The Seoul city recommended that old apartments be preserved, and as part of that, it decided to preserve some of the buildings for Jamsil Jugong, which was built in 1977, and Gaepo Jugong, which was constructed in 1981. The purpose of this study was to compare and review newspaper articles with two perspectives positive and negative about how the social perception of 'apartment trace remaining' was being constructed. By looking at the meaning of keywords delivered by newspaper articles and the interaction structure between keywords through the analysis of semantic networks, we analyzed how the media is pursuing an issue on the topic of preservation of architectural cultural heritage. The analysis results confirmed that there was a clear difference between positive and negative newspaper. Positive articles dealt with utilization from the point of view of keywords linked to preservation, and negative articles showed that keywords related to the property and backlash of residents linked to the policy of the Seoul Metropolitan Government were linked, leading to high negative public opinion.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the impact on the inside of the new city when an incidents occurs on the Songdo International City connecting road, which has a limited access. The analysis data used KTDB's O/D and network data of the Seoul metropolitan area. In addition, the scenario composition applied a method of reducing the number of lanes on the road according to the situation of incidents, targeting bridges advancing from Songdo International City to the outside in the morning peak hours. The analysis method analyzed the traffic volume, total travel time, total travel kilometer, and route change in the new city based on the results of the traffic allocation model. As a result of the analysis, the range of influence was shown to two types. First, of the seven bridges, Aam 3, Aam 2, and Aam 1 were analyzed to have an impact only in some areas of the northwestern part of the new city. On the other hand, the remaining bridges were analyzed to affect the new city as a whole. The analysis results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to establish the scope of internal road network management when similar cases occur in the future.

상수도 관망은 국가 수도 시설의 주요한 구성 요소이지만 대부분이 지중에 매립되어 있어 배관의 노후화 정도 및 누수를 파악하기 어려우므로 유지관리 하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 관망에 설치된 다양한 센서 조합을 가정하여, 데이터 조합에 따른 관로 누수 판별 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 선형회귀분석, 뉴로퍼지 등의 인공지능 알고리즘을 통한 유량과 압력 예측을 실시하여 최적 알고리즘을 도출하였다. 공급압력 예측을 통한 누수판별의 경우 뉴로퍼지 알고리즘이 선형회귀분석에 비하여 우수하였다. 누수유량 예측에서는 뉴로퍼지를 이용한 유량예측이 우선 고려되어야 한다. 다만, 유량을 모사하기 힘든 경우에는 선형 알고리즘을 이용한 공급압력 예측이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료 된다.

UIS사업의 결과로 나온 공간데이터의 경우 막대한 비용투자에 비하여 활용의 정도는 기대에 미치지 못하고 있으며 공간데이터의 활용확대를 위하여 데이터의 효율적 관리 및 공유체계의 확립을 위한 노력은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체내에서 공간 데이터의 효율적인 관리 및 공유체계확립과 공간데이터의 활용 확대를 위하여 사회연결망 분석 및 계획행동이론을 적용하였으며 부산광역시 공간데이터 사용 공무원을 대상으로 분석결과 공간데이터의 공유에 영향을 미치는 장애요인에는 데이터 사용자들간의 태도 및 주변과의 관계에서 발생하는 비기술적 장애요인의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 또한 데이터의 제공위치에 따라 공간데이터 공유의 장애요인에 대하여 다르게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 사회적 신념이 행동의도에 영향을 미쳐서 또 다른 비기술적 장애요인이 발생하였다. 본 연구는 공간데이터의 활용확대를 위하여 인간의 행동예측을 위한 계획행동이론의 적용 및 공간데이터의 흐름을 파악하기 위한 사회연결망분석을 실시하여 부서에 속한 담당자들의 인식 및 공유장애요인을 규명하고 데이터 활용 확대로 접근할 수 있는 윤곽을 제시하였다.

수도권 지하철 노선확장 사업을 통해 수도권 거주민의 대중교퉁 접근성은 지속적으로 향상되고 있다. 이러한 대중교통 접근성은 주거지 선택 시 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나로 지하철 노선확장에 따른 접근성 향상이 주택가격에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 추정하는 것은 주택정책에 있어 중요하다. 이 연구는 노선신설에 따라 최근접 지하철역의 변화없이 발생하는 다른 지하철역까지의 통행시간 단축을 네트워크 확장효과로 정의하고, 이것이 주택가격에 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2018년까지 서울시 아파트 전월세확정신고자료를 이용하여 월세로 전환 후, 수정반복매매모형을 통해 시계열적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 기준이 되는 기간(2012~2014년)에 비해 비교기간 (2017~2018년)에 네트워크 확장효과가 서울시 아파트 월세가격에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 더 증가했으며, 이는 지하철 네트워크 확장효과가 주택의 임대료 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 또한, 분석과정에서 네트워크 확장효과의 상하위 아파트 그룹을 비교한 결과, 네트워크 확장 효과 하위그룹보다 상위그룹에서 영향력의 상승폭이 상대적으로 컸으며, 이를통해 네트워크 확장 효과의 정도에 따라 주택의 가치에 자본화되는 수준도 다르다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

