  • 본 연구에서는 에너지절감 및 최적의 용접결과(최소 스패터 등), 변압기 소형화를 위해 16비트 마이크로컨트롤러를 적용한 고주파 인버터식 저항용접기 시스템을 구성하였으며, 용접파라미터의 순시 피드백과 통전시간 제어를 통해 용접조건에 맞는 최적의 용접전력을 모재에 공급할 수 있는 저항용접기를 구현하여 그 특성파악을 행하였다.

  • Fieldbus is a low level serial digital network which will be used for factory automation. This paper describes lower layer implementation of a Fieldbus network interface. Physical layer provides hardware interface between IBM-PC and Fieldbus. Also, physical layer uses manchester coding, shielded twisted pair lines and RS-485 electrical standard. Data link layer includes Intel's iDCX96 real time executive for 8797 one chip microcontroller and Fieldbus data link protocol software.

  • Recently, AMBA(Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture) is used as common system bus at embedded system. In this paper, we described test method of peripheral device which is connected to AMBA according to the bus interface defined by AMBA protocol We implemented one of the APB(Advanced Peripheral Bus) peipheral module, GPIO(General Purpose Input/output), and tested its functionality as il is connected to the AMBA system.

  • Since power failures in high-speed communication network, especially in HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coaxial cable) network are critical, microcontroller-based UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply) are commonly used in the network. Hardware and software of UPS management system is designed and implemented to monitor and control UPS status to supply electric power to ONU and TBA in the HFC network. The result of laboratory tests and field tess of this system shows the scan rate to be 1 to 10 minutes to sufficiently monitor the status of UPS in the network.

  • In this letter, we study the impact of single event upsets (SEUs) in space or defense electronic systems which use memory devices such as EEPROM, and SRAM. We built a microcontroller test board to measure the effects of protons on electronic devices at various radiation levels. We tested radiation hardening at beam current, and energy levels, measured the phenomenon of SEUs, and addressed possible reasons for SEUs.

  • In this paper, It is proposed collecting, processing, and learning of data with PIC16F877 and Acode 300[3], constructing database in PC. The PIC16F877 microcontroller nodes are the radio sensor and the DC motor controller. The PC of flexible factory level construct the data-table for object-oriented optimal environment control. The DC Motor control command is decision with back-propagation.

  • In this paper a design and implementation method of remote control system for automobile is presented. For this, we used the Bluetooth technology for remote and wireless communications and microcontroller for system control. By using these techniques, we can design and implement automobile remote control system to improve data error rate, security and application.

  • This paper proposes an implementation of a line- voltage sensorless three-phase active power filter. The line synchronization for an active power filter does not require any additional hardware. It can be properly operated under various line-voltage variation. Current compensation is done in the time domain allowing fast time response. All control functions are implemented in software using a single-chip microcontroller, thus simplifying the control circuit. It is shown via experimental results that the proposed controller gives good performance for the line-voltage sensorless active power filter.

  • Global competition of automotive market, affordable prices of electronic components, and tougher regulations on emission, fuel economy, and safety become the major reason that automotive industries rapidly employ a large number of electric and electronic systems. Considering that the application of electronic technologies for automobile is increasing at a rapid rate, it would be worthwhile to evaluate the trend of the uses of major electric and electronic systems for the 21st century vehicle. The major technology will be leaded by 32/64-bit microcontroller, on-chip flash memory, hybrid ASICs, IGBT, and smart sensors.

  • A fuzzy microcontroller is presented implementing a simplified inference mechanism. Fuzzification, rule composition and defuzzification are carried out by means of (basically) analog current-mode CMOS circuits operating in strong inversion. Also a voltage interface is provided with the external world. Combining analog and digital techniques allow a programming capability.
