Analysis of 11-nor-9-carboxy-Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol in urine with certified reference material (인증표준물질(CRM)을 이용한 소변 중 대마 대사체 분석법 평가)

  • For the evaluation of our laboratory's 11-nor-${\Delta}^9$-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid (THCCOOH) urinalysis test, THCCOOH urinalysis test was carried out with Certified Reference Material (CRM). The used CRM was THCCOOH in freeze-dried urine produced by NIST as Standard Reference Material 1507b. Comparing the estimated value of our laboratory with CRM, the results was coincided in the confidence level of approximately 95%.

  • "The Law of purchasing policy for market support of small and medium business" was legislated to support small and medium industry by expanding purchase and revised consistently for the activation. And then the government made the public construction direct purchase compulsory about design items designated by president on small and medium business based on this law. However, secureing quality, tardiness and field material staff's heavy duty were arisen from approximately 120 direct market purchase items. The legislative intent of law is in accord with Win-Win growth between major company and small and medium business. However material staff who works in the field based on this law has difficulties with material securing quality, JIT(Just In Time), cost push. This study reclassified procurement items of "the direct market purchase system" reasonably and then suggested performance criteria for evaluation. The suggested result will contribute to vatalize the direct market purchase system.

  • Standardization to information attribute of construction material is continuous demanded through the life cycle of a construction project, and the productivity elevation is derived of contribution effect in construction market. This study surveyed the means of acquisition and attribute of information to a staff in purchase, which are effected on the revitalization of information circulation to the construction material Proposed the standardization to information attribute of construction material that is based on improvement and application to the information attribute. And information attribute is classified with construction process through analysis on test list of quality certification. This study also suggested representative attribute of quality information, for the elevation of safety and quality in construction industry. Therefore, logicality of common information is based by analysis of mathematical statistics, systemicity of quality information is applied by MasterFormat(2004)

  • To safely operate domestic nuclear power plants approaching the end of their design life, the material degradation management strategy of the components is important. Among studies conducted to improve the soundness of nuclear reactor components, research methods for understanding the degradation of reactor internals and preparing management strategies were surveyed. Since the IGSCC (Intergranular Stress Corrosion Cracking) initiation and propagation process is associated with metal dissolution at the crack tip, crack initiation sensitivity was decreased in the hydrogenated water with decreased crack sensitivity but occurrence of small surface cracks increased. A stress of 50 to 55% of the yield strength of the irradiated materials was required to cause IASCC (Irradiation Assisted Stress Corrosion Cracking) failure at the end of the reactor operating life. In the threshold-stress analysis, IASCC cracks were not expected to occur until the end of life at a stress of less than 62% of the investigated yield strength, and the IASCC critical dose was determined to be 4 dpa (Displacement Per Atom). The stainless steel surface oxide was composed of an internal Cr-rich spinel oxide and an external Fe and Ni-rich oxide, regardless of the dose and applied strain level.

  • The project for "Development of Advanced Spent Fuel Management Technology" has a plan of a demonstration for the Advanced Management Process in the hot cell of IMEF. The Advanced Management Process are being developed for efficient and safe management of spent fuels. For the demonstration, several devices which are used to safely transport and handle nuclear materials without scattering have been derived by analyzing the Advanced Management Process, object nuclear material and modules of process equipment and performing graphical simulation of transportation/handling by computers. For verification, powder transportation vessel and handling device have been designed and manufactured. And several tests such as transporting, grappling, rotating the vessel have been performed. Also, the design requirements of transportation/handling equipment have been analyzed based on test results and process studies. The developed design requirements in this research will be used as the design data for the Advanced Management Process.

  • Today's construction is higher and more complex. So types and amounts of needed materials for construction project are increasing and those are occurred problems in construction site such as insufficient working space, confusion of materials handling order and working circulation. Because of those problems, research of progress management system using RFID+4D has been studied, but it is impossible to manage progress and material statement in real-time. So this study analyzed problems of current research and suggested VRML based RFID+4D Progress Management System. This Study focused on system basic concept and interface is designed for system development. This research is still progressing, so it has to do more development and research. However, it could be expected construction management efficiency and automation of management tasks.

User Requirement Analysis on Risk Management of Architectural Heritage in Virtual Reality

  • We propose a method to analyze user requirements to design a virtual reality-based risk management system. This paper presents surveys, interviews, prototype evaluation methods, and implementation process. Architectural heritage is easily exposed to natural and artificial dangers caused by various material combinations and structural features. So, risk management of cultural heritage plays a key role in preserving and managing cultural heritage. However, risk management has been carried out through empirical methods using distributed data. This study analyzes user requirements for designing functions and interfaces of VR-based risk management system and evaluates prototypes to overcome the above problems. As a result, most heritage managers wanted a system function to support risk analysis and response. They also found that they prefer 2D information such as existing drawings and photos rather than 3D information. The results of the user requirements analysis derived from this study will be used to create risk management applications.

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal how undergraduate students' computer literacy and library knowledge can affect their frequency of library material use and information literacy, and analyze the correlations between frequency of library material use and information literacy. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to students of 7 universities in 8 credit-given user education courses, and correlations with variables were analyzed through hypothesis testing. It was suggested that with strong support of university administration, user education should be taught by using more of scholarly library material.
