In this review the methods for production and processing of isolated or agglomerated nanoscale metal particles embedded in organic liquids (nanosuspensions) and polymer matrix composites are elucidated. Emphasis is laid on the techniques of inert gas condensation (IGC) and high pressure sputtering for obtaining highly porous metal powders ("nanopowder") as well as on vacuum evaporation on running liquids for obtaining nanosuspensions. Functional properties and post-processing are outlined in view of applications in the fields of electrically conductive adhesives and anti-microbially active materials for medical articles and consumer goods.mer goods.
In this study, analytic stress-displacement solutions are obtained by using a shear lag modeling constructed for the spliced joint area with a splicing gap filled with adhesive material of elastic modulus $E_{a}$ in the fiber metal laminate (FML) which is known to have excellent fatigue, corrosion and fire-flame resistant characteristics while with relatively low densities compared to the conventional aluminum alloys for lightweight structures.
AC4A $Al/Al_2O_3+SiC_p$ hybrid composites were fabricated by the squeeze infiltration technique. Effect of applied pressure, volume fraction of reinforcement($Al_2O_3$ and SiC) and SiC particle size($4.5{\mu}m$, $6.5{\mu}m$ and $9.3{\mu}m$) on the solidification microstructure of the hybrid composites were examined. Mechanical properties were estimated preliminarly by fractographic observation, hardness measurement and wear test. Results show that the microstructure of the hybrid composites were quite satisfactory, namely revealing relatively uniform distribution of reinforcements and refined matrix. Some aggregation of SiC particle caused by particle pushing was observed especially in the hybrid composites containg in fine particle($4.5{\mu}m$). Refined matrix was attributed to applied pressure and increased nucleation sites with addition of reinforcements. Fractured facet also revealed finer for the hybrid composites possibly due to refined matrix. Hardness and wear resistance increased with volume fraction of reinforcements. For hybrid composites with $9.3{\mu}m$ SiC, hardness was somewhat lower and wear resistance higher than other composites.

Low pressure casting process for unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum (UD-CF/Al) composites which is an infiltration route of molten Al into porous UD-CF preform has been a cost-effective way to obtain metal matrix composites (MMCs) but, easy to cause non-uniform fiber distribution as CF clustering. Such clustered CFs have been a problem to decrease the density and thermal conductivity (TC) of composites, due to the existence of pores in the clustered area. To obtain high thermal performance composites for heat-sink application, the relationship between fiber distribution and porosity has to be clearly investigated. In this study, the CF distribution was evaluated with quantification approach by using two-dimensional spatial distribution method as local number 2-dimension (LN2D) analysis. Note that the CFs distribution in composites sensitively changed by sizes of Cu bridging particles between the CFs added in the UD-CF preform fabrication stage, and influenced on only $LN2D_{var}$ values.
It is known that the relative dielectric constant of insulating polyethylene matrix composites with conducting materials (such as carbon black and metal powder) increases as the conducting material content increases below the percolation threshold. Below the percolation threshold, dielectric properties show an ohmic behavior and their value is almost the same as that of the matrix. The change is very small, but its origin is not clear. In this paper, the dielectric properties of carbon black-filled polyethylene matrix composites are studied based on the effect medium approximation theory. Although there is a significant amount of literature on the calculation based on the theory of changing the parameters, an overall discussion taking into account the theory is required in order to explain the dielectric properties of the composites. Changes of dielectric properties and the temperature dependence of dielectric properties of the composites made of carbon particle and polyethylene below the percolation threshold for the volume fraction of carbon black have been discussed based on the theory. Above the percolation threshold, the composites are satisfied with the universal law of conductivity, whereas below the percolation threshold, they give the critical exponent of s = 1 for dielectric constant. The rate at which the percentages of both the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss factor for temperature increases with more volume fraction below the percolation threshold.

We have prepared polymer composites of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ionomers (Surlyn 8940) containing polar segments and metal ions by melt blending with carbon black (CB) as a conductive filler. The resistivity and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) of the ionomer/LDPE/CB composites were investigated with respect to the CB content. The ionomer content has an effect on the resistivity and percolation threshold of the polymer composites; the percolation curve exhibits a plateau at low CB content. The PTC intensity of the crosslinked ionomer/LDPE/CB composite decreased slightly at low ionomer content, and increased significantly above a critical concentration of the ionomer. Irradiation-induced crosslinking could increase the PTC intensity and decrease the NTC effect of the polymer composites. The minimum switching current (Ι$\sub$trip/) of the polymer composites decreased with temperature; the ratio of Ι$\sub$trip/ for the ionomer/LDPE/CB composite decreased to a greater extent than that of the LDPE/CB composite. The average temperature coefficient of resistance (${\alpha}$$\sub$T/) for the polymer composites increased in the low-temperature region.
In recent years, the study of metal matrix composite has increased specially, aluminum alloy, research and development are briskly progress to find new metal matrix composite. this study is following the this purpose; This study is used metal matrix composite that was produced by matrix, AC4CH. and reinforcement $A_{18}B_4O_{33}$ metal matrix composite to add $Al_2O_3,\;TiO_2$ for strengthen of binding together among the Whisker. Each Metal matrix composite is produced using the squeeze casting method. Fracture tounghness test was in accordance with the provisions of ASTM E399; Specimen was produced half-size CT specimen W=25mm, B=12.5mm, Cross head speed 0.05mm/min in room temperature. The plane strain fracture toughness $K_{IC}$ is $8.7MPa-m^{0.5}$ for $Al_{18}B_4O_{33}$/AC4CH., $9.28MPa-m^{0.5}$ for $Al_{18}B_4O_{33}$/AC4CH added $TiO_2$. and $Al_2O_3$ but AC4CH alloy was violated the critical stipulated by ASTM standard for a valid measurement of $K_{IC}$. In case of, it was performed $I_{IC}$ test instead of $K_{IC}$ based on ASTM E 1820
