A new optical-resistive voltage divider, which consists of light emitting diode, optic fiber, PIN-photo diode and a high qualify shielding resistive divider, whose total response time is 7.35 [ns], has been obtained. The optical to electrical signal converter was constructed with GaAsP series light emitting diode. The response characteristics have been verified by applying the Marx impulse voltage generator experimentally. Comparing with the performance of conventional resistive voltage divider, the characteristics of the proposed optical-resistive voltage divider are more excellent in step response and less sensitive to electromagnetic interference.

A strong need to improve the quality of electric power is increased because of increasing use of the sensitive and small-sized electronic devices. The surges on the low-voltage ac power lines are induced by nearby lightning return strokes, and the facilities for HA, OA, FA, ME as well as computer are easily damaged by high-voltage transients. The behaviors of lightning surge characteristics transferred from the primary winding to the secondary winding in distribution transformers using a Marx generator were experimentally investigated. The transfer characteristics of lightning surge associated with a custom service ground of secondary side were also examined.

Pulse transformers have been developed to apply for pulsed power technology as an alternative of a Marx generator. To obtain repetitive pulsed power generation, it is necessary to observe the rising time of output of pulse transformer. In this paper, using the equivalent circuit, The rising wave of output of pulse transformer is simulated for various input wave by using the Electromagnetic transient program(EMTP).

가속기 연구소에서 500kV 고전압 다중채널 다중갭(MGMC) 스위치를 개발하였다. 이 다중 채널 다중 갭 스위치는 개스를 채우는 방식으로 자발 방전전압을 증가 시킬 수 있는 10단의 갭으로 구성이 되어 있다. 멀티갭 스위치의 구조는 스위치의 자체 인덕턴스를 증가시키는 결과를 가져온다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 다중채널을 사용하여 인덕턴스를 줄이는 스위치로 구조를 설계하였다. 제작된 스위치는 500kV의 Marx generator를 사용하여 시험을 하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 스위치 선계 및 스위치의 특성에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

이 글은 러시아 혁명에서 1) 마르크스와 레닌(과 볼셰비키)의 사회주의 구상과 이를 실현할 대안 민주주의관이 매우 달랐음 2) 이런 대안 민주주의의 실현이 실패하는 과정과 원인 3) 당과 국가가 이런 실현 실패와 상호작용하며 확대된 과정 4) 이 결과 당시 사회주의 건설의 핵심과제였던 사회주의 시초축적, 농업 집단화, 계획경제 건설이 실패한 과정을 서술한다. 그래서 러시아의 사회주의 이행이 혁명 지도부의 잘못된 사회주의 구상과 결합된 잘못된 대안 민주주의관의 실천에 의해 실패했다는 점과 향후는 올바른 사회주의 구상과 대안 민주주의 실천의 결합이 필수라는 점이 결론이다.

The "Dismal Theorem" (Essay) of Maithus is juxtaposed to the utopianism of both Marquis de Condorcet and of William Godwin who believed in the perfectibility of man and of the greater power of civilization over that of population. The socio-political environment that gave birth to the neo-Maltbusianism and of the economic Malthusianism is briefly sketched on, along with the discrepancy between the early theories (1978) of Malthus and the later Malthusian theory; nemely, the biological population principles of his early period runs head-on into his theory of effective demand and underconsumption. Malthus belonged to both the anti-Ricardian and the Ricardian classical tradition, and his attempt to reconcile the anomalies was not very satisfactory. Karl Marx criticized Malthus for his incon-sistent radical conservative theory of population and John Maynard Keynes came to the rescue of this Maltbusian dilemma in the 1930's, with but a morsel of success.f success.

In this paper, 10kV solid-state pulsed power modulator with high repetition rate is described. The modulator is based on a Marx generator that charges capacitors in parallel and discharges them in series. Twelve IGBTs and capacitors are connected in series to generate output voltages up to 10kV at a repetition rate of 100kHz. The volume of the modulator is 26.1 liters, and its maximum average output power is 10kW. Therefore, the compact design is achieved with a high power density of 380 W/L. Finally, it is confirmed that the pulsed power modulator can operate stably through the experiment results at 10kV 100kHz condition.

