Vacuum freeze drying process by which frozen water in a drying material is removed sublimation under vacuum condition, is now applied to various industrial field such as the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceuticals in pharmaceutical industry, the drying of bio- products in bio-technology industry, the treatment of various quality food stuff in food technology, and so on. The Knowledge about the heat and mass transfer characteristics related with the vacuum freeze drying process is crucial to improve the efficiency of the process as well as the quality of dried products. In spite of increasing needs for understanding of the process, the research efforts in this fields are still insufficient. In this paper, a numerical code that can predict primary drying in a vial is developed based on the finite volume method with a moving grid system. The calculation program can handle the axis- symmetric and multi-dimensional characteristics of heat and mass transfer of the vial freeze drying process. To demonstrated the usefulness of the present analysis, a practical freeze drying of skim Milk solution in a vial is simulated and various calculation results are presented.

현대 정치에서 매스미디어의 영향력이 확대됨에 따라 방송의 공정성이 중요하게 논의되고 있다. 기존의 연구는 대부분 기계적 공정성만을 추구하는 경향이 있어 이번 연구에서는 정량적 자료와 정성적 자료를 함께 비교하기 위해 AHP 분석방법을 통한 분석을 시도했다. 연구 결과 1계층의 평가항목 중 내용적 균형의 가중치가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 형식적 균형에서는 보도의 순서가 내용적 균형에서는 보도제목이 가장 큰 중요도를 차지하는 지표로 나타났다. 각 방송사별 편향성 비교에서는 MBC가 편향성이 가장 크고 다음이 KBS, SBS순서로 나타났다. 이번 연구는 기존의 공정성 관련 연구가 형식적 분석에 그쳤던 것에 반해 정량적 자료와 정성적인 자료를 하나의 분석틀에서 계량화 하고 이의 정도를 상호 비교할 수 있었다는데 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

ICT 분야의 메가 트렌드는 IoT, Bigdata, 그리고 Cloud Computing 으로 집약된다. 이러한 메가 트렌드들은 독립적으로 운영되지 않으며, 이를 지원하기 위한 백그라운드에는 대용량 컴퓨팅 기술이 필요하듯 대용량 스토리지 기술이 필수적이다. 오픈소스 Ceph 기반의 대용량 스토리지의 성능 평가를 위하여 교육망인 KOREN 네트워크를 이용한 국내 및 해외 사이트와의 Abyss Storage의 실증 테스트를 수행한다. 또한, 스토리지 자체의 성능 평가를 위하여 스토리지 매체와 네트워크 본딩의 성능 테스트를 수행한다. 스토리지 매체별로 실질적인 속도 차이는 크지만 수행된 스토리지 매체 테스트에서는 크게 성능 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 네트워크 가속화를 통한 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 KOREN 망을 이용한 국내 및 해외 사이트를 연결하여 Abyss Storage의 내부 및 외부 네트워크의 실질적인 성능 테스트를 수행하였다.

Ostermeier's Hamlet has no particular contemporary reinterpretation. Alternately devoting to show retrospect in illusion and existence through revenging actions. However, Shakespeare's metaphorical and implicative language is dissipated and the style of the play is not an illusive space-time, but a tragic theatrical production that uses rough language to express the depth of the story. The Perfomance of Hamlet is a sensuous jumble up of a diverse range of mass media. The double roles that the actors carry out give an affect of isolation between the audience and the play itself showing both empathy and liberty. Ostermeier's Hamlet distinctively shows a post-modern performance through the prominent elements of dirt, the use of mixed genre, theatric emphasis, making an image and the fulfillment of acting. Nonetheless, Ostermeier's performance stays off the point on the breakup strategy of the post-modern drama without suspending the narrative of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Besides aiming to show a performance centered by the imagery of physical expression, his performance shows New Realism in the 1960's, showing everyday life. Ostermeier thinks, that theatre helps give contemporary people an accurate reality check in the constant unstable periods of time. Therefore, Hamlet shows post-modern physical expression and outspoken dramaturgy using the effects of mass media in New Realism without breaking up realistic narration. With being the aberration of the Castle Helsingor, the main character Hamlet, expresses lunacy and can be considered as metaphor for young adults whom are broken down and isolated from the economic system. He is a substitute for those who experience agony, anger, torment, etc. and other suppressed emotions in everyday life. With the method of direction in the portrayal of Hamlet show signs of succession in the abundant popularization of the classics by communicating with the audience by following the trend of modern mass media and audio-visual perception; emphasizing the point of the philosophical topic 'life and death,' 'life and theatre,' and 'illusion and reality.'

