Korea has experienced an increase in the number of immigrants in accordance with accelerated globalization. In particular, the rapid surge in international marriages and multicultural families has created social adaptation or inclusion problems for these families in Korean society. This paper examines how information services or technological education programs affect the social integration of marriage migrant women in Korea. Using survey data on international marriage migrant women, we conducted multiple and logistic regression models to examine the relationship between information and technology services and life satisfaction and employment status. The results show that the experience of using social services tends to have positive effects on life satisfaction. Having experiences of information services or technological education improves marriage migrant women's chances of employment and increases their willingness to work or start a business. This indicates the importance of information services or technological educational training and social services in improving social adaptation and integration of marriage migrant women in Korea.
The purpose of the study was to examine the characteristics of the Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale(KMSS). KMSS was designed as a short and direct assessment of marital satisfaction. The scale consists of three items where respondents are directly asked how satisfied they are with their marriage, with their partner as a spouse, and with their relationship with their spouse. 1) Through item analysis, three items were significant discrimination for husbands and wives. 2) The KMSS consisted of 1 factor for husbands and wives. 3) Cronbach alpha estimates of internal consistency reliability of 93 for husband and of 89 for wives. 4) For wives, the item means between satifaction with their marriage and satisfaction with their relationsphip with their husbands were significantly different, even though the items were highly correlated. For husbands, three item means weren't significantly different. 5) The distribution of responses to the scale for husbands and wives departed si nificantly from normality in terms of skewness and kurtosis. 6) The scale was correlated, in expected directions, with the Marital Comparison Level Index (MCLI) and Marital Instability Index(MII), for husbands and wives. In conclusion, the scale offers promise for use in clinical evaluation and survey research where a brief but reliable measure of marital satisfaction is required.

Factors influencing marital satisfaction in both group were lower levels of acculturative and housewives life stress, higher levels of support from spouse, and living with parents-in-law. Conclusion: Rural married immigrant women may have more problems in adjusting to Korean culture and marriage compared to urban women. This study is positive research to figure out enculturation types and to analysis influence of enculturation types on life's satisfaction of the marriage immigrant women. By precedent study, enculturation types was classified by integration factor, separation factor, assimilation factor and marginalization factor. To achieve objectives of study, we carried out sampling, survey and statistical analysis. According to result of study, integration factor and assimilation factor were appeared positive influence and separation factor was appeared negative influence statistically on quality of life of them. Therefore for quality of life of the marriage immigrant women, it need to develop interact system with native persons, support opportunity to associate with koreans, and promote fair treatment and interaction of koreans for them. And government have to execute multiculturalism policy more than assimilation policy. this study have that was samples's regional limitation, few variables limitation, and cross-sectional research's limitation. Therefor it needs more wide and depth research than this for future.

This study aimed to identify predictors of acculturation types among marriage migrant women at the individual and dominant society levels. To accomplish this goal, we recruited marriage migrant women from China and Vietnam, classified their acculturation types according to their scores on acculturation attitudes, and performed multinomial logistic regression on acculturation types by entering marriage migrant women's individual and dominant society level factors as covariates based on previous research. The results showed that most of the participants were classified under integration(N=376), followed by assimilation(N=66), separation(N=60) and marginalization(N=48). Lower household income, lower sense of mastery, weaker ethnic identity and lower social support predicted assimilation as compared to integration. Less education, higher household income, weaker ethnic identity, lower family satisfaction and lower social support predicted separation as compared to integration. Finally, as compared to integration, marginalization was predicted by lower sense of mastery, lower ethnic identity and lower social support. This study expands the current scholarship on acculturation by examining acculturation as an indicator of the psychosocial adaptation of immigrants and by identifying factors that predict specific acculturation types among marriage migrant women.
