유아기 자녀를 둔 부모의 결혼만족도와 양육효능감의 관계에서 자녀가치의 매개효과 (The mediating role of valuing children between marital relationship satisfaction and parental sense of competence in the longitudinal dyadic approach)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine whether the maternal and paternal value of children mediates the relationship between the marital relationship satisfaction and the parental sense of competence in the longitudinal dyadic approach. Method: The data were obtained from the Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) conducted by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education. Using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(APIM), the author analyzed three waves (from 5th to 7th year) of the data, and the sample size was 1,773. The average age was 34.79 for mothers, and 37.26 for fathers. Their average length of marriage was 95.3 months, and their children were 51.03 months old on average. Results: The marital relationship satisfaction influenced the parental sense of competence with both the actor effect and the partner effect of mothers and fathers. The marital relationship satisfaction also influenced the value of children, with the actor effect from both mothers and fathers and with the partner effect only from mothers. The value of children influenced the parental sense of competence with the actor effect only from mothers and fathers. Also, the value of children mediated the relationship between the marital relationship satisfaction and the parental sense of competence with the actor effect from both mothers and fathers. For the partner effect, only the mediation path from fathers' marital relationship satisfaction to mothers' value of children to mothers' parental sense of competence was significant. Conclusions: These results suggest the importance of highlighting the marital relationship satisfaction and the value of children to improve the parental sense of competence.

동적역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 양면적혁신활동의 매개효과 중심으로 (The Effects of Dynamic Capabilities on Enterprise Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Ambidextrous Innovation Activities)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 종사자를 중심으로 양면적혁신활동을 매개변수로 하여 기업의 동적역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 동적역량의 하위변수를 기회탐색역량, 자원획득역량 및 자원재구성역량으로 구분하였다. 수도권에 거주하는 중소기업 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 282부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용하여 병렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 양면적혁신활동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량이 양면적혁신활동에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양면적혁신활동이 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간의 인과관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양면적혁신활동은 기회탐색역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원획득역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 본 연구에서 사용된 매개변수 외에 제 3의 매개변수 발굴과 이를 통한 직렬매개모형 분석과 조절변수가 동시에 포함된 조건부과정 모형을 도입하여 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

철도관제사의 부정적 문화인식과 직무만족의 관계 : 직무요구의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 (Causality between Negative Cognition of Culture and Job Satisfaction : Mediation of Job Demand and Moderation of Self-Efficacy)

  • This study examined the effect of railway traffic controllers' negative perception of organizational culture on their job demand and job satisfaction in relation to the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Results showed that the aggressive/defensive culture based on power and competition, had a positive (+) effect on job demand and job satisfaction. On the other hand, in the conditional process model in which self-efficacy affects the relationship between organizational culture, job demand, and job satisfaction, self-efficacy played a significant role in lowering the level of job demand, and it contributed to the increase of job satisfaction through a mediating effect. This results suggest the needs for lowering the level of job demand by changing the present aggressive/defensive organizational culture into the constructive one. And also, much consideration for maintaining the level of their self-efficacy should be spent.

Effects of the Attributes of Mobile Shopping Apps on Purchase Intention of Fashion Products

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the attributes of mobile shopping apps on the purchase intention of fashion products in the steadily growing mobile commerce market and analyze the mediation effect of shopping flow. Research design, data and methodology : In this study, a survey was conducted on users in their 20s to 50s who had experience of fashion products via mobile shopping apps. The questionnaire was analyzed on the final 507. The research issues were verified using Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural equation model. Results : Among the attributes of mobile shopping apps, reliability, enjoyment and ease of use were found to have a significant impact on shopping flow and fashion product purchase intention, while shopping flow had a significant impact on fashion product purchase intention. Product diversity and usefulness of shopping apps didn't show a significant effect. After examining the mediation effect, reliability, enjoyment, and ease of use were shown to have indirect effects by showing partial mediation effects. Conclusions : Studies show that consumers are not putting much emphasis on how diverse a product line is available and how useful a mobile shopping app is when they shop for fashion products on mobile devices. Factors that affect consumers' purchase intention are reliability, enjoyment and ease of use of shopping apps. These results shows that it is important to provide reliable information about fashion products, provide reliability to customers by setting up means for safe transactions, and provide a wider variety of services and information to make using the mobile shopping app enjoyable. In addition, there is a need to make it easy to find a fashion product that consumers like and make it easy to purchase when consumers find out fashion products that they like, and to configure how to use the app easily. Consequently, consumers become immersed in shopping which is also able to improve consumers' purchase intention on fashion products when a reliable, enjoyable and easy to use mobile shopping app is provided.

