Background and Aim : As the aged society is coming, people pay attention to it and the government is also increasing subsidy into the welfare of the aged. As a branch of social welfare, community welfare is familiar and close to local residents. We could open up a new field in community welfare for oriental medicine and oriental medical doctor(OMD). Materials and Method : Analyzing the worts of community welfare center, we tried to find ways for OMDs to take part in there. We focused m community care and home care service of community welfare center and community health center. Result : Free oriental medical services are offered in many places, but a lot of them are temporary and hard to continue due to financial problem and lack of specialist. Local residents want to know about oriental medicine but few OMDs are willing to participate, thereforen, unqualified lectures of such as hand acupuncture, moxibustion, meridian massage prevail among them. This leads to illegal oriental medical services in the name of volunteer medical work. Conclusion The system is needed that local OMD association take part in community welfare of oriental medical service and care with community welfare center and community health center. Local volunteer medical services and researches of medical policy can help increase the chance for OMDs to go into social welfare system of the aged.

The actual name of Gogobong is Du-goe, also known as Dan-jung, his pseudonym. He is the author of "Uigasimbeop(醫家心法)", an abstract of his clinical pathology throughout his life and "Chwimopyeon(吹毛編)", a medical chart based on his researches. The chapter 25 Bangrons[二十五方論] is included within the text, which shows attempts on explaining diseases and treatments of the internal organs based on theories on the relations of generation and restriction of the five elements. Influenced by Joheonga(趙獻可), one of the well known Onbo(溫補) scholars-concerning the importance of warming and invigorating the body-of the Myeong-dynasty, his main treatments were forms of warming and invigorating the yang and physical debility, hence strengthen the primordial energy. "Uigasimbeop(醫家心法)" was later on renamed to "Samyeongsimbeop(四明心法)" by Yangseungryuk(楊乘六). The following paper deals on his life, publishment, distinct features of his medical science based on his epitaph and works.

Objective : This study's purpose was to review the Daeseunggi-tang as the typical purgative. Method : We searched papers about Daeseunggi-tang about the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by constipation, surgery and MODS. In total, 31 papers were analyzed in this study. Results : In matter of subject, researches on the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by constipation were 16 cases, researches on the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by surgery were 8 cases, researches on gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by MODS were 7 cases. Conclusion : In conclusion, the traditional use of Daeseunggi-tang on constipation, frequent flatus, and stomachache has proven to have sufficient evidences through the experimental and clinical evidences.

Nowadays, sleep disorder is one of diseases many people have suffered. Many researchers have studied on the features or the method to overcome sleep disorder. In this paper, we have reported papers and patents relevant to sleep disorder to find current trends in the researches. All retrieved papers were 316 articles, patents, all 8 cases. The scale of research on sleep disorder including insomnia has been increasing in recent years. About a half of the analyzed researches were conducted by medical communities, and also various researches were performed based on nursing and Korea medicine. But, we found the application of patents on sleep disorder is less active than the research area. It will be conducted to research to consider with various developing research methodology and planing commercialization through health-related networks of collaborators.

Recently the development of medical modality like as MRI, 3D US, DR etc is very active. Therefore it is more required not only the enhancement of quality in medical service but the improvement of medical system based on quantization, minimization, and optimization of high speed. Especially, as the changing into the digital modality system, it gets to start using ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) to realize one board system. It requires the implementation of hardware debugging and effective speedy algorithm with more speed and accuracy in order to support and replace existing device. If objected image could be linked to high speed process board with special interface and pre-processed using FPGA, it can be used in real time image processing and protocol of HIS(Hospital Information System). This study can support the basic circuit design of medical image board which is able to realize image processing basically using digitalized medical image, and to interface between existing device and image board containing image processing algorithm.

