As the medical market has gradually changed from supplier-centered market to consumer-centered one, it makes hospital managers seek the consumer's satisfaction and the various marketing strategies for survival. Under the these changes, this study was accomplished to measure the consumer's satisfaction about the medial services which a general hospital provided, to identify the marketing strategies that a general hospital could establish for survival. For these purposes, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 200 patients in general units and 100 patients in oriental units of a general hospital in Seoul. Among them, 163 reponses in general units and 71 reponses in oriental units were turned out to be useful. they were used for final analysis. The results of the survey were as follows : First, among all items of medical services which the hospital provided, patients were most satisfied by nursing services. Second, to Improve the hospital's medical service quality, it was very important for hospital staffs to be courtesy and to explain about a process of treatment or care sufficiently. Third, to decrease cost of medical service, it was very important to develop the various items and premiums of medical insurance especially in field of oriental medicine. Fourth, to make people come to the hospital easy, it was very important of fully utilize the public transportation such as subway. Fifth, to make hospital's image good, it was very important to develop well-prepared public relationship and to continuously provide the diverse medical service in the community.

As elderly population has been increasing, our society has to be prepared the social system. Especially female elderly increasing means that market will change and business model should also change. Every women want to be beautiful and looks young and as women get aged, women eager to be younger and beautiful more. The purposes of this study were to find out how was represented in cosmetic market ad and how elderly customers has been changed. In developed society, baby boomer has been increased, and their power of purchase also has been increased in cosmetic market. In our society, cosmetic market has been developing as customer's demand and whitening focused cosmetics has been increasing especially. Elderly skin need more moisture focused cosmetics and for developing the elderly cosmetic market in Korea, we need more research about korean elderly women's social psychological character and customer's character.

급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률은 의료기관의 유형, 표시과목, 의료기관이 위치한 지역 등 여러 요인에 따라 차이를 보인다. 본 연구는 1차 의료기관인 의원들 중 내과, 소아과, 이비인후과 의원의 급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률에 환자의 특성과 같은 의학적 요인이 아닌 의원의 수입과 밀접한 관계가 있는 의원 수의 변화(경쟁 정도의 변화)와 같은 경제적 요인이 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 2006년 건강보험심사평가원에서 발표한 전국 각 의료기관의 급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률을 주 자료원으로 하여, 경쟁지수를 두 가지 형태로 정의하고 수요 측면을 나타내는 변수와 공급 측면을 나타내는 변수를 통제변수로 선정하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 경쟁지수를 어떤 형태로 정의하든, 의원이 위치한 지역의 경쟁정도는 의사들의 항생제 처방률에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 시장지역 내 경쟁 정도의 변화와 같은 경제적 요인이 의사들의 처방행태에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 하나라고 해석할 수 있다. 아울러 인과관계의 방향과 관련하여, 의사가 진료하는 지역의 경쟁 정도가 높아질수록 항생제 처방률이 통계적으로 유의하게 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 의사의 진료수입 감소를 초래할 것으로 예상되는 시장환경의 변화에 대해 자신의 진료수입을 예전상태로 보전하기 위해 불필요한 의료서비스 소비를 유도해서 얻는 편익(소득효과)이 이를 위해 자신이 지불해야 할 비용(대체효과)보다 크기 때문에 항생제 처방률을 증가시킨 것으로 해석할 수 있으며, 또한 경제적 유인체계의 변화에 대하여 의사의 진료행태가 영향을 받을 수 있음을 실증적으로 뒷받침하는 것으로 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Jecheon is a place of Korean Medicine with many historical characters, medical tales and cultures. One of the most renowned characters is Lee Gong Gi(李公沂), a 扈聖功臣 (title given to the 86 people that escorted king Seonjo during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) at the level of Huh Jun(許浚) and famous royal physician of Joseon who served King Seonjo and reached the highest position of chief physician. He was recognized for his talent as a royal physician and was conferred with the title of 扈聖功臣 Rank 3 after attending on King Seonjo during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. Despite the fact that he was a renowned man of medicine, he didn't get as much attention as 許浚 or Yang Ye Soo(楊禮壽) because documents on his work had not been studied. In this study, the author was able to study Lee Gong Gi(李公沂) based on documents such as "朝鮮王朝實錄(True Record of the Joseon Dynasty)", "內醫院先生案(Naeeuiwonseonsengan)", "醫科先生案(Euigwaseonsengan)" and on "避難行錄(Pinanhengrok)" by Yakpo Jeongtak (1526~1605) who was a govemmental pharmacist at the time of Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. According to "內醫院先生案" and "醫科先生案", Lee Gong Gi's son Lee Young Nam followed his father's footsteps and became the chief royal pharmacist and 崇政大夫(one of the governmental titles of Joseon Dynasty). As for Jecheon's Korean medical traditions, many forms of medical tales and cultures are preserved such as the tales of Neokgogae, Mountain Ami's medical water cave, Otmaru and Seonsimgol. These tales are divided into various types of great doctors, medical herbs and devoted sons and have been passed down With the origin of traditional medicine still intact. Moreover, ancient documents and artifacts on Traditional Korean Medicine that reflect the area's medical culture have been discovered. Not only is Jecheon a place of medical culture but along with Jecheon Drug Market it also carries on the tradition of medical herbs production and possesses the largest new medical herbs market in Korea. In conclusion, Jecheon is a traditional place of Korean Medicine with many medical cultures and characters from a unique history.

