본 연구는 다문화청소년의 집단 괴롭힘 피해경험과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적 위축과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 6차 년도(2016년) 패널 데이터를 활용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 분석결과를 살펴보면 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이런 분석결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 청소년의 자살생각을 감소시키며 자살위험에 처한 청소년을 위한 개입방안을 모색하기 위하여 청소년 자살생각에 미치는 부모학대와 또래괴롭힘의 영향에서 대인관계내재화와 절망감의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 부모학대는 매개변인을 통하여 청소년의 자살생각에 미치는 영향보다 직접적으로 자살생각에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 또래괴롭힘은 대인관계내재화와 절망감에 순차적으로 매개함으로써 청소년의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

Objectives: This study aimed to establish the basic data for the performance of patient-centered care, perception of core competencies, and self-development of dental hygienists by verifying the effects of information literacy on the communication ability of dental hygienists, and the mediating effects of job crafting. Methods: Collected and analyzed data by conducting a survey targeting total 222 dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. Verify the mediating effects of job crafting on the effects of information literacy on the communication ability, this study conducted the correlation analysis and simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: In the effects of information literacy on the communication ability of dental hygienists, the cognitive crafting of job crafting (β=0.209, p<0.001) and relational crafting of job crafting (β=0.318, p<0.001) showed the partially mediating effects. Conclusions: In order to increase the educational accessibility for dental hygienists to perceive the importance of information literacy and communication ability, to improve the expertise as healthcare personnel who perform the patient-centered care by developing it, and also to develop the information literacy and job crafting, it would be necessary to develop various educational programs and contents.

The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of perceived value and satisfaction with employees' foodservice on loyalty intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the mediating role of satisfaction in the causal relationships among perceived sacrifice, service quality, value, satisfaction, and loyalty intention. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The direct effects of perceived sacrifice and service quality on value were statistically significant. The direct effects of service quality and value on satisfaction were statistically significant. The direct effects of value and satisfaction on loyalty intention were statistically significant. The service quality had a significant indirect influence on loyalty intention through value and satisfaction. In addition, the value played a mediating role in the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. The satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between value and loyalty intention.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of parental neglect on the relationship between family environment, such as economic status and harmony of family and contact with harmful environments. The data came from the 2009 Korean Survey on the Rights of Youth (N = 6,601). The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling by means of SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0. Bootstrap method used to test significant mediating effects. We found that family environment influences an adolescent's contact with harmful environments through parental neglect, showing that family environment has both indirect and direct effects. The results suggested that a family with low socio-economic status and more stress than harmony engenders a negative effect on the behavior of parents providing care and affection. This neglect influences the adolescent's contact with harmful environments such as harmful media and facilities. It must be acknowledged that parental care and suitable affection play a minimal role in adolescent's contact with harmful environments.

본 연구는 R&D 조직문화와 조직성과 간의 관련성을 실증분석하고 신뢰가 R&D 조직문화와 조직성과 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 첫째, R&D 조직문화가 조직성과 변수인 기술혁신, 조직몰입, 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, R&D 조직문화와 조직성과 변수와의 관계에서 신뢰의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 따라서 조직의 성과달성을 위해 개별조직의 특성에 맞는 창의적인 문화구축과 조직 내 신뢰형성의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 통해 조직구성원의 태도개선과 조직성과 향상에 실제적 관리지침을 마련하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of nausea, learned food aversion, and appetite on the relationship between food neophobia and food rejection. A total of 250(122 healthy males and 128 healthy females) questionnaires were completed. Path analytic model was used to measure the mediating effect. Results of the study demonstrated that the path analytic result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. Furthermore, the mediating analysis indicated that the influence of food neophobia was mediated by mediator. The effect of food neophobia on appetite was perfectly mediated by nausea and learned food aversion. In the contests of general food rejection, the effect of food neophobia on food rejection was perfectly mediated by appetite. It should be noted that the original model was modified and should, preferably, be validated in future research.

본 연구는 남녀 청소년의 다양한 스트레스와 학교생활적응이 행복감에 미치는 영향과 관계성에 대해서 살펴보고 청소년들의 행복감을 향상시키는 방안의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구대상은 '한국 어린이·청소년 행복지수 2018년도 조사' 중고등학교 자료 5,144명을 활용했고, 2017년 교육기본통계자료를 기반으로 학급을 표집단위로 크기비례확률 추출법을 활용하여 표집했다. 구조방정식과 다중집단분석을 통한 연구결과로, 첫째, 청소년들의 행복감에는 학업스트레스, 친구스트레스, 외모스트레스가 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 학교생활적응도 행복감과 정적으로 유의미한 관계였고 각 스트레스와 학교생활적응의 관계에서는 부모스트레스, 경제스트레스와 학업스트레스가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 각 스트레스와 행복감에서 학교생활적응의 매개효과는 부모스트레스, 학업스트레스와 경제적 스트레스만 학교생활적응을 통해 유의미한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 각 스트레스와 행복감의 관계에서 남녀차이에 대한 다중집단 구조분석 결과, 두 집단구조가 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 남녀집단의 매개효과 결과에서는 차이가 있었는데, 남학생은 학업스트레스와 경제스트레스만 유의미한 매개효과가 나타났고, 여학생은 학업, 경제와 부모스트레스가 학교생활적응을 통한 유의미한 매개효과가 있었다. 연구결과에 따른 청소년들의 행복감에 대한 개입과 실천적 함의에 대한 제안과 과제가 제시되었다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the status of psychological health among boys in high school and to examine the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between anger and entrapment on psychological health. Methods: The participants in this study were 193 high school boys from Jeju. Measurements included state-trait anger expression inventory, entrapment scale, student social support scale, and questionnaires to assess mental and physical health. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 21.0. Mediation analysis was performed with the Baron and Kenny's method, and Sobel test. Results: Mean scores for anger experience, entrapment, social support, and psychological health were $29.81{\pm}7.34$, $34.09{\pm}16.33$, $45.75{\pm}7.02$, $22.51{\pm}9.91$, respectively. There was a significant correlation between anger experience and psychological health. Entrapment was significantly correlated with psychological health. Social support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between anger experience and psychological health (Sobel test: Z=54.18. p<.001). Social support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between entrapment and psychological health (Sobel test: Z=2.24. p=.025). Conclusion: The results indicate a need to develop social support programs for boys in high school.

본 연구는 직업군인의 긍정성과 가족의사소통이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 이들의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 2015년 국방부의 승인을 거친 직업군인들에 대한 연구에 대해 육 해 공 해병대 부대의 협조를 구하여 장기복무 직업군인 241명에게 설문조사를 거쳤으며 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 장기복무 직업군인의 조직몰입은 긍정성, 가족의사소통 그리고 자기효능감과 모두 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모두 고려하여 분석한 결과, 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났으며 직업군인의 조직몰입에 대해 긍정성과 가족의사소통은 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이들의 관계에서 자기효능감은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 장기복무 직업군인의 조직몰입을 위한 효과적인 함의를 제시하고자 한다.
