In this paper, we proposed an electronic attendance-absence recording system using a smartphone that does not require separate BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) devices and infrastructure by using BLE advertisement technology of smartphone. The existing BLE-based electronic attendance-absence recording system requires a BEL device to be attached to each classroom for services and a separate technology to identify the devices attached to the classroom. Also, due to the interference with each other, sometimes an error occurred in the electronic connection. In this paper, we propose a system to solve the problems about time, place and cost, which is a disadvantage of the conventional Bluetooth beacon system. BLE advertising function of the smartphone that the user is using without BLE device, it is possible to construct infrastructure for electronic attendance-absence recording system. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system, we designed the system structure and operation flow and constructed the system using the smart phone in actual used.

Objectives : This study was designed to establish medical trust realization system by finding factors influential to it using questionnaire. Methods : 277 subjects were participated in this study. After a treatment, we conducted a survey from April 1st to October 31th about medical service perception index, medical trust index, patient satisfaction index, patient reliability index, patient flow degree index, recall intension index, and hospital image index. To evaluate the influence of medical service perception with other 6 indexes, we statistically made regression analysis of the results through the survey. Results : By the results of the analysis, evaluation of hospital image influenced all 6 indexes. The systemicity of treatment process had an effect on 5 indexes except for the flow degree of patients. The humanity of medical team brought out the estimation of 4 indexes except for the patient flow degree and hospital image. The empathic ability of doctor and appropriacy of medical costs hold the next rank influencing 3 indexes. It reached the conclusion that the systemicity of medical team tend to determine the medical trust and patient reliability. The expertise, professional skill of doctor, the fault, commercial application, fame of medical team, the speed of treatment process, the newest and clean medical facility affected each one index. Conclusions : Korean medicine should find a way to consider the mind of patients for improving the medical quality through trust realization system, keeping up with times. As a result of this research, we can find out important causes which influence the trustful medical system. From now on, we should apply this result to actual treatment of psychology customized system. Also, more simple and clear questionnaire was organized through this research, it can be used to forward research to apprehend patient mentality more conveniently.
As the competition among hospitals become intensified, hospital management is required to carry out more effective marketing and positioning of the hospital. Successful positioning of a hospital requires the knowledge about how the concrete attributes inherent in the medical service associated with the customer values that customers seek eventually in the medical service. Thus, it is required for hospital management to understand which hospital attributes should be emphasized in order to improve the customer values. The hierarchical structure of service attributes can provide valuable information about effective positioning and advertising. To obtain such knowledge, we employed the order analysis technique as an objective means-end chain method. Order analysis is useful for identifying the causal structure among attributes. Thus, we can examine the underlying causal relationship and eventually the vertical structure of hospital selection attributes. For this study, we conducted a survey to obtain 370 responses for the analysis. The result suggests that hospital management had better increase the scale of hospital, improve the services of health care providers, and modernize the hospital facilities and equipments so as to enhance customer values and eventually to lead them to recommend the hospital to others. Our findings would provide the valuable information for hospital management to develop the more effective hospital positioning and marketing strategies.
This study was performed to provide medical service providers with useful information for their market competitiveness and decision making. It is regarding positioning map and repositioning map strategy to enforce market competitiveness through bench marking of a specific hospital which has been relatively underestimated in the market. With AHP and biplot analyses for this study, we could identify priority of properties that medical service consumers consider when they choose a university hospital and market competitiveness of alternative university hospitals. It is expected that the study of repositioning strategy to Strengthening Market Competitiveness will provide efficient problem solving method to allocation restricted resources by repositioning the specific university hospital through benchmarking with evaluation factors of the most market competitiveness university hospital. When Inje University Paik Hospital was benchmarked and repositioned, the share of Paik hospital increased and there was only 3.1% difference from Dongah Dong-A University Hospital, which occupied the first place in market competitiveness. Such the results of this study may suggestion management strategies to provide efficient problem solving methods when companies responding to rapidly changing management environments allocation restricted resources.
Purpose - This purpose of this research is to verify the influence of the care workers' environment on their job satisfaction and on their voluntary behavior. In this paper, we sought ways to accept and reject advertisements using the function of a smartphone gyro sensor to enable selective transmission and reception of YouTube advertisements by linking the gyro function of mobile phones. In the case of YouTube advertisements, the skip button is activated after the advertisement is played for a certain period of time (about 5 seconds) before and after the video is played. During the time the advertisement is maintained, it can be used to achieve various goals such as increased website traffic, brand awareness, and sales induction. Since this type of advertisement is not a setting in which the transition takes place immediately, it can be seen as the most suitable setting to strengthen brand awareness. However, due to the nature of the YouTube advertising system, it is often discarded through users' skipping behavior in the process of sharing and reproducing information. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented an optional advertisement transmission system that applies the principle of gyroscope to minimize wasted advertisements and selectively maintain desired advertisements in consideration of the transmission and reception aspects of advertisement broadcasts. It measures rotational repulsive force with directional stability and car wash characteristics, and uses algorithms to identify the slope and angular speed of mobile phones to ensure that advertisements are transmitted and received. Through this, it is expected that advertisement transmission can be performed on the side of an advertisement provider, and selective advertisement reception can be performed on the side of a user.
The goal of this research was to identify problems associated with the management of nutrition support team (NST) in hospitals in Korea. Management status of NST in the hospitals was surveyed over the phone or interviewed by visit during August 2007. NST in foreign countries was collected by reference search and websites in the internet. Survey analysis also was performed during March, 2007 with forty-one medical staff in a university hospital located in Jinju, Kyungsangnamdo. Korean Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (KSPEN) was organized in 2001 and currently has thirty-three member hospitals with on-site NST as of August, 2007. Most of the member hospitals were big hospitals with more than 500 beds and were organized within five years. The most significant problem identified was the shortage of nutrition specialists exclusively involved in the NST. Survey analysis revealed that more than half of medical staff prescribed parenteral nutrition based on their own nutrition requirement calculation rather than consultation with NST. It appears that status of NST management of hospitals in Korea are considered to be at beginner stage and therefore, needs more aggressive advertising activity to increase consultation usage by medical staff.

