999, a risk assessment method is known to be ineffective to identify defective items. The objective of this study is to propose the new evaluation method, that adjusts a relative priority of evaluation elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Newly evaluated scores have been applied to the risk assessment result of 2005 defective items to test a validity of the new evaluation model. The new model is capable to identify more high and medium risk-level items than the current method. The company risk-level gets more scores than the item risk-level in the new model.

Nowadays many peoples are using helicopter in various fields, not only military use but also common people applications such as air-measurement, photography, transportation of goods and persons, saving life and fire fighting etc. And it will be expected more popular than now. Most important part of helicopter to increasing performance and to reducing noise is rotor hub-system. Hub system consists of rotor-blade and rotor-hub. We participate to develop next-generation rotor hub system with elastomeric bearing, part of rotor hub. In this paper we introduce about the role and shape of elastomeric bearing in next-generation helicopter hub system. Then we study about bearing-material requirements and measuring methods. Finally we represent some experimental results.

Along with the increase in global volume of goods, logistics companies are trying to reduce costs by increasing the size of ships carrying cargo, increasing the efficiency of quantitative equipment at ports, and unmanned electric vehicles on land. Korean naval ports are also facing the same situation as the global trend. In the past, small and medium-sized ships such as FF, PCC, and beheaded eagles are being retired for their longevity, and their positions are being replaced by large ships such as KDX, FFG, and LST-II. In particular, large ships such as Dokdo and the next light aircraft carriers are also being prepared. Unlike general merchant ships, naval ships require periodic inspections and preventive maintenance, so repair piers such as maintenance depots are in operation. The naval maintenance depot mainly uses trailers, trucks, and truck-type cranes to carry out loading and unloading of heavy ships, and the application or development of automation and unmanned equipment performed by the private sector is inadequate, and self-improvement cases are also very weak. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the military logistics system through research on the logistics system such as transport, storage and unloading of heavy goods and maintenance products of naval ships.

In this thesis which takes fashion advertising that functions a marketing communication as an objective, I try to bear witness to the signifying system of garments though analyzing with semiotic methodology the signifying procedure on the base of the structural concept of Ferdinand de Saussure and the advertisement semiotic theory of Roland Barthes, to make clear their signifying structure and it meaning by understanding the characteristics of contemporary society and its cognitive system. Each sign of fashion advertising transfers the brand image through syntagmatic signification which contains the mythology of goods. Mannish style is encoded as tailored jacket, white shirt, H-silhouette and pants, non-color or being color, and it is presented as a clothing sign of casual wear for career women. Feminine style is encoded as X-silhouette, soutien collar suit style, various colors, and other details with womanly image, and it is presented as a clothing sign for maid or young wife 20\`s or 30\`s. Formal style is encoded as jacket vest, inner wear(blouse), two and three piece dress by pants or skirt and one-piece dress, and it is used in every age and class. Casual style is similar to formal style, but differs only in textile code. Clothing sign for housewives in middle age is encoded as H-silhouette of formal style, long jacket and pants and brown, being and grey colors. Contemporary popular phenomena in the signification of fashion advertising, and its temporal ideology reflected are as follows; According to the context of fashion advertising in the middle of 1990\`s, its fashion is that first, military look applied from the designs of various sort of military uniform and vest look and pant style applied from dandy-style imitated from man\`s wear are popuar. This mean that it reflects the change of point of view on woman\`s role in society today. That is, due to the equality between man and woman, it mirrors the ideology of feminism, and then, describes beautifully professional woman with carrer. Second, because that individualism is underlied for the change of consumer\`s consciousness, standardized popularity is disappeared, and in accordance with the mixture of various trends and personalities proposed every season, layered look that emphasizes individualism, easiness and naturalness is popular.

