While many of company try to increase customer satisfaction by empowerment, there are need to figure out which can increase employee's problem solving ability in company side. It is related to Innovative Activity that can create new idea to fix job process. In this study, researcher institute a factor that 'Manager's Job Competency' which can increase member's Innovative Activity. And try to figuring out it has what kind of effect on innovative activity and management performance through empirical method. For the empirical study, researcher get 119 samples from service industry, and result of study show us manager's job competency has positive effect on member's innovative activity and management performance. Base on this result, researcher provide a manageric implication and limitaions of study.

The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digitalization on the transformation of the banking system, taking into account current innovative development trends. The article analyzes the impact of key factors on the development of the digital economy. Ukraine's ranking positions in terms of digital competitiveness are shown. The necessity of using digital technologies in the sphere of banking activity is substantiated. The dynamics of changes in the number of operating banks in Ukraine is analyzed. The directions of introduction of information technologies in the sphere of banking activity are determined. An analysis of changes in the share of the population of individual EU member states that use the Internet for Internet banking. It is noted that modern transformation trends, digitalization of the economy have a significant impact on the landscape of the banking sector, in this context, the rating of Ukrainian banks in the categories of "Internet Banking" and "Mobile Banking". The advantages and disadvantages of using the capabilities of Internet banking are identified. Based on the study, the importance of expanding the boundaries of digitalization of the domestic banking system is substantiated, which will further increase the level of availability of online services in the field of banking. Prospects for further research are identified in the study of the impact of digitalization on the development of the banking system of foreign countries.

중소기업은 국내경제에서 중요한 역할을 차지하고 있으며 예측하지 못한 변화에 유연하게 대응하는 역량으로 경쟁하는 시대에서는 중소기업이 가지는 민첩성이 더욱 강조된다. 이러한 혁신을 가능하게 하는 중소기업의 원천에는 기업가적 지향성이 중요한 요인으로 지적되고 있다. 기업가적 지향성(Entrepreneurial Orientation)이란 기업의 최고경영자 또는 구성원들이 다양한 시장기회에 직면해서 혁신적이고 위험을 감수하며 적극적으로 행동하려는 성향을 가리킨다. 즉, 특정한 기술이나 산업에 구애받지 않고 기업 전반의 활동에서 나타내는 성향을 말하며 이는 경영성과에 직, 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소기업 경영자의 기업가적 지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 이론 및 실증연구를 진행하였다. 이론연구를 통해 연구가설을 도출하였는데 특히 혁신활동의 매개효과에 주목하여 제품혁신과 서비스혁신 활동을 통해 기업가적 지향성이 경영성과로 이어지는 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하였다. 기업가적 지향성의 하위변수인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성이 혁신의 하위변수인 제품혁신과 서비스혁신을 매개로 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것인지 연구가설을 설정하였다. 부산, 경남지역의 중소기업을 대상으로 조사를 진행하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 결과 제품혁신과 서비스혁신은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 제품혁신은 위험감수성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하였으며, 서비스혁신은 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 두 혁신 간에 매개효과의 차이가 있었는데, 제품혁신은 매개효과의 비중이 낮고 직접효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스혁신의 경우 상대적으로 매개효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 제품혁신과 서비스혁신이 가지는 본질적인 차이와 관련하여 연구결과의 시사점을 도출하였으며 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
