컨테이너 선박 마스터 적하계획을 위한 심층강화학습 모형 (Deep Q-Learning Network Model for Container Ship Master Stowage Plan)

  • In the Port Logistics system, Container Stowage planning is an important issue for cost-effective efficiency improvements. At present, Planners are mainly carrying out Stowage planning by manual or semi-automatically. However, as the trend of super-large container ships continues, it is difficult to calculate an efficient Stowage plan with manpower. With the recent rapid development of artificial intelligence-related technologies, many studies have been conducted to apply enhanced learning to optimization problems. Accordingly, in this paper, we intend to develop and present a Deep Q-Learning Network model for the Master Stowage planning of Container ships.

ODA 사업으로서 도시 마스터플랜 수립 사업의운영방식 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Management Plan of City Master Planning as ODA Project)

  • 본 연구는 국제개발협력사업 중 도시의 마스터플랜 수립 사업에 대하여 경제적 효과를 제고하기 위한 개선 방안을 도출하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 KOICA의 최초 도시 마스터플랜 수립 사업인 베트남 하이퐁 신도시개발 프로젝트와 가장 최근 사업인 후에시 마스터플랜 개선사업이 활용되었다. 사례 연구 결과 두 프로젝트 모두 베트남 법정계획으로 반영되는 등 성공적으로 수행되었으나, 후에 프로젝트의 경우에만 후속 사업으로 연결되었다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 분석 결과, 프로젝트 참여자들의 ODA 사업에 대한 이해 정도, 베트남 지역 및 중앙 정부와의 관계 개선 노력, 그리고 프로젝트의 주요 목적의 차이가 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 ODA 사업의 경제적 효과 제고를 위한 전문가 심층 인터뷰 결과 크게 네 가지 중요 고려 사항을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 과업 초기부터 후속 사업에 대한 적극적인 발굴과 검토가 중요하며, 둘째, 연구책임자의 ODA 사업에 대한 경험 및 이해 정도가 중요하며, 셋째, 수원국과의 밀접한 관계 형성에 힘써야 하고, 마지막으로 KOICA의 적극적 자세와 지원이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

공동주택의 부부 전용공간 분석 (An Analysis on the Characteristic of the Master-Zone Planning in the Apartment Building)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze space composition and size of the Master Zone in the apartment unit plan. For this, we analyzed 435 samples by searching web-sites of the 5 main construction companies. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Master Zone is organized 4 spaces such as main room, bathroom and make-up & dress room. Six types of Master Zone are classified with the composition of 4 spaces. 2) The size of the Master Zone is increased in proportion to the square meter. But the range of the ratio is small range of fluctuation as 20%${\sim}$30%. 3)The size and ratio of the each spaces of the Master Zone are analyzed. The size of bedroom is increased but the ratio is decreased. The size of bathroom is increased but the ratio is regular as 4%${\sim}$5%. The size of make-up and dressing room is generally increased but the range of the size and ratio is the most extensive. Through this analysis and research, this study would be provied the basic data for actual housing planning and to contribute to future trends of apartment houses.

재정비촉진사업 마스터플랜 지원 데이터웨어하우스 프로토타입 (Data-warehouse Prototype for Supporting Master Plan of Renewal Promotion Projects)

  • 재정비촉진사업 실무에서 참여자 간 구두 협의에 의존하고 있어 계획안 자체가 빈번히 변경되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 마스터플랜이 참여자 의견조율을 위한 수단으로 활용될 수 있지만, 소수의 총괄계획가 및 총괄계획팀이 사업과 관련된 대규모의 정보항목들을 고려하여 마스터플랜을 신속하고 효과적으로 수립하는 것은 한계가 있다. 마스터플랜 수립에 필요한 정보항목들을 체계적 효율적으로 저장하고, 검색이 가능하도록 구성하여 효과적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사업초기단계에서의 마스터플랜 수립을 지원하는 데이터웨어하우스 프로토타입을 제안한다. 전문가 면담 및 사례분석을 바탕으로 재정비촉진사업 운영상의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 마스터플랜을 작성할 때 기본적인 근거자료로 활용되는 기초조사결과와 마스터플랜사례 정보항목을 도출하여 메타데이터 인덱스 데이터베이스를 구축하고 정보검색 사용자 인터페이스를 제시하였다. 프로토타입을 실제 마스터플랜 수립업무 사례에 적용한 결과, 메타데이터를 통한 필요한 정보의 효과적인 검색이 가능하였다.