Energy is essential factor of production for a firm to produce goods and services. If so, what is the condition of maintaining profit of a firm when energy price is going up? In conclusion, the condition is that the rate of productivity improvement should be greater than the rate of energy price increase. To put this concretely, when the elasticity of energy price as to the productivity improvement is greater than the weight of the energy cost on to the total revenue of the firm, the firm can escape the negative effect of energy price increase. This is that, saying that once more, the firm have to reduce the energy cost or promote energy efficiency to maintain appropriate or sufficient profit when energy price is going up fast. Therefore, in this study we will analyze the effect of the oil price increase on the energy saving investment and that of energy saving investment on the energy efficiency in the field of Korean manufacturing industry. In doing so, this study could show that the effect of energy price increase on the energy efficiency of the firm and the factor of that mechanism.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present a methodology for assessing the efficiency of supply chain quality management considering characteristics of defense industries to provide academic and policy implications for strengthening quality competitiveness of military supplies. Methods: Using the defense industry's empirical data, conduct an efficiency evaluation by utilizing a multi-stage DEA/Entropy Model for defense industries subject to the quality level survey of military goods manufacturers in 2017. Results: The results of this study are as follows; the first step of the multi-stage DEA model, Quality Management Performance Efficiency Analysis, shows that the CCR model and the BCC model are more efficient than the parent company. the second stage of the multi-stage DEA model showed that the CCR model was slightly more efficient than the parent company and the BCC model was more efficient than the parent.the overall efficiency value of the multistage DEA model, calculated by multipointing the efficiency value of the first stage by the second stage, was more efficient than the parent. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the efficiency of supply chian quality management performance and profitability in the defense industry can be analyzed for the first time using the multistage DEA/Entropy model to identify specific inefficiencies and support objective decision making.

Purpose - This paper analyzed the accident of drone and related insurance goods which can be coverable with regard to drone accident. The study range is limited in the owner's care, custody, and the control of drone in South Korea, but military area and law and regulation of the drone would be exceptional. Research design, data, and methodology - With regard to drone's flight, drone can make possible risks and can give severe damage to the people. To carry out this research, literature survey and review such as journal, thesis and publications were adopted. Results - As for the insurance coverage from drone's accident involved in the purpose of business, insurance coverage depends on 'commercial general liability insurance'. However, in case of personal hobby including leasure intention, insurance coverage depends on 'living liability insurance'. Conclusions - From a drone's accident, operator and owner of the drone may face the property damage to the drone itself, and then can give severe damage or loss to the people such as physical injuries and property damage. Peoples should be concerned about having the awareness of drone's accident with insurance coverage.

As a special topic of the vehicle routing problems (VRP), VRPSDP extends the vehicle routing problem as considering simultaneous pickup and delivery for goods. The past studies have mainly dealt with a only weight constraint of a loading capacity for heterogeneous products. However. this study suggests VRPSDP considering separate loading area according to characteristics of loading species. The objective is to design a set of minimum distance routes for the vehicle routing assignment with independent capacity for heterogeneous species. And then we present a another HVRPSDP model which is easy to utilizes in a unique circumstance that is a guarantee of executing a task simultaneously from the various areas under restricted time and raising an application of vehicles that returns at the depot for the next mission like the military group. The optimal results of the suggested mathematical models are solved by the ILOG CPLEX software ver. 12.4 that is provided by IBM company.

It is important to accurately analyze the various factors such as the local situation of the purchasable countries and the international situation in order to export defense industrial goods developed in Korea and to enter overseas markets based on the results. In the case of defense materials, unlike the civilian sector, there are a limited number of countries with high export potential. Therefore, to select a possible export market, it is necessary to consider the purchasing power index through the examination of the purchasability of the exportable market. Therefore, the present study chose a total of 18 purchasing power indicators in five major categories of economic power, military power, defense science and technology level, friendly relations with Korea, and possibility of dispute. By calculating each weight with AHP and Fuzzy-AHP analysis, the results was presented the purchasing power index and the weighting. Based on the results will contribute to the study on the method of selecting the export market of the defense materials and the establishment of the export policy of the defense industry.

Economic growth is one of the significant benchmarks determining a country's sustainable growth. Before WWII, most countries perceived their priority in terms of military strength as they dedicated most of their efforts and resources to creating weapons of mass destruction. The current research aims to establish some of the significant factors that may have contributed to the sustainable and progressive economic growth of South Korea within the 60-year timeframe. Multiple prior studies have attributed the economic growth in South Korea to policy reforms that opened the country to foreign markets. The outstanding increase in the percentage of exports stands out as an indication of the improvement in the quality of goods produced in the country. Finally, in recent years, China has dedicated more resources to research and developments as a strategy to improve innovation within the country and its overall economic growth. Other issues of concern likely to undermine the prospects of the country's economic growth include the limited geographical size, aging population, and limited natural resources. As such, South Korea needs to emphasize innovation and improve the business environment as its main strategy for sustainable economic growth in the future to maintain its continuous economic miracle.
