보행자 조사방법론의 국제표준 정립에 관한 연구 (International Standardization in Methodology of Measuring Walking)

  • 세계적으로 보행에 대한 관심이 커지고 보행자 조사가 증가하고 있으나 보행자 조사의 방법론은 아직 보편적인 기준을 갖지 못하고 있다. 보행의 특성에 대한 이해 부족은 보행자 규모를 과소평가하고 보행의 중요성을 사회적으로 과소평가하는 결과를 낳았다. 이와 같은 상황에서 보행자 조사방법론의 국제표준 정립을 위해 지난 10여년간 Walk21과 Pedestrian Quality Needs 프로젝트가 주목할 만한 성과를 거두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 보행자 조사방법론의 국제표준 정립에서 제시된 지표체계와 측정모형을 제시하고 배경과 추진 과정의 거버넌스를 분석하였으며 주요 조사 사례들을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국내의 보행자 조사가 현재 진행 중인 국제표준화 작업에 능동적으로 참여하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

  • This paper deals with the development of measuring methodology and the requirement for its evaluation of the infrared radiation from a naval ship to optical sensors, considering the Meteorological conditions. Factors required for measuring the apparent temperature and infrared radiation are identified and two methods are suggested based on the measuring instruments carried by ship or aircraft. and target operation in the Meteorological conditions is considered. This study describes some factors affecting the IR signature. required instruments to obtain the IR signal considering the naval ship.

전자참여시스템의 체감품질 측정방법론 (Methodology for Measuring the Quality of Experience of E-Participation Systems)

  • 전자참여란 정보통신기술을 사용하여 시민들 간 또는 시민들과 정책 담당자들 간 연결을 도모하여 적극적인 정치적 참여를 촉진하는 활동이다. 전자참여는 전자정부 웹사이트나 전자참여를 목적으로 하는 전용 웹사이트를 통해서 행해진다. 전자참여시스템은 이미 구축되어 운영되고 있기 때문에 지속적인 사용이 관심사이고 이를 위해서는 사용이 편리하고, 만족스러우며, 좋은 품질을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 품질을 측정할 수 있다면 적합한 개선방안을 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 체감품질의 개념과 사용성 측정 방법을 적용하여 체감품질 점수를 계산하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 측정대상, 체감품질 항목, 실험설계방법, 데이터 획득 및 분석 방법, 점수계산 방법을 기술하였다.

  • The explosive growth of e-marketplace transactions requires an appropriate trust measuring framework to protect involving transacting entities such as buyers and sellers. As a strategic competitive edge, e-marketplace service providers have been adopting various system features that make sure no one transacting entity takes a major risk in online transactions involved. In this paper, an improved trust measuring method using fuzzy theory for an e-marketplace is proposed. The proposed methodology incorporates fuzzy set and calculation concepts to help build trust matrices and models, which are used to measure the level of risk involved in a specific e-marketplace transaction concerned. The proposed framework can be utilized to optimize the transaction costs by recommending a differentiated transaction process according to the risk level involved in each online transaction.

  • Research issues in software engineering in recent may be object oriented methodology and software quality. Since Halstead has proposed metric-software science in 1977, software quality area has been studied in steady but inactively until 1980s. As international standards such as ISO 9000-3, 9126 were enacted in 1990s early, interest in software quality is increased but many problems such as how to validate metric, measure quality or apply metric are remained. This paper proposes software quality metric methodology which software developer or project manager can use in measuring quality and validating metric during software development. The methodology is classified by several phases: establishment of quality requirement, identification of quality metric, data collection, metric implementation, metric validation. In order to show its applicability, test program, metrics and data are applied to each phase of the methodology. Consideration of this methodology as a methodology for software quality measurement similar to development methodology for software development is needed.

  • Design methodology of Interactuve Measuring Part Program Generating Tools(IMPPGT) realized on the FANUC 15MA using touch trigger probes and interactive macro functions of the CNC was described in this paper. Measuring G codes have been designed according to probe ste up, basic and applied inspection items by using measuring arguments. Menu driven measuring and inspection functions of the IMPPGT were studied and implemented on the CNC through the macro executor and ROM writer. Using the developed measuring G code system on the machine tool, untended measurement and inspection operation was able to be realized in precision FMS lines.

  • CO2 emission makes up more than 80% of whole green gas. Therefore CO2 is recognized as the main culprit of global warming. IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is advising the 3 methods measuring CO2 emission. TIER1 is measured CO2 emission by criteria the energy consumption, TIER2 measure by criteria the emission factor according to the emission control technique each kind of vehicle, TIER3 is measured by criteria the distance each kind of vehicle. Currently, the most of CO2 emission measurement is used by TIER1. But it is not standardized that CO2 emission measurement method have the factor as work condition each distance. Specially, it is not suggest that methodology has the condition changing load of equipment according to site condition and the same position work as construction equipment. So, this study is suggested the CO2 emission measurement methodology of construction equipment.

  • Electronic measuring devices have an important role in agricultural projects and in various fields. Electronic measuring devices play a vital role in controlling and saving soil information. They are designed to measure the temperature, acidity and moisture of the soil. In this paper, a new methodology to manage irrigation and soil fertility using an electronic system is proposed. This is designed to operate the electronic irrigation and adds inorganic fertilizers automatically. This paper also explains the concept of remote management and control of agricultural projects using electronic soil measurement devices. The proposed methodology is aimed at managing the electronic irrigation process, reading the moisture percentage, elements of soil and controlling the addition of inorganic fertilizers. The system also helps in sending alert messages to the user when an error occurs in measuring the percentage of soil moisture specified for crop and a warning message when change happens to the fertility of soil as many workers find difficulty in daily checking of soil and operating agricultural machines such as irrigation machine and soil fertilizing machine, especially in large projects.

  • Noncontact measuring methodology of 3-dimensional profile using CCD camera are very attractive because of it's high measuring speed and its's high sensitivity. Especially, when projecting a grid pattern over the object the captured image have 3 dimensional information of the object. Projection moire extract 3-D information with another grid pattern in front of CCD camera. However phase measuring profilometry(PMP) obtain similar results without additional grid pattern. In this paper, new method for grid pattern generation system by polygonal mirror and Laser Diode. This system is applied the projection moire and the PMP.
