This study is research on physical health and mental health(physical and mental symptom at school) in perceived school environment among adolescents. The study subjects ere selected by senior high school students in seoul and random sampling. The 3,060 subjects were selected 18 schools. The duration for survey was for Nov. 25-Dec. 13, 1998. The reliability of Questionnaire was Cronbach's $\alpha=0.95$. This study used multiple regression through Factor Analysis in SPSS programs. The major findings of this study are as follows: (1) All of Multiple Regression Models were significant. (p<0.001). (2) Physical Mental health is related to gender, personal environment, and economic status. (3) Physical Health is related to perceived school environmental variable (therapeutic teacher-student relationships, classrom climate, and school life satisfaction) among adolescents. (4) Mental Health is related to perceived school environment variables(therapeutic teacher-student relationships, classroom climate, school life satisfaction, teachers' climate, and classmates' attitudes) among adolescents. This study could be used as the basis for the development of educational program, counseling, teacher in-service training, student teacher training and the establishment of educational and health policy.

Mental hospital has been expanding its function to psychiatric treatment in the meaning of therapy. Therefore systematic research on thr mental hospital is urgent. This study aims to prepare the basic data which are needed on planning and designing the mental hospital with emphasis on the wards, which take the largest area ratio and play a principal role to psychiatric patients. The process of study is to 1) to survey facility of Mental hospital in Korea, 2) to analize charactor and behavior of psychiatric patients 3) to suggest element of ideal ward in general hospital.

Various web browsers offer mouse gesture functions because they are convenient input methods. Mouse gestures enable users to move to the previous page or tab without clicking its relevant icon or menu of the web browser. To maximize the efficiency of mouse gestures, they should be designed to match users' mental models. Mental models of human beings are used to make accurate predictions and reactions when certain information has been recognized by humans. This means providing users with appropriate information about mental models will lead to fast understanding and response. A cognitive response test was performed in order to evaluate whether the mouse gestures easily associate with their respective functional meanings or not. After extracting mouse gestures which needed improvement, those were redesigned to reduce cognitive load via sketch maps. The methods presented in this study will be of help for evaluating and designing mouse gestures.

The use of animals heavily impacts the mental health of researchers performing the animal experiments. The animal researchers need to take care of animals but also give pain and sacrifice them at the same time. This circumstance can cause a variety of mental stress to the researchers. The stress generated in the laboratory would not only negatively affect the management of animals and the research results, but also would harm the researchers' physical and mental health. Because the feeling of sympathy for animals is a natural feature of humanity, psychological stress following a laboratory animal's death after use is not surprising. It is necessary to revise the relevant laws based on understanding the difficulties of animal researchers in society and to develop related educational programs at the national level to help the psychology and emotions of researchers who conduct animal experiments.

Purpose: This is a concept analysis study to evaluate family caregivers' competence in caring for individuals with mental illness. Method: A hybrid model was used to analyze through three phases scoping literature review. with family caregivers of individuals with mental illness. In the final analysis stage, the concept of caregiving competence was defined. These attributes were derived by integrating stages. Results: The characteristics of caregiving competence were identified as requesting help from the surroundings, minimizing negative effects related to diseases, skilled care, and ability to utilize community resources. The results indicate a need to promote the integration of individuals with mental illness and their families into the community by maintaining productive care. Conclusion: This study improves the accuracy and validity of caregiving competence's concept measurements.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between eating habits, physical activity, and subjective health perception, which can affect the mental health status of adolescents, and to examine whether subjective health perception has a mediating effect in these relationships. In this study, raw data from the "17th 2021 Youth Health Behavior Online Survey" were used, and a total of 1,998 people were used for the analysis of Gangwon-do adolescents, except for data with missing values. For analysis, SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs were used to analyze descriptive statistics, t-test, and structural equation models(SEM). Physical activity was found to have a positive and significant effect on mental health status, and subjective health cognition showed the effect of physical activity mediating mental health status.

The global surge in depression and anxiety, intensified by challenges such as cost and stigma, emphasizes the pressing need for accessible, evidence-based digital solutions. The research centers on the creation of a mobile application specifically designed to address mental health challenges. By integrating cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and features like appointment bookings and mindfulness feedback tools, the app is positioned to improve user outcomes. Utilizing platforms like React Native and React, combined with NestJS for enhanced backend security, the application adheres to the rigorous standards required for mental health interventions. Collaborative efforts with experts, notably the counseling unit of IIUM, ensure the app's alignment with contemporary best practices and research. Preliminary findings indicate a promising tool with the potential to address the global mental health treatment disparity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate why advance organizers (AO) are effective in promoting comprehension and mental model formation in terms of cognitive load. Two experimental groups: a concept-map AO group and a key-word AO group and one control group were used. This study considered cognitive load in view of Baddeley's working memory model: central executive (CE), phonological loop (PL), and visuo-spatial sketch pad (VSSP). The present experiment directly examined cognitive load using dual task methodology. The results were as follows: central executive (CE) suppression task achievement for the concept map AO group was higher than the key word AO group and control group. Comprehension and mental model construction for the concept map AO group were higher than the other groups. These results indicated that the superiority of concept map AO owing to CE load decrement occurred with comprehension and mental model construction in learning. Thus, the available resources produced by CE load reduction may have been invested for comprehension and mental model construction of learning contents.

This approach seeks to design more effective strategies for the prevention and intervention of depression, enhancing the quality of mental health services by providing personalized services tailored to individual circumstances. Overall, the research endeavors to advance the development of personalized mental health prediction models through data-driven factor analysis, contributing to the improvement of mental health services on an individualized basis.

Clinical case reports and research regarding the mental spines and their associated structures create a detailed picture of the floor of the mouth for assessment during clinical treatment. This compilation of information covers the mental spines, the attached geniohyoid and genioglossus muscles, the lingual foramina, and the veins and arteries of the jaw and floor of the mouth. It is important to consider the variations in the mental spines for oral and maxillofacial treatment involving the mandible. Differences in anatomy of the mental spine, including their number, location, and size, can impact diagnosis and treatment approaches.