도로교통망과 대중교통망에서 요금을 부과하는 기본방식은 진입-진출요금체계이다. 진입-진출요금체계는 HI-PASS 및 대중교통카드를 이용하는 단말기를 통과하는 방식으로 적용된다. 한편 진입-진출요금을 고려해서 경로를 탐색하는 문제는 경로의 열거를 포함하는 비가산성문제를 포함하고 있다. 이는 모든 경로를 열거해서 최적해를 도출하는 NP-완전문제로 알려져 있다. 지금까지 진입-진출요금에 대한 해법은 도로망을 대상으로 네트워크를 변형하는 기법이 제안되었으며 교통카드가 일반화된 대중교통망과 같이 환승, 다수단, 복수단말기와 같이 네트워크확장이 요구되는 상황에서는 검토되지 않았다. 본 연구는 교통카드단말기로 구성된 대중교통망에 대하여 링크표지를 도입해서 네트워크확장을 우회하면서 One-to-One K-경로탐색을 통해 경로를 열거함으로서 최적해를 선정하는 방안을 마련하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 비교적 적은 경로집합을 구성하기 때문에 컴퓨팅 파워의 부담없이 최적해를 도출하는 것이 가능하며, 경로간 민감도를 비교하기 용이한 측면에서 보다 일반화된 최적경로해법으로 활용이 가능하다.

식물사회를 이해하기 위한 새로운 방법으로 식물사회와 사회 연결망 분석을 결합한 식물사회네트워크 분석이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구는 부산 태종대를 대상으로 식물사회네트워크 분석을 활용하여 종간 관계를 살펴보고 이를 관리에 활용하기 위한 기초자료 구축의 목적으로 수행하였다. 우리나라 난온대림에 위치한 태종대는 부산광역시의 대표적인 해안림으로 곰솔-사스레피나무군락이 폭넓게 분포하고 있다. 태종대를 대상으로 100m² 크기의 방형구 100개소를 설치하여 출현수종을 조사하였고, 주요 종을 중심으로 종간결합 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 Gephi 0.9.2를 활용하여 소시오그램을 작성하였으며, 네트워크 중심성 및 구조를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 곰솔, 사스레피나무, 졸참나무, 팥배나무, 광나무, 때죽나무 순으로 출현빈도가 높았으며, 대상지의 환경적 특성상 상록활엽수가 다수 출현하였다. 태종대 식물 사회네트워크는 노드수가 50개, 연결정도가 172개의 소규모 네트워크로 구축되었으며, 모듈화를 통해 4개그룹으로 나누어졌다. 구축된 소시오그램을 통해 천이계열을 살펴보면, 현재 곰솔, 사스레피나무가 포함된 그룹은 벚나무, 개옻나무를 매개자로 하여 졸참나무, 개서어나무가 우점하는 낙엽활엽수군락으로, 후박나무를 매개자로 하여 후박나무, 참식나무가 우점하는 상록활엽수군락으로 천이될 가능성이 높았고, 일부지역에서는 생강나무, 팽나무를 매개자로 하여 팽나무, 굴참나무, 느티나무가 우점하는 낙엽활엽수군락으로 천이가 예상된다.

Multi rate circuit switching ISDN which assumes a star topology consisting of LANs(local area networks) interconnected through a backbone MAN (metropolitan area network) is considered. The stations are classified into two categories data and voice stations they are characterized by different arrival rate and session-length (holding time) statistics. We first model the data and voice terminals as finite-source stations and derive analytically exact expressions for the end-to-end blocking probabilities. For more exact evaluation, these probabilities are calculated in terms of three components:circuit blocking probability, destination busy probability and concurrent busy probability. For large size systems, we develop an develop an iterative algorithm that provides a computationally efficient and fast method for the calculation of the end-to-end blocking probabilities.

This paper considers a ring loading problem on RPR(Resilient Packet Ring), where RPR is recommended by IEEE802.17 Resilient Packet Ring working group for data optimized networks without the requirements of provisioning circuits. RPR is well suitable for metropolitan area network with two counter-rotating rings that multiple stations share the bandwidth, where the data and its corresponding control traffic is transmitted to the two opposite directional ring, respectively. One of the major concerns on RPR is to provide fairness among traffic requirements. The paper discusses several fairness measures and analysis ring loading problems for the fairness.

This study aimed at analyze the Regional Information of Geumsan-gun, Chung-Nam, Korea. The study area, the Geumsan-gun, is located in $35^{\circ}57'{\sim}36^{\circ}17'N$, $127^{\circ}19'{\sim}127^{\circ}39'E$. The Landforms, and Drainage network were analyzed from topographical maps on 1:25,000 & 1:50,000 and field survey. The Climate, Population, Economy, Transportation and etc. were analyzed from regional statistics. The results are as follows: The Centripetal forces of unit areas are not powerful because Geumsan-gun located contiguity with Daejeon metropolitan city. The accessibility of Geumsangun is good and is available for a site of specialized agriculture area.
