Auto-makers can only remain competitive by producing high quality vehicles in an efficient way. In designing a production line, one of the most important objectives of digital manufacturing is to verify design errors as early as possible. In terms of the cost and time saving, it is very essential to start the construction of a production line with a proven design which is error-free. Likewise, this paper aims to implement PLC verification using an example. The verification in automobile manufacturing means verifying PLC program, which control automatic devices. In this paper, we built a virtual factory to implement PLC simulation and introduced verification procedure using PLC Studio. Finally, we can prove the availability for the PLC verification.

For many optimization problems where some of the system components are stochastic, the objective functions cannot be represented analytically. Therefore, modeling by computer simulation is one of the most effective means of studying such complex systems. Many, if not most, simulation optimization problems have multiple aspects. Historically, multiple aspects have been combined ad hoc to form a scalar objective function, usually through a linear combination (weighted sum) of the multiple attributes, or by turning objectives into constraints. The genetic algorithm (GA), however, is readily modified to deal with multiple aspects. In this paper we propose a MAGA (Multiple Aspects-based Genetic Algorithm) as an algorithm for finding the Pareto optimal set. We demonstrate its ability to find and maintain a diverse "Pareto optimal population" on two problems.

This paper is to analyze and provide some managerial requirements for the successful implementation of total productive maintenance system. It tries to identify determining factors for success and reasons for the failures of TPM, based on the research of a survey and an empirical study through the years in Korea. The findings are such that many companies have not been engaged in planning and control the maintenance cost and their maintenance activities are not organized systematically. However, many indicators show that the number of finns which try to introduce and implement TPM is getting increased. The successful implementation of TPM depends largely on how top management perceives TPM and how the firm responds In the changes of organization and of the role of workers to adapt this new concept of work. It is required that TPM is perceived as a means to achieve the firm's business objectives. It is recommended that each company constructs and develops its own model and procedures to drive the effort for TPM implementation.

The purpose of this study was to classify the middle aged corresponding to their Life Styles and analyze the senior housing types and services. the specific objectives of this study are as follows : First, analyze the specific of demography. Second classify the Life Style of the middle aged. Third, analyze the housing types and services that are classified. In analyzing the collected data, the frequency, factor analysis, cronbach's a, cluster analysis(K-means), X$^2$ ANOVA conducted within the SPSS 12.0. The Life Style were segmented four group : Actively outgoing group, self-confidence familial group, self-uncertainty responsible group, unsociable negative group. This study shows that the segmentation group's preference of senior housing types and services is different by the Life Style.

The objectives of this study is to create an environment which students could apply effectively through focused on the innovative methods of education and CAD course contents. The facts which were able to figure out from this study were as follows ; 1. After the analysis of the CAD course contents of the american universities, their common contents were in order of introduce to Computer Aided Drafting and design with Auto CAD/ provide fundamental knowledge of the application for use in design/ examine and how this effects 2 D image and model creation/ CAD as a design tool . Over all trend of CAD course contents of interior design program in american university is moving toward utilizing CAD as a design tool. 2. On the other hand, common contents of our local universities were simply introducing CAD. It means that our course contents are more methodological and theoreatical . And american university's program is focused on problem solving solution as a design tool.

The stabilization mechanism of turbulent, lifted jet flames in a non-premixed condition has been studied experimentally. The objectives are to explain the phenomenon of a liftoff height decreasing as increasing fuel velocity and to reveal the mechanisms of flame stability Hydrogen was varied from 100 to 300 m/s and a coaxial air was fixed at 16 m/s with a coflow air less than 0.1 m/s. The technique of PIV and OH PLIF was used simultaneously with CCD and ICCD cameras. It was found that the liftoff height of the jet decreased with an increased fuel jet exit velocity. The leading edge at the flame base was moving along the stoichiometric line. Finally we confirmed that the stabilization of lifted hydrogen diffusion flames is related with a turbulent intensity, which means combustion is occurred where the local flow velocity is equal to the turbulent flame propagation velocity.

Reliability of fire protection systems is often discussed, written about, and even put into codes and standards. However, reliability is seldom considered for the fire protection system as a whole. Why does this happen and why should the designer consider the system as a whole\ulcorner Existing codes and standards incorporate the concept of reliability usually In the form of key component redundancy for some parts of a system. The "Fire Safety Concepts Tree" presented in the National Fire Protection Association Guide 550, Guide to the Fire Safety Concepts Tree, provides a starting point for considering the performance of a water based fire suppression system. Considering fire protection objectives for water based fire suppression systems, means of evaluating system reliability can be developed. This development requires identification of system components that are significant to the overall system reliability.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the Sik-yang-seng(食養生) therapy with Korean Medicine and acupuncture on a chronic psoriasis patient who is occurred to latrogenic cushing's syndrome. Methods : The patient who has been diagnosed psoriasis had symptoms with latrogenic Cushing's syndrome. The patient was treated with Sik-yang-seng(食養生) therapy including Korean Medicine and acupuncture. Evaluation was done by PASI score, itching score, statistics and pictures. Results : After treatment, the PASI score of patients with Sik-yang-seng(食養生) therapy including Korean Medicine and acupuncture was 1.8 which means 95.5% improvement. Conclusions : Korean medical treatment performed with Sik-yang-seng(食養生) therapy can help recovery of Biwi(脾胃)function therefore can increase effect of the treatment of psoriasis and latrogenic Cushing's syndrome.

The article examines one of the most important means of visualization of mass information on the Internet - information graphics in the broadest sense of the term as a visual technology for presenting mass information. The main objectives of the article are to determine the genre-typological features of infographics and basic technological principles; identification of features of creation and use of information graphics in modern network. Certain benefits of online infographic editors include savings in resources and time. They allow the user, who has basic PC skills, to create standardized infographics based on their own data. In addition, the use of online services develops visual thinking, allows you to get an idea of quality criteria and current trends in infographics, as well as to gain initial experience in the visual presentation of data.

Objectives: This study is the first report on a case of subclinical hypothyroidism treated with Modified Er-Xian Decoction, which is rarely used in Korea. Methods: Patients were treated for 3 months with Modified Er-Xian Decoction and their therapeutic effects were evaluated through thyroid function tests and Spleen-Kidney deficiency Questionnaire. Results: Initial improvement was apparent after the administration of Modified Er-Xian Decoction. After 3 months of treatment, the patient 's Spleen-Kidney deficiency index improved significantly, and thyroid hormone levels returned to normal. Conclusions: In this case report, symptoms and biochemical improvement were confirmed based on a single herbal medicine prescription for subclinical hypothyroidism. It is necessary to verify the effect of this prescription through well - established clinical trials.
