호텔기업 종업원의 서비스지향성이 서비스 성과, 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hotel Employee's Service Orientation on Service Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 종업원 서비스지향성이 종업원의 서비스성과, 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산지역 특1급 호텔에 근무하는 278명의 종업원들로부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔기업 종업원의 서비스지향성이 높을수록, 서비스성과, 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스성과가 높을수록, 직무만족, 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족이 높을수록, 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

운동 성취목표 성향이 선수들의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Athlete's Achievement Goal Orientation on Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 성취목표지향성과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 고교, 대학, 실업팀 선수 450명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 각 검사지의 신뢰도와 타당도 확인과정을 거쳐 성별에 따른 분산분석, 상관분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성취동기의 4요인 중 숙달과 수행접근에서 남성이 더 높은 점수로 성별간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 삶의 만족도 역시 남성이 더 높은 점수를 보이며 성별간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 마지막으로 운동 성취목표성향과 삶의 만족간의 중다회귀분석 결과 숙달접근이 정적으로, 숙달회피가 부적으로 운동선수의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 성별에 따른 성취목표성향과 삶의 만족도의 관계는 남녀 선수 모두 숙달접근은 삶의 만족에 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 숙달회피 또한 남녀 모두 삶의 만족에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

형태학적 영상처리를 이용한 어체 측정 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on System for measuring morphometric characteristis of fish using morphological image processing)

  • To manage, sort, and grade fishery resources, it is necessary to measure their morphometric characteristics. This labor-intensive task involves performing repetitive operations on land and on a research vessel. To reduce the amount of labor required, a vision-based automatic measurement system (VAMS) for the measurement of morphometric characteristics of flatfish, such as total length (TL), body width (BW), and body height (BH), has been developed as part of a database management system for fishery resources management. This system can also measure the mass (M) of flatfish. In the present study, we describe a morphological image processing algorithm for the measurement of certain characteristics of flatfish. This algorithm, which involves preprocessing, edge pattern matching, and edge point detection, is effective in cases where the flatfish being measured has a deformed tail and is randomly oriented. The satisfactory performance of the proposed algorithm is also demonstrated by means of experiments involving the measurement of the BW, TL and BH of a flatfish when it is straightened (BW : 117mm, TL : 329mm, BH : 24.5mm), when its tail is deformed, and when it is randomly oriented.

의료서비스 경험에 의한 고객세분화와 성과에 관한 연구: 병원-고객 간의 관계혜택을 중심으로 (A Study on the Customer Segmentation and Performance by Medical Service Experience : Focusing on the Relational Benefits)

  • 본 연구는 입원경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 관계혜택 특성에 따라 고객을 세분화하고 세분고객집단별 의료서비스 성과를 비교하기 위함이다. 연구결과, 관계혜택에 따른 세분집단은 3개의 군집으로 유형화되었으며 각각의 집단은 집단특성을 고려하여 감성적 관계 집단, 연속적 관계 집단, 단속적 관계 집단으로 명명하였다. 먼저 감성적 관계집단은 의료서비스의 관계혜택 중 서비스제공자와 고객 간의 공감, 확신을 중요시하는 집단이며, 연속적 관계 집단은 사회적, 확신적, 경제적 혜택 인식이 가장 높은 집단이며, 단속적 관계 집단은 단순히 거래중심적인 집단으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 세분집단별로 고객만족, 신뢰, 재방문의도 간의 차이를 분석한 결과, 집단별 성과요인들에는 모두 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 고객경험에 근거한 관계혜택 집단별로 차별적인 고객 관리전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

PSD와 구면반사를 이용한 3자유도 미소 변위의 정밀측정 (Precision Displacement Measurement of Three-DOF Micro Motions Using Position Sensitive Detector and Spherical Reflector)

  • A precision displacement measurement system of 3-DOF micro motions is proposed in this paper. The measurement system is composed of two diode lasers, two quadratic PSDs, two beam splitters and a sphere whose surface is highly reflective. In this measurement system, the sphere reflector is mounted on the platform of positioning devices whose 3-DOF translational motions are to be measured, and the sensitive areas of two PSDs are oriented toward the center point of the sphere reflector. Each laser beam emitted from two diode laser sources is reflected at the surface of sphere and arrives at two PSDs. Each PSD serves as a 2-dimensional sensor, providing the information on the 3-dimensional position of the sphere. In this paper, we model the relationship between the outputs of two PSDs and 3-DOF translational motions of the sphere mounted on the object. Based on a deduced measurement model, we perform measurement simulation and evaluate the performance of the proposed measurement system: linearity, sensitivity, and measurement error. The simulation results show that the proposed measurement system can be valid means of precision displacement measurement of 3-dimensional micro motions.

