DRM 기술로 보호된 컨텐츠의 융통성 있는 공유를 위한 멤버/그룹 라이선스 메커니즘 (Member/Group License Mechanism for Secure and Flexible Sharing of Protected Contents in DRM Systems)

  • 라이선스 메커니즘은 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 시스템의 핵심 요소 중의 하나이다. 라이선스 메커니즘은 DRM 시스템의 자원(resources), 자원의 사용 주체(principals), 자원에 대한 사용 규칙(usage rules) 등을 명확하게 식별하고 강제하기 위한 핵심적인 기능을 담당하도록 설계된다. 하지만 기존의 라이선스 메커니즘들은 가정이나 회사의 어떤 부서와 같은 그룹 내의 멤버들이 어떤 컨텐츠론 공유하고자 할 때 공유에 관련된 융통성이 부족하다. 본 논문은 그룹에 등록된 여러 명의 멤버들이 DRM 기술로 보호된 디지털 컨텐츠를 안전하고 융통성 있게 공유할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 라이선스 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 멤버/그룹 라이선스 메커니즘은 그룹 라이선스, 멤버 라이선스, 허가들(grants)간의 파생 관계 등의 개념들을 도입하여 기존의 라이선스 메커니즘을 확장한다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the structural relationship among leader-member exchange(LMX), empowerment, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation in a low-cost carrier industry. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis The sample used for the empirical analysis is a total of 231 questionnaires. Results: The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, LMX in a low-cost airline has a significant effect on empowerment, job satisfaction, and customer orientation Second, empowerment has a significant impact on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. However, it is not significantly related to customer orientation. Third, Organization Commitment has significant effect on jon satisfaction. Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on customer orientation. Conclusion: This paper has a contribution in that it extends the range of the academic research concerning LMX. Also this paper provides implications on effective human resource management method suitable for a Jeju-Air.

MANET에서 계층 구조를 이용한 공격 탐지 기법 연구 (A Study on Attack Detection using Hierarchy Architecture in Mobile Ad Hoc Network)

  • MANET has various types of attacks. In particular, routing attacks using characteristics of movement of nodes and wireless communication is the most threatening because all nodes which configure network perform a function of router which forwards packets. Therefore, mechanisms that detect routing attacks and defense must be applied. In this paper, we proposed hierarchical structure attack detection techniques in order to improve the detection ability against routing attacks. Black hole detection is performed using PIT for monitoring about control packets within cluster and packet information management on the cluster head. Flooding attack prevention is performed using cooperation-based distributed detection technique by member nodes. For this, member node uses NTT for information management of neighbor nodes and threshold whether attack or not receives from cluster head. The performance of attack detection could be further improved by calculating at regular intervals threshold considering the total traffic within cluster in the cluster head.

  • The mutual cooperation among nodes is very important because mobile nodes participating in MANET communicate with limited resources and wireless environment. This characteristic is important especially in environment that supports group communication. In order to support the secure multicast environment, it is important enough to affect performance to provide accurate authentication method for multicast group members and increase the integrity of transmitted data. Therefore, we propose a technique to provide the multicast secure communication by providing efficient authentication and group key management for multicast member nodes in this paper. The cluster structure is used for authentication of nodes in the proposed technique. In order to efficient authentication of nodes, the reliability is measured using a combination of local trust information and global trust information measured by neighboring nodes. And issuing process of the group key has two steps. The issued security group key increases the integrity of the transmitted data. The superiority of the proposed technique was confirmed by comparative experiments.

선원보험 유형에 따른 진료비발생 및 미수금실태 (Accrual Medical Expenses and Actual Situation of Medical Receivable According to The Type of Seamen's Insurance)

  • The purpose of this study was to present base data for an efficient management of medical expenses at the hospital management by doing grasp of status of medical expenses from seamen's insurance by voluntary agreements. A Object of study is analyzing the data of medical expenses occurred from the total number of 2,699(inpatients 507, outpatients 2,192)cases who were covered by seamen's insurance at a general hospital which is located in Pusan Metropolitan City during 48 months from January 1, 2009 to Dec 31, 2012. The main results of this study are as follows: accrual medical expenses are the ship management companies member of P&I insurance is the most highest but share of receivables are the Korean ocean-going companies member of P&I insurance is the most highest, therefore, Korean ocean-going companies focus strictly than the payments from accounts receivable management should be considered to reduce the occurrence and concerning the turn around period of medical receivables are 4 months to 6 months during a research period. Therefore, it will be needed for managers of hospitals to prepare differentiated management based on the characteristics of each in insurer and to have recovery strategies of uncollected medical expenses.

