  • This paper presents research in intelligent massenger technique for Cyber University to support accessing university database. Proposed techniques enables better communication between students and professons by using intelligent messenger. Intranet based massenger support simple message transfer and multimedia chatting service within homogeneous network or members in same group. Using niversity database it provide personalize information for each different user demand needs and through managing technique user could effectively organize members of group. To embody intelligent massenger, JMF(Java Media Frame Work), RMI(Remote Method Invocation), XML techniques were proposed and in result constructing effective community.

  • The topic of this study is a survey research about the economic recognition related to economic ethics and information literacy of students(6,779) extend from elementary school to university. First, for the ability to use computers, it is recognizing that 49.6% of students are normal, 38.6% are superior, and 12.8% are inferior. In part of class, it tends to recognize that it is the superior as the level of school is the lower excepting middle school students. Second, we can find great difference between male students and female students related to purpose of using internet, 79.8% of male students are using computer to play game or entertainment(1), search data or knowledge(2), chatting or massenger(3), 70.1% of female students are using internet to search data or knowledge(1), chatting or massenger(2) and meeting of similar taste. Third, it shows a tendency that the economic activity using internet or cell-phone increases faster as the level of schools is higher. In detail, they primarily use buying or settlement of products(63%), purchasing internet service(20.9%). Fourth, for using illegal CD, not only they didn't feel guilty in all levels of schools, excepting university students, it is showed that the trust of intellectual poverty right is weaker as the level of schools is higher. So, it is becoming serious problems. It seems a task which should be supplemented through economic education of schools in the future.

  • The objective of this research is to add convenience to the intranet operating within an educational institution by setting up a messenger function to enable it faculties and teachers to making better use of the university database via Intranet. With this massenger services, users can view the information about the members in a group they belong to, and register as friends a group of members they selected from the work group they are in. This function will reduce the cumbersome chores of adding one individual as a fiend at a time. This research will enhance the Intranet within an educational institution by integrating new functions.

  • With the rapid development of IT technologies, many people talk to each other in real time on-line using messenger or use the messenger to share files for work. However, using this convenience, phishing crimes occur: e.g. demanding money, and if a criminal uses a bypassing technique like proxy in order to hide the IP address the criminal has used to log on, it is in fact, difficult to find the criminal's real IP address. This paper will propose a plan to measure against messenger phishing that may occur in advance by collecting the IP address with which a user has used in a dual channel mode and the real IP address obtained by ARIT Agent using ARIT technique, going through a separate identification process and deciding whether the user has accessed in a normal method.

  • To elucidate the effect of antipsychotics and antidepressants on phosphoinositide(Pl) second massenger system, we studied the dose-dependent inhibition of the phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C(PLC) isozymes, ${\beta}_1,\;{\gamma}_1$ and${\delta}_1,$ by fluphenazine and haloperidol as antipsychotics, and amitriptyline, maprotiline and mianserin as antidepressants. All the antipsychotics and antidepressants tested showed inhibition on at least one of the PLC isozymes with $IC_{50}$ at the concentration between 25 and $250 {\mu}M.$ Maprotiline, mianserin and amitriptyline inhibited 80 to 90% of the activities of all three PLC isozymes at the concentration of $250{\mu}M,$ while haloperidol and fluphenazine inhibited PLC ${\beta}_1$ and${\gamma}_1$ But baclofen didn't inhibit any PLC isozyme. These results suggested that PLC isozymes are inhibited by antipsychotics and antidepessants even though the concentration is high, and these drugs may affect PI signal transduction system by direct inhibition of PLC isozymes.
