In this paper, we proposed an iris-based authentication for smart healthcare service in secure telemedicine system. The medical and healthcare information's are very important data in telemedicine system from privacy information. thus, the proposed system provides a secure and convenient authentication method than the traditional ID/PW authentication method to a telemedicine system for age-related chronic diseases. When considering the peculiarities of the use of age-related chronic diseases convenience and healthcare environments, the proposed approach is difficult to secure than traditional ID/PW authentication method with the appropriate means to easily change when stolen or lost to others. In addition, the telemedicine system for the smart healthcare services is one of the types of privacy sensitive medical and health data. it is very important security needs in telemedicine system. Thus we protocol are offer high confidentiality and integrity than existing ID/PW method.

The present study was carried out with a view to examine the protective actions of physical and occupational therapists for patients's privacy. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with the questionnaires that were distributed to 297 physical and occupational therapists engaged in general hospitals as well as in rehabilitation clinics across the country from January 2 to 13, 2012. From the survey, it was made known that the overall extent of protective actions practiced by them was $3.54{\pm}.733$ in average. Divided by area, the average protective action in communication was $3.62{\pm}.776$, followed by $3.57{\pm}1.013$ in direct contact and $3.53{\pm}.780$ in maintenance and management, respectively. The analysis of general characteristics by each area showed that the older their age gets and the longer their career is, the more the protective action is practiced by them. Although they are well aware of the fact that the medical information of patients should be kept 100% secret and they practice it to almost excellent grade (5), the physical and occupational therapists, as key experts in charge of improving functions of patients, were found to have little concern for and little knowledge about contents of protecting medical information. It is thus required to perform public relation and instruction continuously to intensify their awareness of needs to protect patients' privacy and to implant ethical sense in this regard deep in their mind.

Deep Learning is a useful method for classifying and recognizing complex data such as images and text, and the accuracy of the deep learning method is the basis for making artificial intelligence-based services on the Internet useful. However, the vast amount of user da vita used for training in deep learning has led to privacy violation problems, and it is worried that companies that have collected personal and sensitive data of users, such as photographs and voices, own the data indefinitely. Users cannot delete their data and cannot limit the purpose of use. For example, data owners such as medical institutions that want to apply deep learning technology to patients' medical records cannot share patient data because of privacy and confidentiality issues, making it difficult to benefit from deep learning technology. In this paper, we have designed a privacy preservation technique-applied deep learning technique that allows multiple workers to use a neural network model jointly, without sharing input datasets, in multi-party system. We proposed a method that can selectively share small subsets using an optimization algorithm based on modified stochastic gradient descent, confirming that it could facilitate training with increased learning accuracy while protecting private information.
Patients' privacy protection is a heated issue in medical business, as medical information in digital format transmit everywhere through networks without any limitation. A current protection method for brain images is to deface from the brain image for patient's privacy. However, the defacing process often removes important brain voxels so that the defaced brain image is damaged for medical analysis. An ad-hoc method is proposed to conceal patient's identification by adding cylindrical mask, while the brain keep all important brain voxels. The proposed lossless deformation of brain image is verified not to loose any important voxels. Futhermore, the masked brain image is proved not to be recognized by others.
In this paper, we designed the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Emergency Medical Information System(REMIS). This REMIS offers the emergency patient's medical information using RFID and HL7(Health Level 7) to an emergency medical technician. In emergency situation as like coma, if the communication, from the patient's current location to the hospital, is possible, REMIS offer the medical information of the patient through REMIS server to an emergency medical technician. In the state of communication blocked, REMIS can offer the patient identification and the emergency information through RFID tag, which the patient wear, to an emergency medical technician. When this system was designed, the protection of the patient's medical information and their privacy was considered, and the HL7 was used to be compatible with another medical systems. Therefore, in this paper, REMIS was designed that it is always possible to offer the emergency patient's information to an emergency medical technician regardless of any communication status and to improve the emergency rescue process, effectively.

The k-means clustering algorithm groups input data with the number of groups represented by variable k. In fact, this algorithm is particularly useful in market segmentation and medical research, suggesting its wide applicability. In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving clustering algorithm that is appropriate for outsourced encrypted data, while exposing no information about the input data itself. Notably, our proposed model facilitates encryption of all data, which is a large advantage over existing privacy-preserving clustering algorithms which rely on multi-party computation over plaintext data stored on several servers. Our approach compares homomorphically encrypted ciphertexts to measure the distance between input data. Finally, we theoretically prove that our scheme guarantees the security of input data during computation, and also evaluate our communication and computation complexity in detail.
Now a days, U-healthcare comes into the spotlight as a new business model which combines RFID technology with medical service in the well-being era and IT popularization. U-healthcare service needs a method that can deals with hand-writing, overlap data, forgery and falsification of data, difference between information version that happen in medical process because of graft between RFID technology and u-healthcare. This paper proposes RFID based user certification protocol to protect user's privacy who gets medical service through U-healthcare. In the protocol, secret information of patient does the XOR with the secret key that is created in the hospital to reconsider the stability of security system of U-healthcare and user's data forgery and falsification and privacy and then saves it in the secret key field of patient in DB table. Also, it informs the case of illegal access to certification server and make it approved the access of u-healthcare service by differentiating whether u-healthcare is illegal or not.

The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.
Digital therapeutics (DTx) are utilized to replace or supplement drug therapy to treat patients. DTx are developed as a mobile application for portability and convenience. The government requires security verification to be performed on digital medical devices that manage sensitive information during the transmission and storage of patient data. Although safety verification is included in the approval process for DTx, the cybersecurity checklist used as a reference does not reflect the characteristics of mobile applications. This poses the risk of potentially overlooking vulnerabilities during security verification. This study aims to address this issue by comparing and analyzing existing items based on the mobile tactics, techniques, and procedures of MITRE ATT&CK, which manages globally known and occurring vulnerabilities through regular updates. We identify 16 items that require improvement and expand the checklist to 29 items to propose improvement measures. The findings of this study may contribute to the safe development and advancement of DTx for managing sensitive patient information.
Purpose: This study sought to analyze perceptions and attitudes regarding patient personal information protection according to the general characteristics of paramedic students and their clinical practice experience. Methods: A total of 215 paramedic students from G university in I metropolitan city and D university in G do were surveyed. Frequency analysis, percentage analysis, and one-way distribution analysis were conducted using the software SPSS version 23.0.