장애인복지관 종사자의 성장욕구가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 : 참여적 의사결정의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effect of the growth needs on customer orientation of staff at welfare centers for people with disabilities : Focusing on the mediation effect of participative decision making)

  • 이 연구는 장애인복지관 종사자의 성장욕구가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 참여적 의사결정의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국 장애인복지관 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 총 847부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 참여적 의사결정의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny가 제시한 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 진행하였으며, 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장욕구는 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 참여적 의사결정은 성장욕구와 고객지향성 간의 관계를 매개하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지관 종사자의 고객지향성 제고를 위해 개인적인 차원과 조직적인 측면에서의 방안을 제언하였다.

청소년의 자아존중감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 이타심과 자기통제에 의한 또래관계의 조절된 매개효과 검증 (The Influence of Adolescents' Self-Esteem on Life Satisfaction: Verifying Moderated Mediation of Peer Relations Mediated by Altruism and Self-Regulation)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was aimed to examine the effect of self-esteem on life satisfaction and happiness among adolescents, and to verify moderated mediation of peer relations mediated by altruism and self-regulation. Method: The study referred to the 2015 Annual Report of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. More precisely, report on the fourth year research process of the study cohort comprising 2,091 subjects was used to verify the research model. Overall data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program and specifically, moderated mediation were verified by using SPSS Macro, as suggested by Preacher, etc. (2008). Results: As a result, firstly, the peer relations mediated the relationship between life satisfaction and self-esteem among adolescents. Secondly, altruism and self-regulation had moderated mediation effects between self-esteem and peer relations among adolescents. Conclusion: These results suggest that self-esteem affects on life satisfaction and happiness by mediation of peer relations among adolescents and altruism and self-regulation agent is applied positive adjustment to further promote the peer relations and increase life satisfaction among adolescents. Through these study results, the implications for counseling and suggestions for future research were discussed.

경륜 장외발매소 이용자의 도박동기, 몰입, 문제도박과의 관계에서 이용빈도의 조절된 매개효과 (The Relationship among Participation Motivation, Flow, and Problem Gambling in Bicycle Racing: Moderated Mediation Effect of Visit Frequency)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도박동기와 도박몰입, 그리고 문제도박의 경로와 개입지점을 입증하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 경륜 장외발매소 이용자의 도박동기가 도박몰입을 매개로 문제도박에 영향을 미치는 경로와 그 과정에서 경륜장 이용빈도의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 장안 경륜장외발매소 이용 성인을 대상으로 2018년 9월 13일과 15일, 평일과 주말 양일간 실시한 설문조사 자료를 활용하여, 최종 411사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 도박 참여동기인 유희 흥분 회피 사교 금전 동기에 따른 문제도박의 인과관계를 도박몰입이 매개하여 정적효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 주된 관심사인 도박동기-몰입-문제도박의 매개경로에서의 이용빈도의 조절된 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 유희동기 및 금전동기는 도박동기와 도박몰입, 도박몰입과 문제도박 두 경로에서 각각 모두 이용빈도의 조절효과가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 또한 흥분동기와 회피동기, 사교동기가 각각 투입된 모형에서는, 이용빈도의 조절효과가 도박몰입과 문제도박의 인과관계에서만 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 장외발매소 이용자를 위한 개입 및 이용자 보호규제를 위한 임상적 정책적 제언을 하였다.

