This report includes the general descriptions on the Cavitation Tunnel, newly installed at the Ship Research Station, KIMM, and also on the functions and operating procedures of the major measuring equipments. It also includes the results of the trial operation of the Tunnel and testing techniques in the Cavitation Tunnel.

Recently we experienced one, case of epiphrenic esophageal diverticulum of a 50 - year - old female patient who had complained heaviness in her chest after meals and occasional dysphagia for one year. Preoperative barium study showed a large epiphrenic esophageal diverticulum at about 7cm above the diaphragm which protruded to the right side of the mid thorax. On the operation field, epiphrenic esophageal diverticulum, measuring 5x 6x3cm in size, was noted. Diverticulectomy and extended myotomy was performed and the postoperative course was uneventful.

Objective: A case report of wart patient treated with Ortho-cellular Nutritional Therapy. Methods: A 95-year-old Korean male with a large wart measuring more than 1cm in diameter, experiencing no pain but discomfort in daily life. Results: After 50 days of applying nutritional therapy, the wart completely disappeared. Conclusion: The application of nutritional therapy can soften the hardened tissue of warts and aid in the treatment process.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effect of Korean Medicine Treatment for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome. Methods : A patient with ophthalmoplegia treated with herbal medicine, cupping therapy and acupuncture(including pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture). We used photographs of eye movement to evaluate the changes in symptoms, Scott and Kraft score of left eye, visual field test for measuring peripheral visual field, subjective symptom, and VAS for headache, subjective symptom. Results : After treatment, Scott and Kraft score increase from -4 to -2. Visual field of left side improved from 45° to 80°. Also, other symptoms such as diploma, dizziness, headache, gait disturbance was also improved. There are no adverse effects and no relapse of ophthalmoplegia after 20 days of discharge. Conclusions : This case report suggests that Korean Medicine Treatment can be effective for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome.

Fibrofolliculoma is a benign, perifollicular, connective tissue tumor that usually arises in the form of multiple lesions; it is rarely seen as a solitary lesion. The lesions are clinically asymptomatic, 2 to 4 mm skin-colored, soft dome-shaped papules. Here, we report a patient who visited our hospital with a palpable lesion on the nasal septum. The lesion did not cause pain upon palpation, and nasal endoscopy confirmed an irregular wart-like lesion measuring 6×6 mm in the left anterior nasal septum near the columella. Other otolaryngology findings were normal, and there were no similar lesions in other parts of the body. None of the patient's family members were known to have had such lesions. An excisional biopsy was performed on the mass for removal of the lesion, and histological examination confirmed the lesion as fibrofolliculoma. We report the first case of solitary fibrofolliculoma in the nasal septum in a healthy 62-year-old woman along with a review of the relevant literature.

The previous research suggested a self-report questionnaire-type scale to measure a user's emotions naturally expressed while using a product. Using the scale, this research measured their emotions expressed while users use cellular phones naturally for a certain time without setting tasks. The results suggest that the cellular phone of high usability lead to higher 'Satisfaction in Usability' and lower 'Uncomfortableness' than the cellular phone with usability flaws. On the other hand the cellular phone with usability flaws lead to higher 'Uncomfortableness' and lower 'Satisfaction in Usability' but higher in other representative emotions such as 'Aesthetics', 'Novelty', 'Pleasure', and 'Excellence' than the other cellular phone. It can be insufficient to define the correlation between the product usability and the user's emotions based on the results of this research: however, the correlation between these two factors will be discovered in more detail by analyzing the changes of the user's emotions according to the length of time of using cellular phone.

Pulmonary hamartoma is an uncommon benign tumor consisting of a mixture of loose fibromyxoid tissue, cartilage, fat, and cleft-like spaces lined by cuboidal or ciliated epithelium. Cytologically, the presence of a mesenchymal component is essential for the diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma. We report the fine needle aspiration cytologic findings of two cases of pulmonary hamartoma. Case 1 was a 71-year-old woman with a mass, measuring $1.8{\times}1.5cm$ in the upper lobe of the right lung. Case 2 was a 51-year-old woman with a mass, measuring $2.3{\times}2.0cm$ in the lower lobe of the right lung. Fine needle aspiration cytology of both pulmonary masses revealed several sheets of loose fibromyxoid tissue fragments with focal cartilaginous differentiation and a few clusters of bland cuboidal epithelial cells on the bloody background. The diagnosis was histologically confirmed by needle biopsy.

This study is to study a method of applying weights for quality characteristics in software test evaluation. The weight application method analyzes the text of the test report and uses the ratio according to the frequency of the text as a weight for the quality characteristics of the software test score. The feasibility review of the results of this study was conducted by comparing the results of the questionnaire survey, which made the developers and users to evaluate the importance of software, and the results of the frequency analysis of text analysis. When measuring quality based on the eight quality characteristics presented in ISO/IEC 25023, the result of this study is the software quality measurement result considering software characteristics, whereas the result of this study is the software quality measurement result by applying the same weight when measuring quality.

Objectives: The Yin-Yang temperament and the Sasang Personality Questionnaire (SPQ) were reported to have relations with psychopathological problems in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to examine how domains of Yin-Yang temperament influence on problem behaviors in Korean middle school students. Methods: Subjects of 681 Korean middle school students completed the SPQ for measuring Yin-Yang temperament and the Youth Self-Report (YSR) for measuring problem behaviors. The differences of problem behaviors between Yin and Yang temperament groups were tested with T-test and profile analysis. The associations of the SPQ subscales on problem behaviors was also examined with Pearson's correlation and regression analysis. Results: Yang temperament was related to the externalizing problem while Yin temperament to the internalizing problem. The Emotionality and Behavior dimension of Yin-Yang temperament were found to be a factor of susceptibility and resilience for problem behaviors, respectively. Three dimensions of Yin-Yang temperament have different influences on externalizing and internalizing problems depending on the sex and Yin-Yang temperament groups of subjects. Conclusions: The Yin-Yang temperament would be useful for predicting and preventing the problem behaviors of middle school students. This study would be useful for screening the psychopathological problems and helping Korean adolescents to develop healthy character.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the sleep patterns of nursing students using self-report questionnaire and physiologic measurement, to examine the factors influencing sleep patterns in based on Spielman's model. Methods: Participants were 119 nursing students who were in the clinical practice period. Self-report questionnaires and actigraphy were used to collect the data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression by the SPSS/WIN 21.0 programs. Results: When sleep was measured by self-report questionnaire, 84 students (70.6%) showed poor sleep quality. The mean sleep efficiency was 82.6%, and 67 students(56.3%) showed low sleep efficiency (less than 85.0%). The factors affecting subjective sleep pattern measured by KMLSEQ were circadian sleep type (${\beta}=.28$, ${\rho}=.003$) and alcohol (${\beta}=.20$, ${\rho}=.031$). The factors affecting total sleep time were sedentary behavior (${\beta}=-.27$, ${\rho}=.003$) and daytime sleepiness (${\beta}=-.33$, ${\rho}$<.001). Conclusion: Many nursing students in their clinical practice period expressed sleep disturbance. Factors affecting the perceived sleep measured by the self-report questionnaire and objective sleep evaluated by physiologic measures were different. The evening type of students perceived poor sleep quality, however, sedentary life style and daytime sleepiness resulted in short sleep time. Therefore, more studies measuring the objective sleep characteristics are needed using subjective and objective characteristics.