The purpose of the study was to identify the untact medical services campaign awareness in COVID-19 era using Q methodology. We used subjective analysis for this purpose and examined 1) what are the types of untact medical services campaign awareness? and 2) what are the homogeneous characteristics and implications between each type? We composed a Q concourse through interviews with university students to write Q statements, selected a P sample, and used Q-sort obtained from the sorting process to analyze it through Q-factor analysis in the PC QUANL program. Q methodology was used to examine the subjective tendency of untact medical services campaign awareness in COVID-19 era. As a result of the analysis, four types were identified. 1) Type 1 (N=7): Belief & official announcement type, 2) Type 2 (N=4): Governmental notice type, 3) Type 3 (N=3): Medical information public notice type, 4) Type 4 (N=2): Sympathetic information type. An insightful analysis was derived in that the analysis could identify factors in the schema of respondents related to untact medical services in COVID-19 era.
This study is the positive one about the influence which the characteristics of medical consumers' perceived words-transmission information exercises on its acceptance level and its activities. The aim of this study was to investigate how the characteristics-reliability of perceived information, its directionity, and its availability-had an influence on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information. For the purpose of that aim, the positive research by questionnaire was applied. In addition, to collect necessary data, investigation was performed about 20 days from July 1st, 1938 to July 20th, 1938. As for the respondents' sampling in sample planning, the method of Simple Random Sampling was used laying stress on patients or their responsible person aged over 20s in second and third medical institutions. And the collected sample were 230 people. Of these, However, the number of sample used actually for this study analysis was 211 except 19 people who responded unfaithfully. The analysis of the data collected by the abovesaid investigation used SPSS/PC statistical package. The study result to have proved the hypothesis by experiment is as follows. First, as the result of having analysed the influence relations on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information among the factors of reliability about medical consumers' perceived information, I found that 'specialty' had an affirmative effect and there was a significant effect relations. Second, as the result of having made a multi-regression analysis of the effect relations on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information of the factors of directionity on medical consumers' perceived information, 'reliablity' was found as having a significant effect on the acceptance of words-transmission information. Third, 'importantness' was revealed as having a significant effect on the words-transmission activities in the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information among the factors of reliability on medical consumers' perceived information. Fourth. for medical consumers there was a statistical correlation between the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information. Therefore, words-transmission communication will be very useful for hospital promotion programs having a limited advertising ability in business. Especially, I suggest that a person in charge of his/her hospital marketing should not only excavate a source of words-transmission communication in order to arrive effectively at sampling market, but also use a marketing mix suitable to that The test result shows that the unsatisfied patients over their hospital treatment tend to be more stronger in transmitting words to the other positive minded patients than the satisfied ones. Therefore, all relating representatives in hospital should concentrate their energies on decreasing or eliminating these unwanted results.

There is a growing interest in halitosis and diverse Korean medical studies are being conducted about it. But there are few study about teatment effect of halitosis after Korean medical care, treatment duration, and factor affecting recovery rate. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research clinical characteristic of halitosis patients, factor affecting halitosis, recovery rate of halitosis, treatment duration, factor affecting recovery rate by analyzing halitosis patients retrospectively. People who were over 19 and visited Korean medical clinic in Seoul to want to be treated halitosis in 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. We analyzed general and living characteristics of halitosis patients, halitosis-related symptoms and diseases, level of halitosis and halitosis-related symptoms both before and after treatment, treatment duration of halitosis patients, prescription of halitosis patients, recovery rate of level of halitosis and halitosis-related symptoms by general characteristic and duration of symptoms. Female, thirties, and Nonsmoker had the highest proportion in general characteristic. The average duration of halitosis is 41.6months and treatment duration is 2.55months. The average of sensory evaluation score is 3.40±2.53, subjective evaluation score is 5.02±1.53, lump sensation on throat is 3.52±2.50, postnasal drip is 1.11±1.88, dry mouth is 4.13±2.17, quality of life is 6.07±1.13. Gamichiuitang is used the most among prescriptions. Sensory evaluation, subjective evaluation, lump sensation on throat, postnasal drip, dry mouth, and quality of life had better score compared with pre-treatment. Duration of symptoms is in weak inverse proportion to sensory evaluation, subjective evaluation, dry mouth, quality of life. This study is meaningful in the way to find recovery rate of halitosis after korean medical care, treatment duration, and factor affecting recovery rate not progressed until now. But this study also has limits such as not analyzing objective data using halitosis measuring instrument and lack of methodical scale about quality of life. Therefore, succeeding study such as clinical trials is needed to verify reliability of Korean medical treatment.
