중국 명·청 양주 염상원림의 설계원리 및 조영특성 (A Design Principles and Characteristics of the Garden of Salt Merchant in Yangzhou, China's Ming and Qing Dynasties)

  • 본 연구는 명·청 시대 양주 염상원림의 특성을 살펴보고자 문헌자료의 수집, 분석하여 원림조영의 배경을 살펴보았으며, 현전하는 염상원림의 설계방식, 구성요소 등을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과거 양주지역은 고대 대운하의 구축을 기원으로 문화적, 경제적 발전을 이룩하였으며, 염상들은 부를 축적하면서 무역을 통한 원림조영재료의 확보, 후학양성을 통한 정치적 배후세력 형성, 외래문화 유입 등의 배경 하에 많은 원림들을 조성하였다. 둘째, 양주 지역 염상들은 교류와 휴식의 장소로서 원림을 조성하기 위해 원림전문가들에게 원림 설계를 의뢰, 조영하였으며, 가산과 장랑을 활용한 경관변화 연출, 건축요소를 이용한 공간의 명확한 구분, 물과 인접한 경점에 건조물 배치 등을 통해 실용적이고 미적인 기능을 갖춘 원림들을 소유하였다. 셋째, 양주 염상원림들은 전면의 건조물 중심 상업공간이 위치하고, 후면에는 원림을 중심으로 하는 설계특성을 지닌다. 상업구역의 원림은 건조물 전면부를 중심으로 자투리 공간에 화분이나 괴석, 대나무, 담장문양을 활용한 간단한 형태로 조성하였다. 후면의 원림은 운하와 연결된 물길이 원림 전역에 굴절된 이수체계를 형성하고, 지당과 어우러진 첩석, 석교, 석방 등이 도입되었으며, 다양한 소재와 문양의 포장, 양주 지방의 기후와 색채 대비를 고려한 수목의 도입 등이 설계에 반영되었다.

전방 십자 인대 재건술후 슬개-대퇴 관절 선열의 변화 (The Changes of Patellofemoral Alignment after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction)

  • 목적 : 전방 십자 인대 재건술후 슬개-대퇴 관절의 문제중 슬개건의 길이 변화, 슬개-대퇴 관절의 선열의 변화 및 환자의 주관적 증상으로 비교 하였고 슬개건의 침습이 없는 동종 이식술과 슬개건을 침습한 자가 이식술을 비교하여 슬개건의 침습이 슬개-대퇴 관절에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 전방 십자 인대 재건술을 시행 받은 환자 중 1년 이상 추시 가능했던 환자 87명을 대상으로 하였으며 자가 골-슬개건-골을 이용해 재건술을 시행한 환자 52예를 제 1군, 동종 골-슬개건-골과 동종 아킬레스건을 이용해 재건술을 시행한 환자 35예를 제 2군으로 하였다. 수술 전, 후 단순 방사선 사진상에서 Blackburne-Peel 방법, 일치각(Congruence angle), 외측 슬개-대퇴 각(Lateral patellofemoral angle), 환자의 주관적 증상에 기초를 두어 결과를 판정하였다. 결과 : 시상면에서 슬개골 위치는 제 1군에서 술전 0.86에서 술후 0.80으로 유의할 만하게 감소하였으며, 제2군에서 술전 0.87에서 술후 0.83로 감소하였지만 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 외측 슬개-대퇴 각은 양군에서 유의할 만한 차이는 없었으며, 일치각은 제 1군에서 술전 $-1.43^{\circ}$에서 술후 $-5.43^{\circ}$$4^{\circ}$내측으로 전위되었고 제2군에서 술전 $-1.53^{\circ}$에서 술후 -3.65로 약 $2.12^{\circ}$내측으로 전위되었다. 결론 : 전방 십자 인대 재건술후 슬개-대퇴 관절의 선열은 변하며 이러한 변화는 자가 이식건의 채취, 십자 인대 재건술 자체, 대퇴 사두근 약화등 여러 가지 요소에 의한 것으로 사료된다.

  • 전자상거래는 컴퓨터 기술 분야에서 중요한 주제로서 이는 공중망에서 전자 정보를 교환함으로써 금융 거래를 수행하게 되기 때문에 다양한 종류의 위험을 내포하게 된다. 따라서 전자상거래 시스템 구축할 때는 기밀성, 무결성, 인증과 부인봉쇄와 같은 보안요소를 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이중서명 기법을 이용한 신용카드 기반의 지불프로토콜을 제시한다 이 프로토콜은 카드사용자가 지불하는 은행에게는 지불정보를 제공하지만 구매정보는 주지 않으며, 상인에게는 구매정보를 제공하지만 카드번호를 비롯한 지불정보는 알리지 않기 때문에 카드사용자의 개인정보를 보호하게 된다. 프로토콜을 수행하기 위해서 이중서명은 사용자의 신용카드 비밀번호를 사용한 공통키와 공개키 방식을 사용함으로써 실행한다.

