적응 퍼지 제어기법을 이용한 저수지 운영 최적화 (Optimal Reservoir Operation using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)

  • 최근 들어 그 심각성을 더하고 있는 이상기후 현상으로 가용 수자원의 변동이 커지고 있으며, 이에 따라 수자원의 효율적인 운영이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 미래 유입량의 불확실성의 고려하고, 홍수 조절용량의 확보하면서도, 용수공급을 위한 저수량을 확보하고, 수력 발전을 해야 하는 복잡한 상황을 모두 고려하여야한다. 이러한 복잡한 시스템에서 하나의 최적화 기법으로는 모든 고려사항들을 만족시키는 최적해를 찾는 것은 사실상 불가능에 가깝다. 그러므로 저수지 운영의 최적화를 위한 연구에서 한 가지 이상의 기법을 조합하는 기법을 사용하게 되었다. 이러한 기법은 각 기법의 장점을 취하고 각각의 한계를 극복하기 위해 주로 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 저수지 운영 최적화를 모의하기 위하여 대청댐에서의 저수위, 유입량, 용수이용량 등을 고려하여 방류량의 예측을 동적 계획법(Dynamic Programming Model)으로부터 동적 신경망(Dynamic Neural Network Model)과 적응 퍼지 제어기법(Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)을 개발하여 실제 방류량과 세 가지 최적화 방법에 의한 결과를 비교 검정하였다. 본 연구의 수행으로 인해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동적 신경망과 적응 퍼지 제어기법에 의한 최적화 모의가 동적 계획법에 비해 시스템의 구축이 쉽고 유연하다. 둘째, 퍼지추론의 Membership 함수의 구축에 따라 단시간에 많은 양의 강우가 발생하는 국지성 강우에 대해서도 최적 방류량을 예측할 수 있다. 셋째, 저수지 운영 과거자료의 부족과 불확실성을 해결하면, 보다 용이하고 양호한 예측결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

Influence of Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Commitment and its Effect on the Performance of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa

  • This research aims to investigate The Role of Calling and Membership as Mediation on the Influence of Spiritual Leadership against Organizational Commitment and its Effect on the Performance of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). This study has outlined organizational commitment as a construct thought to be theoretically strategic to empower organizations through calling and membership. The research was conducted upon LPDs in Bali. Inferential analysis techniques have been used to test the empirical model and the hypotheses proposed in this study. The analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or component, called Partial Least Square (PLS). The significant findings of this research are, first, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling; second, calling has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment; and third, calling has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Several studies have been conducted to estimate the mediating role of calling in explaining the relationship of spiritual leadership with organizational commitment. The results of the study by Bodla and Ali (2012) and Bodla et al. (2013) state that spiritual leadership, which consists of vision and altruistic love, has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Likewise, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling.

  • In this article, sensitivity analysis of atmospheric dispersion model RIMPUFF is considered. Uncertain parameters are taken to be triangular fuzzy numbers, and sensitivity analysis is carried out by using the Hartley-like measure. Codes for evaluating membership function using the Vertex method and the Hartley-like measure are prepared using Matlab.

  • In this paper, fuzzy-neural network is proposed to identify the Activated Sludge Process(A.S.P) in sewage treatment such as "IF-THEN" type fuzzy rules and using various learning methods and improved complex method, the performance index of the identified model is improved. The proposed FNN has the neural network structure of which the connection weights have particular meanings for obtaining fuzzy inference rules and for tuning membership functions. And based on the identified model, graphic simulator which can analize nonlinear characteristics of A.S.P and generate control strategy for A.S.P is being developed.developed.

  • In this paper we present a method to construct fuzzy model with multi-dimension input membership function, which can construct fuzzy inference system on one node of the network directly. This method comes from a common framework called Universal Learning Network (ULN). The fuzzy model under the framework of ULN is called Universal Learning Network-based Fuzzy Inference System (ULNFIS), which possesses certain advantages over other networks such as neural network. We also introduce how to imitate a real system with ULN and a control scheme using ULNFIS.

A New Distributed Parallel Algorithm for Pattern Classification using Neural Network Model

  • In this paper, a new distributed parallel algorithm for pattern classification based upon Self-Organizing Neural Network(SONN)[10-12] is developed. This system works without any information about the number of clusters or cluster centers. The SONN model showed good performance for finding classification information, cluster centers, the number of salient clusters and membership information. It took a considerable amount of time in the sequential version if the input data set size is very large. Therefore, design of parallel algorithm is desirous. A new distributed parallel algorithm is developed and experimental results are presented.

  • In this paper, we proposed the intelligent navigation agent model for successive electronic commerce management. For allowing intelligence, we used fuzzy theory. Fuzzy theory is very useful method where keywords have vague conditions and system must process that conditions. So, using theory, we proposed the model that can process the vague keywords effectively. Through the this, we verified that we can get the more appropriate navigation result than any other crisp retrieval keywords condition.

  • The paper describes the adaptation of evolutionary fuzzy model ins (EFM) in developing global function approximation tools for use in genetic algorithm based optimization of nonlinear structural systems. EFM is an optimization process to determine the fuzzy membership parameters for constructing global approximation model in a case where the training data are not sufficiently provided or uncertain information is included in design process. The paper presents the performance of EFM in terms of numbers of fuzzy rules and training data, and then explores the EFM based sizing of automotive component for passenger protection.

  • Yen et al. [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 106 (1999) 167-177] calculated the fuzzy membership function for the output to find the non-symmetric triangular fuzzy number coefficients of a linear regression model for all given input-output data sets. In this note, we show that the result they obtained in their paper is invalid.

  • The purpose of this study is to present models for evaluation and selection of DataBase Management Systems(DBMS) suppliers. The major concern of management is that most decision problems have multiple, usually conflicting, criteria. The fuzzified multiple-objective programming models are given to accomodate the aspiration level and satisfaction level of decision makers. The proposed models are classified into two types, that is, pre-emptive priority and interpolated non-membership function model. Numerical examples illustrating each type of model are presented and the implications of these models are discussed.
