본 연구는 비뉴스 미디어로 분류할 수 있는 영화가 수용자의 정치적, 사회적 태도를 점화할 수 있는지 살펴보기 위해서, 대학생 피험자 집단을 대상으로 비정규직 근로자들의 노동운동을 소재로 한 영화 '카터'의 관람 유무가 수용자의 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 실험연구이다. 본 연구에서는 98명의 대학생 피험자들을 처치 집단과 비처치집단 등 2개의 집단으로 나누어, 종속변인인 비정규직 노동자 문제의 심각성, 노동 운동의 필요성, 야당 지지도와 현 정부의 지지도 등을 설문조사로 측정하여 변량 분석하였다. 분석결과 영화 '카트'를 관람한 피험자들은 영화 '카트'를 관람하지 않은 피험자들보다 비정규직 문제를 더 심각하게 인식하는 사회적 성향이 있고, 야당을 더 적극적으로 지지하는 정치적 성향이 있었다. 그러나 '카트'를 관람한 피험자들이 이 영화를 관람하지 않은 피험자들에 비해 노동운동을 더 적극 지지할 것으로 예측한 연구가설과 정부에 대한 지지도가 낮을 것으로 예측한 연구가설은 지지되지 못했다.

이 연구는 오래되고 집요한 모습을 띠는 게임중독 담론과 게임을 직업으로 삼는 프로게이머가 어떻게 한 사회 내 유사한 권력 제도에 의해 동시에 언급되는지를 살피고자 했다. 프로게이머는 하트(Hardt)와 네그리(Negri)가 논의하는 '경제적 탈근대화(postmodernization)'의 거시적 흐름 속에서 등장한 오락 산업의 일환이다. 하트와 네그리는 '경제적 탈근대화'를 경제적 행위(도구적 행위)와 인간적 행위(반(反)도구적 행위) 사이의 경계를 허무는 새로운 노동양식-비물질 노동(immaterial labor)-으로 특징지으며, 그 안에 저항적 실천의 맹아가 존재한다고 주장한다. 이러한 관점에서 프로게이머는 (비물질 노동의 한 갈래인) '정동노동(affective labor)'을 수행하며 근대적 권력으로부터 탈주할 수 있는 잠재력을 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 프로게이머 노동이 수행되는 구체적인 결을 살펴보면, 경쟁과 선택의 원리를 통과하기 위해 자신의 정동을 매우 조직적으로 관리하고 전략적이며 합리적으로 통제하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 프로게이머의 노동은 탈근대적인 양식을 취하고는 있지만, 근대적 노동 윤리에 철저하게 종속되어 근대성 위반의 잠재력을 잃어버렸다. 결국 프로게이머와 중독담론은 표면적으로 대조를 이루는 듯 보이나, 근면 성실한 태도를 강조하는 프로테스탄스적 노동 윤리와 맥을 같이 한다는 점에서 쌍생아적 지위를 지니고 있었다.

최근 IT 기술의 급속한 발전과, 인구노령화에 따른 노동력 부족에 대한 다양한 방안들이 나타난다. 축산업에서도 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 관리하는 시스템들이 늘어나고 있다. 제안하는 메타버스 기반의 스마트 축사 시스템은 디지털 가상 세계와 첨단 농업 기술의 결합으로 구성된 시스템이다. 이 시스템을 통해, 특별한 상황에서는 농부들은 축사에 직접 방문하지 않고도 동물의 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있으며, 센서와 카메라를 통해 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 보다 효율적인 농업 경영이 가능하다. 추가적으로, 원격 제어 기능을 통해 축사 환경의 조절이 가능하며, 이는 노동력 절감과 축산업의 활성화에 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the structure of social discourse on aging in Korea by analyzing newspaper articles on aging. The analysis is composed of three steps: first, data collection and preprocessing; second, identifying the latent topics; and third, observing yearly dynamics of topics. In total, 1,472 newspaper articles that included the word "aging" within the title were collected from 10 major newspapers between 2006 and 2019. The underlying topic structure was analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), a topic modeling method widely adopted by text mining academics and researchers. Seven latent topics were generated from the LDA model, defined as social issues, death, private insurance, economic growth, national debt, labor market innovation, and income security. The topic loadings demonstrated a clear increase in public interest on topics such as national debt and labor market innovation in recent years. This study concludes that media discourse on aging has shifted towards more productivity and efficiency related issues, requiring older people to be productive citizens. Such subjectivation connotes a decreased role of the government and society by shifting the responsibility to individuals not being able to adapt successfully as productive citizens within the labor market.