  • Configuration is a set of building block processes, a series of selection and combining parts or components which composes a whole thing. A whole thing could be such a configurable object as manufacturing product, network system, financial portfolio, system development plan, project team, etc. Configuration problem could happen during any phase of product life cycle: design, production, sales, installation, and maintenance. Configuration has long been one of cost and time consuming work, because only high salaried technical experts on product and components can do configuration. Rework for error adjustments of configurations at later process causes far much cost and time, so accurate configuration is required. Under the on-line electronic commerce environment, configuration problem solving becomes more important, because component-based sales should be done automatically on the merchant web site. Automated product search, order placement, order fulfillment and payment make that manual configuration is no longer feasible. Automated configuration means that all the constraints among components should be checked and confirmed by configuration engine automatically. In addition, technical constraints and customer preferences like price range and a specific function required should be considered. This paper gives an brief overview of configuration problems: characteristics, representation paradigms, and solving algorithms and introduce CRSP(Constraint and Rule Satisfaction Problem) method. CRSP method adopts both constraint and rule for configuration domain knowledge representation. A survey and analysis on web sites adopting configuration functions are provided. Future directions of configuration for EC is discussed in the three aspects: methodology itself, companies adopting configuration function, and electronic commerce industry.

온라인 구매 시 분할 결제가 가능한 가분형 카드 결제 방법과 시스템 (Method and System for Divisible Card Payments for Online Purchases)

  • 본 논문은 여러 개의 신용카드를 이용하여 한가지 상품을 구매하는 것을 가능하게 하는 '분할 가능한 신용카드 결제 시스템'을 제안한다. 이 카드 결제 시스템 구조의 가장 큰 장점은 기존의 카드 결제 시스템의 제반구조에서 두가지 방법으로 구조를 변형하였다. 첫째로 판매자에게 그들이 해당 카드 발급 기관으로부터 분할결제가 가능하도록 카드 승인 과정을 제어할 수 있는 V-Card Manager(VCM)가 추가된다. 두 번째로 소비자가 그들의 선호에 따라서 사용자에게 맞추어져 분할 결제가 가능한 카드를 생성할 수 있도록 소비자 자신들에게 V-Card Agent(VA)가 설치된다. 본 연구는 고객의 이익과 선호에 따라서 분할 결제를 가능하게 하는 맞춤형 신용카드 결제방법을 제시한다.

Toxoplasma gondii의 조직배양(組織培養)에 관한 연구(硏究) I 돼지의 Buffy Coat Cell Culture에서의 증식소견(增植所見) (Studies on the Toxoplama gondii in Buffy Coat Cell Culture I. Multiplication of Toxoplasma gondii in Swine Origin Buffy Coat Cells)

  • Toxoplasma gondii (Tp), RH strain, was inoculated into cultured buffy coat cells obtained from the swine blood. The main reason for adopting swine lies in the animal's unusual susceptibility to Tp, As for the culture method used in the experiment, those well proved methods practised by Cho, Merchant, Moore and Tarnvik were mainly referred to as a starting point: hence, the author's method has been turned out to be the modified or supplementary form of those methods. Observations were made on the phase of multiplication of Tp in the cytoplasm. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Better growth and multiplication of Toxoplasma gondii were noticeably observed in the swine buffy coat cell, inoculated after three-to-five day cultivation of the cell. 2. In the lapse of the observation period, there appeard Toxoplasma gondii rarely available in the earlier stage, which had been inoculated into the cell after three-to-five day cultivation. In other words, Toxoplasma gondii started to show itself in seven or eight hours after inoculation, most outstandingly noticeable between twenty four hours and forty eight hours. Thereafter the disintegration stage of Toxoplasma gondii was observed.