Nowadays, many Korean healthcare organizations are provide healthcare services to foreigners and some of them are operating overseas healthcare facilities or trying to operate them. Chinese healthcare market is regarded as the most promising one. In this article, I discussed the success factors for global healthcare services and made some suggestions for the successful implementation of FDI in healthcare services, especially for the Chinese healthcare services market.

본 연구는 통상진출측면에서 UAE 의약품 시장의 점유율 확대 전략을 중심으로 시장세분화, 목표시장 결정, 제품 위치선정과 아울러 목표시장 내에서의 시장촉진 관리를 내용으로 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 기본적으로 STP전략과 Marketing Mix전략의 개념을 적용하여 본 연구의 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다. 우리나라 의약품산업은 국내의 다양한 제도적 제약으로 인한 국내시장 성장의 확대에 한계를 가지고 있다. 한편 UAE 의료산업은 지속적인 유가 상승에 따른 경기의 활성화와 정부의 적극적인 지원 정책으로 급성장하고 있다. UAE 정부는 의료시설 확충과 의료수준 향상을 위해 2014년 의료산업에 1600억 달러의 투자를 계획하고 있다. UAE의 의료부문은 각 에미리트별로 단독적인 규제 체제를 갖추고 있다. UAE는 해외 노동자 유입으로 높은 인구증가율을 보이고 있는데, 지난 30년 동안 UAE 거주인구는 약 7배가 증가했다. UAE 정부는 의료서비스 질을 개선하기 위해 민간부문과 공공기간의 파트너십(PPP) 체결을 장려하며 외국인 직접투자에도 규제가 없으므로 우리 기업으로서는 거대 다국적 기업과 무한 경쟁을 준비해야 하는 시점에서 이러한 분석결과는 의약품 수출활성화 측면의 환국의 비즈니스환경 분석과 UAE 시장에 대한 진출전략 측면에서 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 실학적 가치를 찾을 수 있다. 또한, 해외진출 활성화와 더불어 한국의 취약한 의약품 산업 개발을 위한 지속적인 전략 개발의 타당성을 확보해준다는 측면에서 학문적 의미가 있다.

