In this paper, we designed the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Emergency Medical Information System(REMIS). This REMIS offers the emergency patient's medical information using RFID and HL7(Health Level 7) to an emergency medical technician. In emergency situation as like coma, if the communication, from the patient's current location to the hospital, is possible, REMIS offer the medical information of the patient through REMIS server to an emergency medical technician. In the state of communication blocked, REMIS can offer the patient identification and the emergency information through RFID tag, which the patient wear, to an emergency medical technician. When this system was designed, the protection of the patient's medical information and their privacy was considered, and the HL7 was used to be compatible with another medical systems. Therefore, in this paper, REMIS was designed that it is always possible to offer the emergency patient's information to an emergency medical technician regardless of any communication status and to improve the emergency rescue process, effectively.

It is necessary to develop new competitive products under the world economic downturn. The medical tourism industry a good example and it has grown rapidly for last couple of years. This paper aims to investigate socio-demographic proxies of inbound medical tourists in Korea. In particular, the medical tourist behaviors are modeled by considering the factors such as acquisition process of medical tourism information, service level of medical tourism industry and the choice attributes. The results of this study are summarized that: 1) Moot inbound medical tourists are over 40-years old with professional occupation accompanied with families; 2) The information resources are mainly acquired from travel agents and WOM(Word of Mouth) such as friends and relatives; 3) Current problems are lack of various promotion channels and the competitiveness of medical coots; 4) The inbound medical tourists are not homogeneous but vary in different segments. The study suggests that various marketing strategies should be implemented for target market segments to promote Korea as a medical tourism hub.

Emergency medical information center performs role of medical direction about disease consult and pre-hospital emergency handling scheme work to people. Emergency medical information system plays a major role to be decreased mortality and disability of emergency patient by providing information of medical institution especially when emergency patient has appeared. But, various attacks as a hacking have been happened in Emergency medical information system recently. In this paper, we proposed security structure which can protect the system securely by detecting attacks from outside effectively. Intrusion detection was performed using rule based detection technique according to protocol for every packet to detect attack and intrusion was reported to control center if intrusion was detected also. Intrusion detection was performed again using decision tree for packet which intrusion detection was not done. We experimented effectiveness using attacks as TCP-SYN, UDP flooding and ICMP flooding for proposed security structure in this paper.

Recently, with the development of IoT, AI, and mobile terminals, medical information platforms are expanding. The medical information platform can determine a patient's emergency situation, and medical staff can easily access patient information through a mobile terminal. However, in the existing platform, emergency situation decision is delayed, and faster and stronger authentication is required in emergency situations. Therefore, we propose an edge computing-based medical information platform for automatic authentication using patient situations. We design an edge computing-based medical information platform architecture capable of rapid transmission of biometric data of IoT and quick emergency situation decision, and implement the platform data flow in emergency situations. Relying on this platform, we propose the automatic authentication using patient situations. The automatic authentication protects patient information through patient-centered authentication by using the patient's situation as an authentication factor, and enables quick authentication by automatically proceeding with mobile terminal authentication after user authentication in emergencies without user intervention. We compared the proposed platform with existing platforms to show that it can make quick and stable emergency decisions. In addition, comparing the automatic authentication with existing authentication showed that it is fast and protects medical information centered on patient situations in emergency situations.

새로운 기술의 발달과 병행하는 정보이용환경의 급격한 변화는 정보원의 이용 및 정보서비스에 대한 새로운 고찰을 요구한다. 이용자 정보추구의 올바른 이해는 정보서비스의 향상에 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있으므로 변화하는 정보이용환경에 따라 이용자의 정보추구를 시기적절하게 새롭게 고찰할 필요가 있다. 많은 이전 연구들이 이용자 정보추구에 초점을 맞추고 있으나 의사들의 정보추구, 특히 진료정보 및 의학지식 추구를 동시에 대상으로 한 연구는 거의 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 진료와 의학연구를 동시에 수행하는 대학병원의 강사인 의사들의 정보추구행태를 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 연세의료원 강사 12명을 대상으로 개방형 반구조화 형식의 심층 면접을 통하여 수집하였다. 면접 내용은 크게 연구 환경, 진료와 관련된 정보 추구 행태, 선호하는 정보원과 자료 유형, 검색과정과 만족도의 4가지 주제로 구성하였다. 응답 결과 연구 목적의 정보추구에 있어서는 PubMed를 통한 전자학술지 대한 신뢰도가 더 높았으나 진료 목적인 경우에는 인쇄형태의 교과서를 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정보원에 대한 권위와 근거를 매우 중요시하는 의사들의 태도에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다.