After coming to power, Xi Jinping has continuously announced his political conviction, novel view of values, new thoughts and theories through the various kinds of mass media. A comprehensive understanding of these contents allows us to examine Xi Jinping's intention of building Chinese national ideology, and the process of change and settlement of his ideas. This paper aims to explore the following issues based on the Xi Jinping's statements. Chapter 2 examines the process and time-background where the ideas of Marx·Mao Zedong, and China specific ideology of Socialism become the sources of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 3 deals with the contents and function of the China dream which is the fundamental aim of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 4 focuses on the historical value of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation.

본 논문에서는 고전압 스위치와 팻 다이폴 안테나로 구성되는 광대역 LC 오실레이터를 설계 및 제작하고 방사 특성에 관해 분석하였다. 제안된 광대역 LC 오실레이터는 Marx generator를 고전압 펄스 전원 장치로 사용하며 지향성을 높이기 위해 $90^{\circ}$ 코너 리플렉터를 사용한다. 시뮬레이션 및 측정 파형을 분석한 결과, 팻 다이폴을 연결하지 않은 고전압 스위치는 수신 전력을 기준으로 약 9%(${\lambda}_1=0.7\;m$)의 3 dB 대역폭을 가지며, 고전압 스위치와 팻 다이폴 안테나로 구성되는 LC 오실레이터는 약 30%(${\lambda}_2=1\;m$)의 대역폭을 가진다. 결과적으로 팻 다이폴 안테나가 방사 전력뿐만 아니라 동작 주파수 및 대역폭에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문의 연구 내용은 고전압 스위치와 팻 다이폴 안테나로 구성되는 광대역 LC 오실레이터 설계 시 동작 주파수와 방사 전력을 결정하는데 있어서 매우 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

마르크스가 스스로 자신은 마르크스주의자가 아니라고 밝힌 것처럼 오늘날 마르크스주의의 위기는 결코 마르크스의 위기와 동의어가 될 수 없다. 마르크스주의의 위기는 마르크스의 방대한 이론 체계에서 일부분만 떼어 설명하는 데서 나타난 결과일 뿐이다. 이런 맥락에서 ‘마르크스주의 정치경제학’이 아닌 ‘마르크스의 정치경제학’이 재고될 필요가 있다. 마르크스는 독일 관념론, 프랑스 공산주의, 영국 고전파 경제학을 두루 섭렵했고, 이들을 종합하여 다수의 프롤레타리아가 더 인간답게 살 수 있는 길을 제시했다. 마르크스는 이를 위해 무엇이든 조사했으며, 무엇이든 알고자 했다. 이러한 학문적 자세는 복잡한 현대사회를 설명코자 할 때 반드시 필요하다. 그럼에도 현대의 학문은 분화.발전되어 소통 및 총체적 설명의 부재를 경험하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 마르크스주의 경제학과 신고전파 경제학의 소통 가능성을 검토함으로써 본연의 정치경제학을 되살리고자 했다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 경제학사적 접근방법을 시도했고, 분석적 마르크스주의 시각을 도입했다. 분석적 마르크스주의는 신고전파 경제학은 물론 기존의 사회과학에서 발전되어 온 방법론을 총동 원하여 전통적인 마르크스주의 이론이 빠뜨렸던 현실과의 간격을 메우고자 했다. 그렇다고 이들의 작업이 모든 이들의 동의를 획득한 것도 아니며, 모든 것을 설명할 수 있다는 것은 더더욱 아니다. 결국 생산과 소비, 거시와 미시, 구조와 행위를 아우르는 이론체계를 정립하는 것이 정치경제학에 남겨진 과제이다. 이는 ‘미디어/커뮤니케이션 정치경제학’에도 해당된다. 특히 미디어/커뮤니케이션학 분야는 철학(미학), 인문학, 정치학, 경제학, 사회학, 공학까지 걸쳐 있고, 실재 미디어/커뮤니케이션 현상과 그와 관련된 정책 또한 다양한 정치경제적 역학구도 속에서 결정된다. 따라서 미디어/커뮤니케이션 정치경제학은 여전히 유효하며, 좀 더 많은 사람의 동의를 획득하기 위해 더 정교해질 필요가 있다. 모든 이론에 열린 자세를 가지고 학제 간 연구가 활성화된다면 미디어/커뮤니케이션 정치경제학의 설명력은 더 증대될 것이다.
