For the safety of railway, it should be evaluated for the running safety by measuring the derailment coefficient. Although railway has run the fixed and maintained rail, some of railway is derailed. This report shows the results that performed the static load test, wheelset manufacturing for test, main line running test on the basis of the derailment theory and experience. It is executed main line test into more than 110km/h for estimating the running safety of Incheon Int'l Airport EMU. As the test results, could confirm the curving performance and running safety of Incheon Int'l Airport EMU from the results of the wheel unloading, lateral force, derailment coefficient etc. Derailment coefficient was less than 0.8, and lateral force allowance limit and wheel load reduction ratio were enough safe.

We have examined the electrical properties of arachidic acid Langmuir(L)films by using a displacement-current-measuring technique with pressure stimulation, displacement current peak appeared at a area per molecule around $90{\AA}^2$, possibly due to the orientational change in hydrophobic part of arachidic acid molecules. The displacement current is the transient current, it is generated when charged particles existing in single monolayers are displaced with the external stimulation. In this report, we mainly describe the displacement current generation from arichidic acid monolayers with pressure stimulation.

Objective: The purpose of this case study is to show a case of ulcer due to Buerger's disease improved by conservative oriental medical therapy. Method: The patient was treated from 31 March, 2004 to 1 June, 2004 by acupuncture, herb, dressing Results: We evaluated through X-ray, picture of patient's foot and measuring of infect size. Conclusion: We suggest to treat ulcer resulting from Buerger's disease with oriental medical therapy and would like to research oriental medical treatment plan for the further treatment.

A sequestrated Mass of ectopic non functioning pulmonary Tissue artery is an uncommon but clinically recognizable Entity. Pulmonary sequestrated, in general usage, designates an intralobar process intralobar pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital malformation characterized by a cystic portion of the lung that derive its arterial blood supply through aberrant vessel directly of systemic circulation. As aberrant systemic vessel supplying the lung was reported by Hurber in 1777. We experienced a case of Intralobar pulmonary sequestration Pre-Operatively, confirm by Aortogram. The operative finding show that large Abscess cavity measuring 7x8 Well circumscribed, child fist sized Mass, and 4cm-length aberrant vessel arising from Descending aorta Just above the Diaphragm. The Anomalous systemic artery was ligatures & resection, and associated with left lower lobectomy was done. Post-Operative course was uneventful, and 7 days later discharged.

Intralobar pulmonary sequestration is rare congenital lung disease characterized by a cystic portion of the lung that derives its arterial blood supply though aberrant vessel directly of systemic circulation. Intralobar pulmonary sequestration is usually contained within the visceral pleura of a pulmonary lobe and its venous drainage to the pulmonary venous system. We experienced a case of pulmonary sequestration postoperatively confirmed. The patient was 48-year-old female whose complaints were cough and left chest pain. Chest film showed large homogenous opacity in left lower lung field. By operation, adult fist sized mass at the lower lobe were noted. An aberrant artery, measuring 1.0 cm. in diameter and 2.0 cm. in length, arose from the descending thoracic aorta just above the diaphragm. The anomalous systemic artery was ligatures and resection, and associated with left middle, lower bilobectomy was done. The postoperative course was uneventful, and 10 days later discharged.

Pulmonary sequestration is an unusual congenital malformation characterized by the presence of nonfunctioning lung tissue which usually has no communication with the normal bronchial tree and receives its blood supply from an anomalous systemic artery. We present a case of extralobar pulmonary sequestration experienced recently. The patient was 13 month old female with a complaint of fever, coughing and tachypnea. Chest film showed large homogeneous opacity in left lower lung field. At operation, a homogeneous mass was located between the left upper lobe and lower lobe, measuring 4X6X5cm in dimension. The aberrant artery was originated from the descending thoracic aorta, 1 cm in length and 3 mm in diameter. After division and ligation of the aberrant artery, sequestrectomy and lingular segmentectomy was done due to abscess formation. The postoperative course was smooth. She was discharged on postoperative thirteenth day.

Objective: The present study reports on one patient diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome.Method: One patient was treated by Sukjiyanggeun-tang, electroacupuncture, and physical therapy. Any improvement in symptoms was assessed by measuring changes in motor grade; scores in the modified Barthel index, the disability scale, and the numerical rating scale (NRS) of lower back pain; and ambulatory condition during hospitalization.Results: After 48 days of treatment, the patient's symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome showed improvement.Conclusions: Traditional Korean medical treatment appeared to be effective in reducing Guillain-Barre syndrome symptoms, but more research is required to confirm these results.

Objective: This study reports on the effects of HongYi (red ant, or Formica rufa Linne) pharmacopuncture through three cases involving female patients with voiding difficulty.Method: We treated the three patients with HongYi pharmacopuncture and evaluated them using the international prostate symptom score (IPSS), which is used for measuring the severity of voiding difficulty.Result: After treatment, the IPSS showed improvement in each patient. The symptoms of voiding difficulty and other complaints also improved.Conclusion: Based on the three cases, HongYi pharmacopuncture may be a viable option for treating voiding difficulty among women.

It is well-known that the parameters of dynamic fracture mechanics depend not only on dimensions, loading and boundary conditions but also on the dynamic crack propagation velocity. Because the measurement of dynamic crack propagation velocity measuring device which can easily be expanded without modification is proposed in this report. it was found that the experimentally determined dynamic crack propagation velocity agreed well with those from other investigations in some polymers such as PMMA. Homalite-100 and Epoxy.

We report on the timing properties of the 'Crab twin' pulsar PSR B0540-69 measured with X-ray data taken with the Swift telescope over a period of 1100 days. The braking index of the pulsar was estimated to be $n=0.03{\pm}0.013$ in a previous study performed in 2015 with 500-day Swift data. This small value of n is unusual for pulsars, and a comparison with an old estimate of $n{\approx}2.1$ for the same target determined ~10 years earlier suggests a dramatic change in the braking index. To confirm the small value and therefore the large change of n, we used 1100-day Swift observations including the data used in the earlier determination of n = 0.03. In this study we find that the braking index of PSR B0540-69 is $n=0.163{\pm}0.001$, somewhat larger than 0.03. Since the measured value of n is still much smaller than 2.1, we can confirm the dramatic change in the braking index for this pulsar.