Organic acid (OA) profiling analysis was performed in culture media from Lactobacillus pentosus K34 (L. pentosus K34) and Pediococcus lolli PL24 (P. lolli PL24) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) following methoxime/tert-butyldimethylsilyl derivatives. 12 OAs were positively identified in culture media. Most of OA levels from L. pentosus K34 of hetero lactic fermentation were found to be higher when compared with those from P. lolli PL24 of homo lactic fermentation, which may explain different OA metabolism in each strain. In addition, the distorted dodecagonal star patterns were readily distinguishable, and the characteristics of each strain were well represented. The present study demonstrates that the OA metabolic profiling method by GC-MS combined with star pattern recognition is useful for the monitoring study of characteristic OA metabolism in various microorganisms.

The development of information & communication technology in 21st century along with the mass media In 20th century, the influence of state-of-art culture in our society rapidly increased in these days. This state-of-art culture makes the world becomes single-channeled by network, and there is a big change not only in human life but also in concept and understand for art and space. The development of digital paradigm and media technology is exerting a strong influence on the Ubiquitous computing environment that is being drawn great interest. The ubiquitous is concerned as expansion of media art, and the interactive art which is part of media art has the similarity with the ubiquitous computing environment. In this study, the possibility of connection between the territory of ubiquitous environment which is recently focused and has strong interrelation feature, and the territory of interacting will be examined. Furthermore, possibility of new space design work through seeking the possibility of connection between two territories will be estimated.

In this study, as MBBR(Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) process using waste tire media is suggested for retrofitting with advanced wastewater treatment and the removal property of organic matter and nutrient and the capacity of media are evaluated through long-term operation with pilot plant following seasons, the application capacity of retrofitting with MBBR process to a existing wastewater treatment is studied. As a result of the long-term operation of the process, it is proved that there is no loss and abrasion of media, and also that it is possible to secure the sufficient attached bio-mass. The values of organic matter and nutrient in effluent are suitable for the strict discharged water quality standards in every season including winter.

공극매체에서의 파동장을 해석할 목적으로 공극매체 흐름에 대한 Reynolds 이송정리를 적용하여 공극매체에서의 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 유도하였으며 기존의 연구들과 비교하였다. 또한, 이 N-S 방정식을 이용하여 공극매체 내외에서 파동장의 비선형성과 분산성을 적절히 재현하기 위한 확장형 Boussinesq 방정식을 유도하였다. 이들 방정식의 정확도를 검증하기 위하여 공극방파제의 반사율과 투과율에 대한 수치해석을 수행하여 그 결과를 기존의 수리실험결과들과 비교하였다. 수치해석결과는 토립자의 가상질량계수에 민감하게 반응하였으며 계수를 영으로 처리했을 때 수리실험결과와 비교적 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

자본주의 생산방식은 상품경제, 이윤 극대화, 독점을 특징으로 하기 때문에, 재벌과 같은 괴물을 낳고 그 반대편에는 중소자본, 영세사업자가 대립하는 양극화 사회를 만든다. 이 때문에 불평등은 통제 불능상태에 빠진다. 그런데도 정부나 국회는 불평등 문제를 그다지 심각하게 생각하지 않는 것 같다. 여기서 의문이 생긴다. 누군가 불평등을 정당화함으로써 시민들의 비판과 저항을 차단하는 것이 아닐까? 그래서 필자는 불평등과 미디어의 관계를 파악해보고자 하였다. 필자는 경제적 국가적 이념적 불평등이 사회 성격을 좌우하며, 이것들이 미디어 불평등의 근원임을 설명하였다. 미디어 정치경제학을 분석 도구로 삼아 자본주의 불평등은 미디어와 정보의 불평등을 초래하며, 미디어는 불평등을 재생산함으로써 자본주의를 정당화한다.
