There is considerable interest in $^{188}Re$ due to its favorable properties as a therapeutic radionuclide $^{188}Re$ and $^{99m}Tc$ act as a matched pair because of their similar chemical properties, and therefore methods of labeling with $^{99m}Tc$ can be applied to the labeling with $^{188}Re$. With appropriately chosen agents as carriers of $^{188}Re$, the labeling can be readily carried out using $^{188}ReO_4^-$ in the presence of a reducing agent. $^{188}Re$ radio-pharmaceuticals based on $^{99m}Tc$ complexes have been synthesized and are currently being studied for clinical use. Some of them are shown to be suitable for therapeutic use and promising for radiotherapy in nuclear medicine.

The thyroid hormones act on nearly every cell in the body. Moreover, the thyroid gland continuously interacts with the ovaries, and the thyroid hormones are involved in almost all phases of reproduction. Thyroid dysfunctions are relatively common among women of reproductive age, and can affect fertility in various ways, resulting in anovulatory cycles, high prolactin levels, and sex hormone imbalances. Undiagnosed and untreated thyroid disease can be a cause of subfertility. Subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH), also known as mild thyroid failure, is diagnosed when peripheral thyroid hormone levels are within the normal reference laboratory range, but serum thyroid-stimulating hormone levels are mildly elevated. Thyroid autoimmunity (TAI) is characterized by the presence of anti-thyroid antibodies, which include anti-thyroperoxidase and anti-thyroglobulin antibodies. SCH and TAI may remain latent, asymptomatic, or even undiagnosed for an extended period. It has also been demonstrated that controlled ovarian hyperstimulation has a significant impact on thyroid function, particularly in women with TAI. In the current review, we describe the interactions between thyroid dysfunctions and subfertility, as well as the proper work-up and management of thyroid dysfunctions in subfertile women.

Gastric lavage is now known to be ineffective, unnecessary or hazardous in some circumstances where it used to be performed as a routine. This article concerns the medico-legal aspect of forced gastric lavage. The Supreme Court 2005.1.28, 2003da14119 is the case where a patient, who ingested the organophosphate insecticide to attempt suicide and refused lavage. At first we discuss the effectiveness or hazards of lavage because a very high degree of proof -of negligence, not error of clinical judgment - would be required. Lavage, with or without the informed consent, performed negligently which result in harm could, of course, give rise to a claim in negligence. A doctor might also be held negligent in failing to perform an act which he/she had a duty to perform.

Mechanical factors in the human body are considered to play a dominant role in low back problems. Various spinal structures. including muscles, act in unison to resist the external load. An estimation of the muscle forces in this structure requires a knowledge of the orientation, location and area of cross-section of the muscles to complete the formulation of a truly three-dimensional mathematical model of the spine. The geometric parameters which are calculated were the line of action, the centroid and physiologic area of cross-section of each muscle as a function of the spinal level. This geometric data were obtained from CT scans of 11 subjects participating in this study.

When you act for a good or just when you make a choice, you should ask yourself if the result of your action coincides with the principle that has generated it. Health and respect for our own individuality are two essential goods for the human being and also values that medicine itself should guard carefully remembering that its goal is to take care for a person and not only to cure a sick body. The means to achieve all this can only be a person-centered medicine which has the honor and the burden of considering the person (in the Kantian sense) and his health as an end, not a means. The current mainstream concept of health defined in 1948 by the World Health Organization as a state of complete mental, physical and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity remind us that medical reasoning, based on the pathogenesis operator, is no longer sufficient in dealing with requests from the citizens: is now the right time to shift the focus from sickness to health giving emphasis to the salutogenic medicine approach.

The ratio of the Korean old aged man increase $4\%$ in 2030. As the growth of the old man over sixty-five years old, there needs a care Health specialist, care worker who helps different people in daily life. The old man welfare facilities are a medical doctor, nurse, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutritionist, social worker, and care worker. They constitute teamwork and effort activities of daily living and rehabilitation. According to Japanese care worker low; a research worker makes the care welfare programs from Article 1 to 26 that agree with the real state of Korea.

In the result of investigating traditional chinese medical literatures to understand drug-processing about Pyritum, we could reach conclusions as follows: 1. Pyritum are divided into fresh Pyritum, calcining Pyritum, tempered Pyritum with vinegar by methods of drug-processing. 2. The methods of drug-procession about Pyritum like calcination, quenching, refining drugs with water or medicinal broth of Glycyrrhizae Radix(licorice), boiling with medicinal broth of Glycyrrhizae Radix(licorice) were used complicately. 3. Calcining Pyritum are grinded easily, convenient to apply a pill and powder and As, S are easily removed. Quenching Pyritum act on liver channel and then are reinforced the effects of relieving blood stasis, Pain and gushed out effecive ingredients. Refining Pyritum with water are reinforced the effect of tranquilizing the mind and clearing heat. above results indicates that using calcination, quenching and refining drugs with water together is the best method of drug-processing about Pyritum.

In this paper Kalman filtering technique is applied to ultrasound signal to improve resolution capability, Ivhlch is in use of diagnostic imaging systems. The main advantage of Kalman filter algorithm for the analysis of reflected ultrasound signal is its recursive structure which can be easily adapted to tlme varing system. Because soft-tissues, such as liver, act as distributed acoustic low-pass filters which continually change the propagating pulse. tIne can put to practical use above advantage to find a suitable signal generallng model. In state-space description of the system, the 6th order system produces tl)e 1)esc spectral approximation to the source pulse As a result of spectrum analysis, 6th order estimator for two closely spaced ((p.5 mm) reflectors enhances resolution by 4dB-lOdB. By using this result, the possibility to detect even minute tumor is demonstrated.

Objectives: This study explored the perception and practice of privacy protection of some dental hygiene students. Methods: On the basis of survey data from 126 respondents, the correlation between the perception and the practice was analyzed. Also the multiple regression analysis was performed on the variables that affect the practice. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the questionnaire was more than 0.6. The items were scored on 5 points scale or true-false type. Results: The perception of privacy protection was 3.23 points, the law is 0.88 points, and the practice is 3.47 points. The educated students were more perceive than those who did not(p<0.05). The higher the perception, the higher the practice(r=0.230, p<0.01). The practice was influenced by the perception(p<0.05). Conclusions: Dental hygiene students should be educated to perceive and protect the personal and medical information of a patient. Also, an educational institutions need a efforts to protect personal information.

We are exposed to numerous xenobiotic electrophiles on a daily basis through the environment, lifestyle, and dietary habits. Although such reactive species have been associated with detrimental effects, recent accumulated evidence indicates that xenobiotic electrophiles appear to act as signaling molecules. In this review, we introduce our findings on 1) activation of various redox signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, detoxification/excretion of electrophiles, quality control of cellular proteins, and cell survival during exposure to xenobiotic electrophiles at low concentrations through covalent modification of thiol groups in sensor proteins, and 2) negative regulation of reactive sulfur species (RSS) in the modulation of redox signaling and toxicity caused by xenobiotic electrophiles.