의료기관 사무직 종사자의 조직공정성이 Followership과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - LMX 조절효과 - (The Effect of Organizational Justice on the Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior - the Moderating Effect of Leader-Member Exchange -)

  • Purposes: Based on samples of government officials who are working at public health centers, following research examines the Effect of Organizational Justice on the relationships between Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and analyzes the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Methodology: For the methods, Sphericity verification, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Causal relation, Mediating effect of followership and Moderating Effect of The Leader-Member Exchange have been analyzed with SPSS 22.0 & AMOS 22.0 Ver. Findings: As a result of Correlation analysis, Predictive validity and Construct validity have meaningful effect. Also, In case of Path analysis, distributive justice and interactional justice have meaningful effect but procedural justice has no such effect on Followership. As a result of Mediated effect of followership analysis, distributive and interactional justice have positive impact on (Organizational and Interpersonal). As to the mediation effect of followership analysis, It is shown that distributive and Followership have meaningful effect on In-group, not Out-group. Lastly, It is shown that procedural justice and Followership have no meaningful effect on both In-group and Out-group. Practical Implications: For the implications, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive impact on Followership, while procedural justice has no such impact on Followership. Also, It also possibly has same result to the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Consequently, It is recognized that a fair process without a fair result cannot be valued. also, We can know that reward for procedural justice is evaluated to kind of negative.

적층각이 다른 CFRP/Al 혼성 원형부재의 충돌안전성능 평가 (Evaluation to Collision Safety Performance of Stacking Angle Different CFRP/Al Circular Member)

  • The actual condition is that environmental pollution due to the development of various industries has recently become a serious issue. An interest in improving the gas mileage is rising due to an increase in the number of vehicles in the era of high oil price in particular. In order to solve this problem, priority should be given to light-weight design of car body, However, at present, a design method enabling the conventional steel plate to be replaced is direly needed in order to guarantee passengers' safety according to excessive light-weight design of car body. In this study, in order to apply a design method that could realize fuel savings and environmental pollution prevention through an improvement in gas mileage together with meeting the safety requirements for vehicles, it was supposed that CFRP/Al composites member would be used as primary structural member. And to this end, it was intended to obtain optimum design data by experimentally implementing external impulsive load applied to the car body. According to results of impact test of CFRP/Al composites member, a collapsed shape of folding, crack, and bending occurred. So, it was possible to find that energy was observed. And in case of specimen having an angle of $90^{\circ}$ in the outermost layer and stack sequence of $[90^{\circ}{_2}/0^{\circ}2]s$, its collapsed length was shown to be short. Therefore, it was possible to find that the absorbed energy was shown to be higher by 20% or above at the maximum.

  • 콘크리트 구조물에 발생하는 균열은 구조물의 내력, 내구성, 방수성 등 모든 기능을 저하시키는 주요한 원인으로, 그 대책의 필요성은 구조물이 존재하는 한 계속될 것이다. 하지만 콘크리트 구조물에서의 균열은 재료와 시공 및 사용환경, 구조적 요인 등 다양한 변수가 복합적으로 작용하고 있어 이에 대한 대책 마련과 사전 예방이 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택 외벽에서 균열이 발생한 사례를 분석하여 이에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 발생한 균열과 부재의 속성간의 관계를 상관관계를 도출하고자 한다. 이는 각 부재가 가지는 기본적 속성이 유사함을 고려하여 균열과 부재의 관계를 분석하고 부재의 속성을 검토하여 균열에 대한 대책 마련에 일조하고자 함이다.

리더-구성원 교환관계가 심리적 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Leader-Member Exchange on Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조직몰입과 심리적 임파워먼트에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 또한 리더-구성원 교환관계와 조직몰입간의 관계에서 조직지원 인식이 조절효과를 갖는지를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수도권 및 강원지역의 기업체에 근무하는 305명의 직원들을 대상으로 분석한 결과 리더-구성원 교환관계는 심리적 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트는 조직몰입과 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 갖고 있지만 이들간의 관계에서 조직지원인식은 리더-구성원 교환관계는 조절효과는 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 분석결과 조직구성원은 리더와의 좋은 관계유지를 통해 임파워먼트 수준을 높이고 나아가 조직몰입도 증가하는 것으로 나타남에 따라 구성원의 임파워먼트를 증진시킬 수 있는 조직차원의 관심이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

주도적 성격과 지식 공유: LMXSC의 상반된 조절효과 검증 (Proactive Personality and Knowledge Sharing: The Contrasting Effects of Leader-Member Exchange Social Comparison (LMXSC))

  • This paper focuses on proactive personality as one of the main personality traits relevant to knowledge sharing and examines how this personal trait influences knowledge sharing behavior. Moreover, in order to consider the interactive effect between proactive personality and a contextual factor, this study utilized the construct of LMXSC which can reveal restoration of resource losses due to knowledge sharing. Because LMXSC can have opposite directions depending on used theories, this study investigates how LMXSC moderates the relationship between proactive personality and knowledge sharing behavior by using conservation of resources theory and trait activation theory. This study tests hypotheses with the data of supervisor-employee dyads in various industries. An empirical results showed that proactive personality increased knowledge sharing behavior and LMXSC strengthened the positive relationship between proactive personality and knowledge sharing behavior as conservation of resources theory predicts. Based on these theoretical arguments and empirical findings, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and the directions of future research.