This paper analyzed four different perspectives on health care reform in Korea in terms of the basic values, formulated problems and reform plans, implementation methods, and supporting groups. The medical security plan was insisted by social security specialists and social activists focusing on the integration of medical insurance coops in order to enhancing equity and right of the people. However, its perspective was limited to promoting security instead of reforming health care system. The government proposed the health care reform plans in 1994 and in 1997, focusing on promoting efficiency by remedying many problems in health care delivery system. However, its implementation was not successful due to the lack of organizational and financial supporters. Recently, two opposite proposals were issued. The market reform plan paid attention to revitalizing the market function to promoting efficiency by allowing hospitals to treat private patients instead of applying the medical insurance regulation. The government reform plan focused on intensifying governmental planning and intervention in the health care sector in order to removing inefficiency and promoting equity with the supports of social activists and labor unions. Finally, this paper proposed an alternative plan to promote harmonious social relationship between actors in the health care system.

Purpose : Local medicinal herb festivals present the history of the Korean medicine and cultural resources in the regions to play an important role in attracting tourists, vitalizing local economy, and improving the local image. Therefore, it is important to understand the origin of the festival and grasp historical and cultural meaning of local medicinal herb festivals. Methods : I compared the books and articles presented in the reference list. Results & Conclusions : Local medicinal herb festivals originates from traditional yangnyeongsi. Since the $17^{th}$ century, yangnyeongsi has grown up as a special market. Implementation of the Daedong Act promoted commodity and monetary economy that helped commerce and industry develop and market grow up. It also made changes in the social status system and yangnyeongsi has been such a historical phenomenon appeared in this social background. The growth of yangnyeongsi contributed to the progress in the private medicine that triggered the gradual transfer of power in the medicine to the private sector which has long been held by the government. In yangnyeongsi, there were many cultural events to attract visitors. It's the same case in China that preserves stages that were used for cultural events in the medicine market to pass down the historic sites while those in Korea are disappearing as yangnyeongsis are being pulled out of the city areas to the suburban areas due to the redevelopment projects. For this reason, restoration of the place for traditional yangnyeongsi should be taken into account through local medicinal herb festivals.

진단 의료 혈액 분석기는 세계 의료기기 시장에서 지속적인 고성장세를 이어가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 혈액분석기가 진단 의료기기 시장에서 가격경쟁력을 높여갈 수 있도록 비용을 절감시키면서 낮은 생산원가를 실현시킬 수 있는 생산성 향상 방안을 마련하는데 중점을 두었다. TOC 제약이론의 집중개선 5단계와 공장자동화 전략을 기반으로 시뮬레이션을 모델링하였으며 단계별로 대안을 제시하고 결과를 예측하여 분석하였다. ARENA 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 현장의 상황을 정확히 모델링하였으며 TOC 제약이론 집중개선 5단계를 도입하여 보다 체계적이고 효과적으로 개선하였다. 제약공정의 능력을 확장하는 단계에서는 적절한 공장자동화를 통하여 생산성을 크게 향상시켰으며 자동화 설비 도입에 따른 경제성 분석을 실시하여 투자대비 효과를 입증하였다.

We explore technology ecosystem of smart surgical medical system by analyzing patent data applied for in Korea and Japan. First, a review of trends of patent application by country/technological domain show that there exist a minority of technology domains focused on R&D, which represent their trends have been increasingly active. Also, while a number of Japanese firms mainly consist of the patent market of Japan, in case of the Korean market, a few universities, SMEs, and foreign firms are found to be the main applicants. As a result of the network analysis with the links as the relations of co-patenting, the relationships, which are active of convergence and knowledge spillover among the heterogeneous technology domains within each market, as well as the technology domains, which are the most active in international cooperation among each homogeneous domain, could get derived and visualized in the ecosystem. In addition, the technology domains in each patent market with leading locations, roles, and influence in the network can also be identified through the centrality analysis. In this study, the analysis for technology competitiveness are carried out focusing on patent activity and patent impact. The results denote that across all domains, the Japanese market may possess higher patent activity and patent impact compared to the Korean market. In consequence, we derive the position map for comparison by country and technology domain from a perspective considering comprehensively the multi-dimensional attributes based on the results of both network analysis and technology competitiveness.