의학도서관에서 당면하고 있는 과제는 의학정보 학술잡지의 고가화, 외국잡지에 대한 선호도. 학술잡지가격의 높은 인상률, 학술잡지 증가에 따른 공간확보 문제 등으로 이는 의학도서관들이 공동으로 대처해서 풀어야할 과제이다. 의학분야의 전문지식을 관리하고 활용하기 위하여 주제전문 사서를 육성하여야하고, 국내 의학분야의 통합데이터베이스 구축이 필요하며, 학문분야의 광역화에 따라 의학정보가 점차 증가하는데 대한 정보를 수집·축적·가공하기 위한 전략 등을 연구하였다.

In the medical web forum, people share medical experience and information as patients and patents' families. Some people search medical information written in non-expert language and some people offer words of comport to who are suffering from diseases. Medical web forums play a role of the informative support and the emotional support. We propose the automatic classification model of articles in the medical web forum into the information support and emotional support. We extract text features of articles in web forum using text mining techniques from the perspective of linguistics and then perform supervised learning to classify texts into the information support and the emotional support types. We adopt the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naive-Bayesian, decision tree for automatic classification. We apply the proposed model to the HealthBoards forum, which is also one of the largest and most dynamic medical web forum.

In this paper, I research the issue of information security for medical information system of each parties. The outflow of the Personal medical information can lead to problems of medical systems and disadvantage to an individual. In this paper, we research the information security based on a blockchain. In addition, I have analyzed blockchain. I suggest a medical information system framework that can help to keep the privacy of patients by using a blockchain network. Also, In this paper try to explain using private blockchain for medical system. Blockchain can keep the integrity and transparency of the medical records. This research, shows how can build the private blockchain for medical records and how to get the integrity of Data from Private Blockchain and Distuributed Ledger Technology.

From th Study on A Study on the Thesaurus of Korean medical information for developing search engine, the conclusion is as follow. Knowledge based information system consists of concepts, facts and relation. The final goal of developing the Knowledge based information system is to select, store and control the knowledge and information of Oriental Medicine. Considering limitation of organizing the knowledge system, it is difficult to realize complete basic system and application method. In order to work, it is necessary to combine experts in each part, for example Domain experts, Information and Knowledge engineer. Through the development of knowledge based information system, we can construct EMR(Electronic Medical Record) system in the near future, and it is possible to make semi-expert system. To make Knowledge based information system, we need to establish standards of information that make the distribution of Knowledge and information easily.

정보사회에 있어서 개인정보보호는 가장 중요한 윤리적 이슈 중 하나이다. 특히 업무특성상 진료를 목적으로 민감한 개인의 의료정보를 수집, 저장 및 처리하고 있는 의료기관의 경우 정보 유출시 개인의 사생활에 심각한 피해를 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구는 의료기관 소비자 관점에서 개인의료정보에 대한 일반적인 고객의 염려를 측정하기 위한 개인의료정보 프라이버시 염려 측정도구를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 기초로 개인의료정보 프라이버시 염려 측정도구를 개발하였으며, 개발된 측정도구에 대한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 측정도구는 국민의 개인의료정보보호에 대한 염려수준 및 관심 영역을 파악하여 적절한 개인정보보호 정책을 수립하는 데 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대되며, 의료기관의 경우 의료서비스 소비자가 우려하는 해당 의료기관의 개인의료정보보호 문제점 및 그 수준을 파악하여 합리적인 대책을 도출하는 데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