This study analyzes research trends by systematically examining research about domestic emergency medical services' clinical practice, and it is aimed to present the basic data needs in development plan in clinical practice education in the future. The thesis was searched through the electronic data research (Science Direct, PubMed, Medline, and 55 academic DB interworking) from the library of Konyang University from 2010 to 2021. The main keywords were "Emergency Medical Technician(EMT) Student" and "Clinical Practice," and 6 pieces of researches were selected, finally. As the result of analyzing the qualitative level of selected research, all the 6 pieces of research subjects(100.0%) were pertinent to level IV(survey research) which is low-qualitative level. As the principal subjects, "Clinical practice experience" got the highest frequency as 6(100%), "Satisfaction of clinical practice" was 3(50%), "Self-efficient, Major satisfaction" and "Stress, Depression, Coping" showed 2 (33.3%), and "Change after clinical practice", "Clinical practice improvement plan" was 1(16.7%) each. From this time on, it is confirmed that the quantitative and qualitative growth in domestic emergency medical clinical practice is necessary. This is expected to contribute to establishing a practical and systematic development plan of clinical practice education.

Objectives : Doctors are obviously one of the most interesting subject in medical history. Doctors are who treat patients and disease and the authors for medical records or books. Especially doctors in traditional medicine mostly tried to write medical books for new idea or their esperiences or leave their medical records for treatments, medication, prescription and so on. Therefore, many researchers have explained Korean or Chinese medical history of traditional society through those books or documents rather than doctors themselves. The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty has massive records for history, politics, society, culture, etc. Relating to medical history in traditional Korean medicine, there are ceveral researches about disease of King, disease itself, the methods of treatment and so on, through The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. However, there are few on activities of many doctors in The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. Methods : I tried to find out the names who had some roles of medicine in The Annals of King Sejong out of The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. I could get 35 doctors and browsed 35 doctors in The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty again. Finally, I could have lots of articles from The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty related to 33 doctors(2 dontors had no records about medicine even they were doctors). Results : I categorized 2 ways of those articles; medical activities, non-medical activities. For medical activities, I got subcategories for medical activities; medical maltreatment, treatment for King, royal family, bureaucrat, ambassador. I also got subcategories for non-medical activities; publishing medical books, ambassador as a doctor, medical training, things related to hot spring, food therapist, veterinarian. Conclusions : Medical history of Joseon Dynasty in Korean medical history has somehow been recorded by medical books such as Hyangyakjipseongbang, Euibangyuchwi, Euilimchwalyo, Dongeuibogam, Jejungsinpyeon, Dongeuisusebowon, etc. So I have concerned that there are massive records on doctors activities in The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and tried to focus on their various activities through this research.

The purpose of this article is to review all the wrinkle treatments reported so far, and to introduce a method of dermal subcision, especially localized fine wrinkles. In order to remove wrinkles, laser, ulthera and drug therapy are commonly used in western medicine while Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture, $Jung-An$ acupuncture and needle-embedding therapy are used in oriental medicine. However, as researches on fine wrinkles have been insufficiently conducted until now. Dermal subcision stated in this study is considered to be a safe and effective way to ameliorate fine linear-shaped wrinkles around or below eyes and mouth by increasing the circulation of qi and blood. also, reproducing dermal layer. More and further related cases and researches are expected in the future.

The Diagnostic Imagining Department essentially needs to be transformed by the plan of the room and the medical equipment which should be improved according to a rapid development in technology. And the room should be considered the scale and composition an the time of planning. Because this part is often influenced in a specific character of imaging equipment in the room. The researches on the scale and composition of Diagnostic Imaging Department were the main part in 1980's but after 1990's this kind of researches have not been enough. So this study has an intention of proposing basic data which is used in planning the Diagnostic Imaging Department by analyzing the actual condition of the area organization in general hospital.

Researches on chromosome are very significant in cytogenetics since a gene of the chromosome controls revelation of the inheritance plasma The human chromosome analysis is widely used to diagnose genetic disease and various congenital anomalies. Many researches on automated chromosome karyotype analysis has been carried out, some of which produced commercial systems. However, there still remains much room for improving the accuracy of chromosome classification. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for reconstruction of the chromosDme image to improve the chromosome classification accuracy. Morphological feature parameters are extracted from the reconstructed chromosome images. The reconstruction method from chromosome image is the 32 direction line algorithm. We extract three morphological feature parameters, centromeric index(C.I.), relative length ratio(R.L.), and relative area ratio(R.A.), by preprocessing ten human chromosDme images. The experimental results show that proposed algorithm is better than that of other researchers'comparing by feature parameter errors.