슬개골 엑스선 영상 촬영을 위한 보조기구의 개발과 활용 (Development and use of Supporting Device for Patellar X-ray Imaging)

  • In this study, it focuses on the development of radiographic devices for patellar imaging. On the previous X-ray examination of patella and patellofemoral joint, it analyzed the problems which could affect the results: unstable patients' pose, radiation exposure, and deterioration of image quality. The purpose of the research is to propose a future use of a developed device with an explanation of the process, function, and advantage of the device including the methods. The device is developed to focus on the diagnosis of the longitudinal and longitudinal fractures of the patella and patella/femoral joint, displacement such as dislocation, bone formation, stenosis of the patella/femorla joint, and cartilage wear. Due to the patient's anxious posture, it caused a shaking image, overlapping structures, and etcs, these factors challenge to diagnose accurately. In addition, the existing Settegast method and Hughston method, which are most frequently performed in the hospital field, are not suitable for the presence or absence of features or dislocation due to the heavy load on the patella of the patient. The developed device requires patients in a lying position and placing only their leg on the device, it increases the conveniences of the examination and decreases unnecessary radiation exposure of the patient except the patellar examination area. Moreover, one of the systems in the device fixes the detector, where the patients no longer need to hold the detector nor be in unstable posture, but describes the structure of the patella/femoral joint more clearly. Hoping the device will apply to more patients.

Assessment of the effect of biofilm on the ship hydrodynamic performance by performance prediction method

  • Biofouling represents an important problem in the shipping industry since it causes the increase in surface roughness. The most of ships in the current world fleet do not have good coating condition which represents an important problem due to strict rules regarding ship energy efficiency. Therefore, the importance of the control and management of the hull and propeller fouling is highlighted by the International Maritime Organization and the maintenance schedule optimization became valuable energy saving measure. For adequate implementation of this measure, the accurate prediction of the effects of biofouling on the hydrodynamic characteristics is required. Although computational fluid dynamics approach, based on the modified wall function approach, has imposed itself as one of the most promising tools for this prediction, it requires significant computational time. However, during the maintenance schedule optimization, it is important to rapidly predict the effect of biofouling on the ship hydrodynamic performance. In this paper, the effect of biofilm on the ship hydrodynamic performance is studied using the proposed performance prediction method for three merchant ships. The applicability of this method in the assessment of the effect of biofilm on the ship hydrodynamic performance is demonstrated by comparison of the obtained results using the proposed performance prediction method and computational fluid dynamics approach. The comparison has shown that the highest relative deviation is lower than 4.2% for all propulsion characteristics, lower than 1.5% for propeller rotation rate and lower than 5.2% for delivered power. Thus, a practical tool for the estimation of the effect of biofouling with lower fouling severity on the ship hydrodynamic performance is developed.

대전지역 대학생들의 시판김치 소비형태 조사 (College Students' Consumption Behavior on Commercial Kimchi in Taejon)

  • The survey was conducted to investigate the consumption aspects of commercial kimchi and the future pattern of kimchi consumption. The college students(473) were randomly selected from six universities in Taejon. Ninety seven percent of students had taken the commercial kimchi. They chose kimchi manufactured by the famous company(62.4%), merchant in market(16.9%), and agricultural corporation(14.4%). In purchasing the commercial kimchi, qualty(76.0%) was considered as the most important factor and then price(13.1%), brand name(5.1%). The main reason for disliking commercial kimchi was indicated as 'different taste from home-made' by the male and 'additives added in kimchi' by the female(p<0.01). The maintenance of aging condition was believed the most essential factor to increase the consumption of commercial kimchi. Two thirds of the subjects anticipated to take home-made kimchi after marriage. Half of them replied to want to take kimchi made by traditional method, even though to buy the sauce for kimchi-making sold in market. More female students were willing to purcase the sauce for kimchi-making than the male(p<0.01).

The Role of Quality of Relations in Succession Planning of Family Businesses in India

  • Considerable research has been done on the issue of succession in family businesses. However the process of induction, of preparing the members of the next generation for joining the family business has not been examined in detail. This paper attempts to analyse the relevance of three critical factors - 'quality of relations', 'willingness of the inductee' and 'the ability to manage tensions harmoniously' - to the induction process and the progress of the business. It focuses on the Indian context, specifically in the Small and medium Enterprise (SME) area. Qualitative research has been carried out. The Case Study method is used and data has been gathered from two families (including two branches of one family), using frequent unstructured interviews, over a period of five years. It is concluded that positive impact on business, family and the inductee depends to a large extent on the quality of relations, willingness of the inductee and the ability of both the inductor and inductee to handle and manage the tensions. Thus the findings of the study extend current understanding about succession drivers to the specific context of eastern cultural and developing economy represented by the Indian family businesses in the small and medium enterprise sector.
