CeO2첨가에 따른 저온소결 PSN-PZT세라믹스의 유전 및 압전 특성 (Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of Low Temperature Sintering PSN-PZT Ceramics with CeO2 Addition)

  • 0.91 (PSN-PZT) -0.05BF -0.04PNW+0.3wt%MnO$_2$+0.6wt%CuO+xwt%CeO$_2$ ceramics were fabricated with the variations of CeO$_2$addition at the sintering temperature of 95$0^{\circ}C$ and their microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. As the amount of CeO$_2$ addition increased, the grain size, density and electromechanical coupling factor(k$_{p}$) were increased and the mechanical quality factor(Q$_{m}$ ) was decreased. At the 0.3 wt% CeO$_2$, the density, grain size, electromechanical coupling factor(k$_{p}$), and pizoelectric constants(d$_{33}$, g$_{33}$) showed the maximum value of 7.87 g/㎤, 3.22 $\mu\textrm{m}$, 0.5, 289 pC/N, and 22.2 ㎷ㆍm/N, respectively. However, mechanical quality factor(Q$_{m}$ ) showed the minimum value of 807 at the 0.5 wt% CeO$_2$.$.EX>.EX>.

  • In this study, to improve sintering condition, anisotropic Property(k$\_$t//k$\_$p/) of electromechanical coupling coefficients, and hydrostatic piezoelerlric constants d$\_$h/ and g$\_$h/, MnO$_2$impurity was added to the (Pb$\_$0.76/Ca$\_$0.24)[(Co$\_$$\frac{1}{2}$W$\_$$\frac{1}{2}$/)$\_$0.04/Ti$\_$0.96/]O$_3$ System ceramics for hydrophone. And the structural, electrical properties of them were investigated. As a results. tetragonality was decreased with MnO$_2$ additives and density was the highest value of 7.06(g/㎤) at H2-3 specimen. Electromechanical coupling coefficients of H2-3 specimen were k$\_$t/=49 and k$\_$p/ 0, which exibited the hightest hydrostatic piezoelectric constants of d$\_$h/=64.52[10$\^$-1/C/N] and g$\_$h/=35.92[10$\^$-3/ Vm/N].

균질화기법을 이용한 다공평판의 단순화된 응력해석 (Simplified stress analysis of perforated plates using homogenization technique)

  • 다공평판에서의 응력해석에 균질화기법이 사용되었다. 표준적인 유한요소법에 미소좌표계확장을 도입한 균질화 기법은 다공평판을 microscale 모델과 macroscale 모델로 나누어 해석한다. 같은 패턴이 반복되는 최소의 기하학적단위를 microscale에서의 단위구조로 취하여 등가물성치를 산출한다. Macroscale 모델에서는 다공평판을 구멍이 없는 일반평판으로 가정하여 앞에서 산출한 등가물성치와 주어진 경계조건을 이용하여 변위를 산출하고, microscale 모델에서 다공평판의 응력을 계산한다. 균질화기법은 다공평판외에도 기본단위의 반복도가 심한 복합구조의 응력해석에서 유용한 전처리 및 후처리 개념을 제공하며, 계산에 필요한 자유도를 현저히 줄이면서 적절한 등가물성치와 응력분포의 계산을 가능케 하여준다.

취반온도가 밥의 노화속도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cook Temperatures on Firming Rate of Cooked Rice)

  • 취반온도가 밥의 저장($4^{\circ}C$, 72시간)중 노화속도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 취반온도($100{\sim}120^{\circ}C$)가 올라갈수록 밥의 노화속도는 감소하였다. 노화시간 상수(속도상수의 역수)는 $110^{\circ}C$$120^{\circ}C$에서 취반한 밥이 $100^{\circ}C$의 밥보다 각각 1.2 및 1.5배 큰 값을 보였다. 취반온도가 올라갈수록 밥의 저장중 노화될 수 있는 물질의 양 및 노화된 물질의 양은 모두 감소하였다.

  • In this paper, we studied the variation in optical constants of Te-doped G $e_{15}$ /$Sb_{85}$ thin films with 7800$\AA$ diode-laser exposing time and power. The reflectances were increased with the increase of laser exposure time and the laser power in all films. Also, the refractive indices of the films after exposing were higher than those of the as-deposited films. Thus, the fast crystallization was caused by addition to the more Te content at the lower lacer power. It was observed that the surface morphologies of the exposed films are higher than those of the as-deposited films by SEM analysis. Therefore, it is considered that the T $e_{0.5}$(G $e_{15}$ /$Sb_{85}$)$_{99.5}$ thin films will show the high contrast ratio and high SNR and have fast erasing time due to crystallization when these films is applied to optical recording materials.terials.s.

  • In this study, in order to develop the composition ceramics of lead-free ultrasonic motor, (Na,Li)$NbO_3-BaTiO_3$ ceramics were fabricated using a conventional mixed oxide process and their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated according to the $BaTiO_3$, substitution. $BaTiO_3$ substitution enhanced density, dielectric constants$({\varepsilon}_r)$ and electromechanical coupling factor$(k_p)$. However, mechanical quality factor was deteriorated. At the $BaTiO_3$ substitution of 4mol%, density, electromechanical coupling factor$(k_p)$, dielectric constants$({\varepsilon}_r)$ and piezoelectric constant$(d_{33})$ of specimen showed the optimum value of $4.493g/cm^3$, 0.236, 175, 70pC/N, respectively.

  • High power characteristics with vibration velocity were studied in $Pb(Y_{2/3}W_{1/3})O_3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$(PYW-PZT) ceramics by using the constant current method. Young s modulus $Y_0^E$ and mechanical quality factor $Q_m$ are a function of the square of effective vibration velocity \upsilon_0$. The nonlinear proportional constants of the above functions indicate the degree of stability under the vibration level change. The stability of PYW-PZT ceramics estimated by these constants coincides with the results obtained through the heat generation. It was found that $Q_m$ was markedly decreased with increasing the vibration velocity, accompanying a lot of heat generation. The vibration hysteresis and dielectric loss according to the vibration velocity was reduced by doping $Fe_2O_3$to the ceramics. On the contrary, these losses was increased by doping $Nb_2O_5$.

  • We were evaluated from organic insulator of low dielectric constants, This organic insulator material is not only conservate TFT chanel but also used to insulator material to data line and pixel ITO electrod. This organic insulator material is possessed high platness and we can coat by Spin-On-Glass type. And we can make high aperature device because minimized black matrix width from coupling cap to data line and pixel ITO electrod, This evaluation with acryl over coat and PFCB(perflorecyclobutine) and we got good results.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develope the evaluation technique to find proper elastic constants that characterize the material nonlinearity of structural membrane. The stress-strain curves of membrane material show strong nonlinearity. But generally the analysis is carried out under the assumption on material linear and geometrical nonlinear method. Because, it is very difficult to evaluate proper tangential stiffness. This paper use multi-step-linear approximation method taking the concept of effective stress for the evaluation of stiffness of membrane material, and then compare the results between linear and nonlinear analysis. Also. it shows better results than linear method

  • This work describes a method of determining material parameters included in recrystallization and grain growth models. Focus is on the recrystallization and grain growth models of Ni-Fe base superalloy, Alloy 718. High temperature compression tests at different strain, strain rate and temperature conditions were chosen to determine the material parameters of dynamic recrystallization model. The critical strain and dynamically recrystallized grain size and fraction at various process variables were quantitated with the microstructual analysis and strain-stress relationships of the compression tests. Besides, isothermal heat treatments were utilized to fit the material constants included in the grain growth model. Verification of the determined material parameters is carried out by comparing the measured data obtained from other compression tests.