전업주부의 양육 부담과 우울감이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향: 가계수입의 조절된 매개효과 검증 (The Influence of the Burden of Nurturing and Depression on Sleep Quality in Female Full-Time Homemakers : The Moderated Mediating Effect of Monthly Income)

  • Objectives: This study investigated sleep quality in female full-time homemakers and evaluated the relationship of sleep disturbance with psychological and socio-environmental factors. Methods: This cross-sectional study adopted a structured survey and sequential recruitment method for randomized participation of community-dwelling full-time female homemakers. Sleep quality and mental health were measured using the Korean version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (K-PSQI), Korean version of the Beck Depression Inventory-II (K-BDI-II), Korean version of the Beck Anxiety Inventory (K-BAI), and Korean version of the Beck Hopelessness Scale (K-BHS). The willingness-to-pay (WTP) method was selected to measure the self-evaluated monetary value of household service work. The relationship among the main relevant factors was statistically analyzed through a mediation model. Results: A total of 166 participants were analyzed and classified having poor versus good sleep quality (poor : 24.1%, n = 40 ; good : 75.9%, n = 126 ; cut-off point = 9 on the K-PSQI). Significant between-group differences were observed in mental health status (K-BDI-II, p < 0.001 ; K-BAI, p < 0.001 ; K-BHS, p = 0.003). The moderated mediation model was verified, indicating that depression may mediate the association between nurturing burden and sleep disturbance. The path from nurturing burden to depression may be moderated by average monthly household income. Conclusion: A relatively high portion of full-time female homemakers may suffer from sleep disturbance and interactions between psychological and socio-environmental factors might determine sleep quality, suggesting the need for public health policies targeting improvement of sleep quality and mental health among full-time homemakers.

현지시장지향성의 매개변수 효과를 통한 다국적기업의 해외시장 투자성과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Analysis on MNC's Investment Performances in a Host Country through Market Orientation Mediation Effects)

  • Multinational corporations (MNCs) usually face indigenous business environments in host countries which are different from a home country's. In this circumstance, MNCs would accomplish low-investing performance if they pursuit the same as the home oriented business strategy in the host country. The more different kinds of specialized environments a host countries have, the more pressure of modifying the international strategy needed for MNCs. This paper examines that how a different market environment between a home country and a host country, through MNC's local responsive managements, can influence investing performance in a host country. This paper conducts structural equation analyses with collected empirical data focusing upon a MNC's market orientation efforts and the realization of management localization (i.e., increasing local sourcing intensity or local sales intensity) as mediators between the specialized environment in a host country and the MNC's investing performance. This paper has several contributions in developing the prior approaches: first, the market orientation variables are regarded not as normal independent factors but mediators; second, two step mediation model is examined to make link between host market's heterogeneity and MNC's performance.

변혁적 리더십이 혁신행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기효능감의 매개효과와 심리적 안정성의 조절된 매개효과 (Exploring the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Innovative Behavior: Testing the Moderated Mediation Effect of Psychological Safety )

  • 리더십 유형과 리더가 지닌 역량은 경영환경의 급속한 변화와 불확실한 상황에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 특히 급속한 변화로 인해 조직 혁신의 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있는 실정이며 적절한 혁신은 조직의 경쟁우위와 지속가능성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 요소로 변혁적 리더십에 초점을 맞추었다. 또한 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동을 이끌어 내는 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 더 나아가 심리적 안정성의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 본 연구는 중국 공공기관에 종사하는 공무원 307명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 수집된 데이터를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과에서 변혁적 리더십은 공무원들의 자기효능감을 매개로 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 본 연구의 예상과 다르게 심리적 안정성의 조절된 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 안정성의 유의하지 않은 조절효과는 선행연구와의 다른 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 총체적으로 본 연구는 혁신행위를 증가시키는 방안을 제시하고 이에 관련된 연구모형을 검증하였으며 혁신행위에 대한 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 연구의 의의와 목적을 두었다.