아동기의 자원 절약행동에 관한 연구 (The Resource-Saving Behavior of Children's stage)

  • This study examines the level of resource-saving behavior among children and attempts to identify the variables-among socio-demographic, socio-environmental, and consumer attitude variables-that are most influential on this behavior. The research was conducted in 2010, following a preliminary study, and the data was garnered from 500 questionnaires that were distributed to elementary students in Seoul. The data were analyzed using a number of statistical methods, including frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviation, Cronbach's coefficient, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 18.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the average level of resource-saving behavior of children was found to be 3.6 out of 5, indicating relatively rational behavior. Second, the variables that were found to have the greatest influence on children's resource-saving behavior were lower allowance, higher levels of education on the role of consumption, and more active socialization in childhood. Therefore, these variables should be taken into account when teaching children how to establish resource-saving behavior in their daily living.

  • Power can be generated from either renewable or non-renewable sources. Renewable sources are liked to maintain a strategic distance from contamination emanation and rely on upon fossil energizes which is decreasing day by day. The proposed sun powered vitality transformation unit comprises of a sun oriented exhibit, Bidirectional DC-DC converter, single stage inverter and AC. The inverter changes over DC control from the PV board into AC power and offered it to the heap which is associated with the lattice. The photovoltaic sun powered vitality (PV) is the most direct approach to change over sunlight based radiation into power and depends on the photovoltaic impact. The most extreme power point following of the PV yield for all daylight conditions is a key to keep the yield control per unit cost low for fruitful PV applications.   • Solar energy is one of the most important alternative energy sources which have been shown to meet high levels of heating and cooling demands in buildings. However, the efficiencies to satisfy these demands using solar energy significantly vary based on the characteristics of individual building. Therefore, this paper is focused on developing the methodology which can help to design optimal solar system for heating and cooling to be in cooperated within the existing buildings according to their load profiles. This research has established the Solar Heating and Cooling (SHC) system which is composed of collectors, absorption chiller, boiler and heat storage tank. Each component of SHC system is analyzed and made by means of Modelica Language and Pistache tool is verified the results. Sequential approximate optimization (SAO) and meta-models determined to 15 design parameters to optimize SHC system. Finally, total coefficient of performance (COP) of the entire SHC system is improved approximately 7.3% points compared to total COP of the base model of the SHC system.

경량합성벽체의 전단성능 및 압축내력 평가 (Evaluations of Shear performance and Compressive strength of Light-weight hybrid panel)

  • 본 논문은 스틸스터드로 구성된 골조에 경량기포모르터를 타설 양생하여 제작한 경량합성벽체의 반복가력 전단실험에 의한 에너지 소산능력과 압축내력 실험을 통한 압축성능의 평가에 대한 연구이다. 경량기포모르터의 유무, 경량기포모르터의 비중(0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2), 마감재(경량기포모르터, OSB, 석고보드) 및 브레이스의 유무, 벽체의 단위(1단위-$900mm{\times}2,400mm$, 2단위-$1,800mm{\times}2,400mm$)를 변수로 하여 실시하였던 경량합성벽체의 전단내력 평가 실험 가운데 반복 실험 결과를 동일 조건의 단조 실험과 비교하였다. 또한 기존 스틸하우스벽체와 경량합성벽체의 압축내력도 실험을 통해 조사하였다. 반복가력 실험결과, 단조가력 실험체의 거동과 약간의 차이를 보이고 있으며 이는 벽체에 채운 경량기포모르터의 비중에 따른 차이라고 생각된다. 압축내력 실험결과, 기존형 실험체에 비하여 경량기포모르터를 타설한 실험체의 최대내력은 2~2.5배, 초기강성은 2~3배 정도 증가하였다.

통합기술수용이론을 이용한 금융소비자들의 인공지능 서비스 수용의도 연구 (A Study on the Intention of Financial Consumers to Accept AI Services Using UTAUT Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was verifying factors that affect to intention to use AI financial services and finding a way of building an user oriented AI ecology. Methods: This study used the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model with independent variables such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, trust, personal innovativeness and AI understanding as moderating variable. The data was collected through online & offline survey with questionnaire from 330 financial customers. Results: As a result, the analysis suggested that the performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, personal innovativeness are statistically significant to the intention to use AI. It was also found that AI knowledge of users differently influence the intention to use through the moderating effect on the facilitating conditions. Conclusion: Performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, personal innovativeness have positive causation to the intention to use in AI financial service. On the facilitating conditions, unlike other variables, it was found that the user's intention to use was different by the level of AI understanding. It means that customers could have the strong intention to use AI even though they don't have enough pieces of knowledge on the factors. Customers seem to be of recognition that the technology has certain benefits for themselves. The facilitating factors are significantly affected by AI understanding and differently effect on the intention to use AI.