A Systematic Approach Of Construction Management Based On Last Planner System And Its Implementation In The Construction Industry

  • The Last PlannerSystem (LPS) has been implemented on construction projects to increase work flow reliability, a precondition for project performance againstproductivity and progress targets. The LPS encompasses four tiers of planning processes:master scheduling, phase scheduling, lookahead planning, and commitment / weeklywork planning. This research highlights deficiencies in the current implementation of LPS including poor lookahead planning which results in poor linkage between weeklywork plans and the master schedule. This poor linkage undetermines the ability of theweekly work planning process to select for execution tasks that are critical to projectsuccess. As a result, percent plan complete (PPC) becomes a weak indicator of project progress. The purpose of this research is to improve lookahead planning (the bridgebetween weekly work planning and master scheduling), improve PPC, and improve theselection of tasks that are critical to project success by increasing the link betweenShould, Can, Will, and Did (components of the LPS), thereby rendering PPC a betterindicator of project progress. The research employs the case study research method to describe deficiencies inthe current implementation of the LPS and suggest guidelines for a better application ofLPS in general and lookahead planning in particular. It then introduces an analyticalsimulation model to analyze the lookahead planning process. This is done by examining the impact on PPC of increasing two lookahead planning performance metrics: tasksanticipated (TA) and tasks made ready (TMR). Finally, the research investigates theimportance of the lookahead planning functions: identification and removal ofconstraints, task breakdown, and operations design.The research findings confirm the positive impact of improving lookaheadplanning (i.e., TA and TMR) on PPC. It also recognizes the need to perform lookaheadplanning differently for three types of work involving different levels of uncertainty:stable work, medium uncertainty work, and highly emergent work.The research confirms the LPS rules for practice and specifically the need to planin greater detail as time gets closer to performing the work. It highlights the role of LPSas a production system that incorporates deliberate planning (predetermined andoptimized) and situated planning (flexible and adaptive). Finally, the research presents recommendations for production planningimprovements in three areas: process related, (suggesting guidelines for practice),technical, (highlighting issues with current software programs and advocating theinclusion of collaborative planning capability), and organizational improvements(suggesting transitional steps when applying the LPS).

동경도 특별구의 주택시책에 관한 연구 -4구의 주택 마스터 플랜의 검토- (A Study on the Housing Planning in 23 Wards of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area -Focused on Housing Master Plan in the 4 Wards-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of housing planning in 23 wards of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. First, the present residential conditions in the 23 wards were investigated. And then we analyzed the basic purpose and individual policies of Housing Master Plan in the 4 wards. In this study, it was found that the basic purpose of Housing Master Plan can be classified into three parts: amenity, safety, and diversity. Analyzing the individual policies, it was found that the priority are given to safety and diversity out of the those three parts.

  • Decision progress, plan content and planning division title of the master plan of the green in Kamakura City Japan were described. Conservation of the green and various effectiveness of the measure for realizing the green creation plan and the future development were discussed. It was indicated that the cooperation between citizens land owners and administration of the country, prefecture and city was important.

  • Recently the number of rural development plans are increased and projects supported by government are various. These makes rural plans important. But there are many gaps between proposed plan and implementation. These gaps were wasteful in terms of resource management. This study examines differences between plan and implementation and the reasons why they are occurred. For this purpose, we did a case study which is focused on the four-year implementation of 2004-2006 "Unique Experience Village Master Plan" of Seochon, Chungbuk. As a result, we verified facts of gaps and causes, and two major causes were detected : one is the absence of operating and managing body(such as promoter of project, village leader, residences), and the other is inadequate master plan.

산청 신촌 아름마을 가꾸기 사업 기본계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Master Plan of Sinchon Village for Rural-Tour)

  • The purpose of this research is planning the master plan of a rural village for rural-tourism type. The rural village area is faced on the moment of the change. A rural village only have not the thing, that the facility of the food manufacture. A rural village inhabitants need an environment improvement and income enlargement. And for the citizens need a space facility of a leisure, practical use, rest and experience in rural area. The government executed a project for this purpose. So, Sinchon village, San-chung were selected to an object village in Gyeong-nam. This investigation analyzed this village's planning elements, and established basic directions of village master plan.

Collision-free trajectory planning for dual robot arms

  • A collision-free trajectory planning algorithm is proposed to optimally coordinate two robots working in a common 3-D workspace. Each link of the two robots is modeled as a line segment and by their motion priority, one of the two robots is chosen as the master and the other the slave. And the one-step-ahead minimum distance between the two robots is computed by moving the master to the next location on its specified trajectory. Then the nominal trajectory of the slave is modified such that the distance between the next locations of the master and the slave must be larger than a prespecified allowable minimum distance. Here the weighted sum of the trajectory error and the joint motions of the slave is minimized by using the linear programming technique under the constraints that joint angle and velocity limits are not violated. To show the validity of the proposed algorithm, a numerical example is illustrated by employing a two dof's and a three dof's planar robots.