Most of all manufacturing industries are pursuing the manufacturing process innovation through the production process automation but the printing industry still does not get out of the analog ways of the entire process compared the entire manufacturing industry. Today, many printing enterprises have the difficulties by the short for delivery, multi-item small amount printing, high quality, rise in raw material cost, drop in receiving order cost, and etc. The printing industry can get over these difficulties and issues by implementing the compact workflow line, merge with the others, automatization and networking, minimization of the repetitive operation, efficiency of the working process, optimization of the operators' value creation, minimization of cost and materials and fast make-ready. The object of this thesis establishes the experimental data and study cases applicable in the printing industry by having high labor productivity and work in line with printing industry processes through "lean printing system".

동영상 콘텐츠 편집 시 등장인물을 구분하고 식별하는 작업은 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되는 작업이다. 노동 집약적 특성이 있는 미디어 편집 작업 시 인공지능 기술을 활용하면 미디어 제작 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있어 창작과정의 효율성 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 동영상 편집을 위한 인물 식별 및 검색 작업을 자동화하기 위해 다수의 인공지능 기술을 혼합하여 활용하는 기법을 제안한다. 객체 검출, 얼굴 검출, 자세 예측 기법을 사용하여 인물 객체에 대한 특징 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 얼굴 인식, 색 공간 분석 기법 등을 활용하여 인물 객체 식별 정보를 생성한다. 인물 특징 및 식별 정보는 편집 대상 영상의 각 프레임에 대해서 수집되며 영상 편집을 위한 프레임 단위 검색을 위한 메타데이터로 사용된다.

Multicultural education is not about learning about a specific ethnic group, but rather developing the ability to cross the border of one's own culture and have conversations with people of other cultures. I think the purpose is to promote empathy and consideration. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multi-dimensional educational programs for all members of society for multicultural social integration, and it is necessary to lead personal, social and civic action movements to create a fair society through media-based multicultural literacy education. said that In order to achieve harmony and integration in a multicultural society, it is the most important to acknowledge cultural diversity and to discard cultural prejudices and inequalities for symbiosis between the mainstream culture and the minority culture. In particular, the United States and Germany, which have successfully led multicultural social integration, are comprehensive in all areas, including interculturalism based on peaceful coexistence and respect, labor market issues, vocational education issues, housing and health issues, and communication issues through media literacy. He led a multicultural national integration system with approaches and methods. Therefore, our multicultural education policy should also pursue a new paradigm that presupposes a change in the public's awareness of a multicultural society.

Background: This study examines the relationship between the emotional labor and compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists. It attempted to provide basic data to establish a plan to increase the dental hygiene performance of clinical dental hygienists in the future by identifying the factors influencing the dental hygiene work performance. Methods: This study is aimed at clinical dental hygienists working at the Jeollabuk-do Dental Clinic from April to June 2020 by the Convenience Sampling Method. An online survey site program was used to explain the purpose and purpose of the study on social media including the dental hygienist community, and distribute a URL that allows you to participate in the survey only if you agree to the study. Results: In emotional labor, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction and marital status, and in compassion competence, there were significant differences in job satisfaction, final education, and marital status by group. In dental hygiene work performance, compassion competency showed a statistically significant positive correlation. In other words, it was found that the higher the compassion competence, the higher the dental hygiene work performance. It was found that the total number of years worked and the compassion competence that influenced dental hygiene work performance were statistically significant. Conclusion: In summary, in order to improve the dental hygiene work performance of clinical dental hygienists, it is necessary to compassion competence with the subject. To this end, it is believed that various supports, measures, and systematic management should be implemented to compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists.

Surveillance cameras have installed in many places because security and safety is becoming important in modern society. Through surveillance cameras installed, we can deal with troubles and prevent accidents. However, watching surveillance videos and judging the accidental situations is very labor-intensive. So now, the need for research to analyze surveillance videos is growing. This study proposes an algorithm to track multiple persons using SURF and background subtraction. While the SURF algorithm, as a person-tracking algorithm, is robust to scaling, rotating and different viewpoints, SURF makes tracking errors with sudden changes in videos. To resolve such tracking errors, we combined SURF with a background subtraction algorithm and showed that the proposed approach increased the tracking accuracy. In addition, the background subtraction algorithm can detect persons in videos, and SURF can initialize tracking targets with these detected persons, and thus the proposed algorithm can automatically detect the enter/exit of persons.

Shrimp farming has been becoming a new source of income for fishermen in South Korea. It is often necessary for fishers to measure the size of the shrimp for the purpose to understand the growth rate of the shrimp and to determine the amount of food put into the breeding pond. Traditional methods rely on humans, which has huge time and labor costs. This paper proposes a deep learning-based method for calculating the size of shrimps automatically. Firstly, we use fine-tuning techniques to update the Mask RCNN model with our farm data, enabling it to segment shrimps and generate shrimp masks. We then use skeletonizing method and maximum inscribed circle to calculate the length and width of shrimp, respectively. Our method is simple yet effective, and most importantly, it requires a small hardware resource and is easy to deploy to shrimp farms.
