During the last ten years, there have been many studies related with settlement and reinvigoration of CM. These researches have shown that the application of CM has been not reinvigorated in Korean construction industry yet, because of some problems such as the insufficient application of the public sector, the policy matters and the CM fee estimates. But the present condition data of the Korean CM Market shown in these studies was insufficient for the standpoint of Market itself. Also, some of these studies compared the Korean CM Market with The America CM Market, to study the foreign CM markets. However, because the Korea CM Market only has the CM for Fee Market but the American CM Market has the CM for Fee and the CM at Risk, the Korea CM Market must be not only compared with the America CM Market but also compared with the America CM for Fee Market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the present condition of the Korea CM Market through the compare and contrast of the Korean CM Market, American CM Market and American CM for Fee Market, by the Market Growth rate and Market Share. This study further aims to verify whether Korean CM market was implemented.

The analysis of results of the market of loans granted to legal entities, the physical persons are provided in the work. The assessment of condition of industry segments of the market of the credits of legal entities is carried. The results of assessment of the market of the credits of physical persons by types of the granted loans are provided. The correlation and regression analysis on the industry segments of crediting of legal entities is carried out. The dynamics of development of debt on the industry segments of crediting is determined. The results show that: Hypothesis 1. The amount of the issued credits to the legal entities steadily in-creases on all industries of economy. Communication between the industry segments of market very high. Hypothesis 2. Crediting of physical persons is characterized by relative stability. The structure of overdue debt repeats the structure of the issued credits to the physical persons.

본 논문은 시기별 국내 건설경기 변화와 해외건설수주 간의 관계성을 벡터오차수정모형을 통해 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 IMF 외환위기 이후에는 주거용 건설경기가 하락할 경우에만, 해외건설시장 진출이 더욱 활발히 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 게다가 IMF 외환이기 이전보다 외환위기 이후에는 국내 주거용 건설경기 변화에 즉각적으로 반응하여 해외건설시장 진출 규모가 확대되는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 현상은 국내 건설업체들의 사업 포트폴리오 상 주거용 건설경기에 매우 민감하게 반응할 수밖에 없음에 기인한다. 즉 국내 주택시장 침체는 국내 건설업체의 경영상태에 심각한 영향을 미치게 되고, 이를 긴급히 타개하기 위하여 해외건설시장 진출 규모를 확대한 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 분석을 통해 확인한 바와 같이 주택경기 침체에 따른 건설업체 경영상태 악화를 개선하기 위하여 해외건설시장 진출의 외연적확대는 오히려 건설업체 경영상태를 더욱더 악화시키는 결과를 초래한 것이다. 이에 따라 급박한 상황에서의 사업 전환은 오히려 수익률 확보보다 회사 내 현금흐름 확보를 위한 수단으로 전락할 수도 있기 때문에 전략적 유연성을 확보할 수 있도록 사업 다각화 수준을 지속적으로 일정 범위 안에서 관리할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Mega-shock means a sporadic event such as the earning shock, which occurred by sudden market changes, and it can cause serious problems of profit loss of international construction projects. Therefore, the early response and prevention by analyzing and predicting the Mega-shock is critical for successful project delivery. This research is preliminary study to develop a prediction model that supports market condition analysis and Mega-shock forecasting. To avoid disadvantages of classic statistical approaches that assume the market factors are linear and independent and thus have limitations to explain complex interrelationship among a range of international market factors, the research team explored the Fractal Theory that can explain self-similarity and recursiveness of construction market changes. The research first found out correlation of the major market factors by statistically analyzing time-series data. The research then conducted a base of the Fractal analysis to distinguish features of fractal from data. The outcome will have potential to contribute to building up a foundation of the early shock warning system for the strategic international project management.

본 연구는 블루오션 전제조건의 하나인 고객가치혁신과 더불어 블루오션의 또다른 조건을 확인하고자 함을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 또한 시장을 세분화하고 적절한 전략을 수립함으로서 기업으로 하여금 블루오션 시장에 진입할 수 있도록 하고자 함이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 차별화된 가치혁신 요소를 지닌 시장에서의 접근, 가치혁신에 의한 시장세분화, 블루오션 착시시장의 특성을 가진 주요변수, 블루오션 시장진입을 위한 후발기업의 전략등의 문제를 다루고 있으며, 또한 가치와 관련된 문헌고찰, 블루오션 전략, 실제사례에서의 객관적 자료의 활용 등을 통해 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 내구재와 비내구재의 대표적 사례로 껌과 냉장고 시장을 선정하였고, 가치혁신을 기준으로 시장을 분류한 결과 블루오션 시장과 블루오션 착시시장의 존재를 확인할 수 있었다.

This study was intended to analysis about quantity and quality aspects of speciality coffee industry in korea. All date was analysed by statistics package program spss 10.0. All market of coffee In korea, the market share of speciailty coffee have been maintained about 10 percent since it was analysed statically about coffee market in korea. The rest market is soluble coffee market. But by comparison with developed country case, korea's coffee market is being unbalanced between soluble coffee and speciality coffee market. This study was analyze actual consumer's consulnption styles of the speciality coffee as well as its industry. According to the qualitative analysis results from peter's model was analysed that made a high growth potentiality and profitability in the future. According to the quantitative analysis results, sampling unit's 87.6 percent made a recognize about the speciality coffee. Sensory evaluation results was researched that factors impacted on the overall speciality coffee quality was shown a significant diffrrence on the two dimension such as the body factor, acidity factor. This study has limit which can not represent overall recognition because of analysis based on limited data. It is thought that steady study should be continued hereafter through more systematic and reliable study method.

Korean construction industry made a huge growth over several decades. However, domestic construction market has shrunk in recent years due to the domestic political environments and global economic crisis. Today, the international construction markets become more important to be investigated, and demands for international construction study have risen. The purpose of this study is to search for measures to compare the potential of Southeast Asian countries' construction markets and select strategic target countries where the Korean construction companies pursue to explore for future investments. The research team investigated a range of selection factors which can represent the construction market condition of each country. These factors included the size of the construction industry, economic growth potential, current relationship with Korea, the level of infrastructure development, political situation, etc. After collecting data, each selection factor was scored by experts' analyses and the total score was given to each country. As a result, the rating identified attractive countries for future investments: Myanmar, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. For the target countries, analytical methods were used for in-depth market analysis that can provide comprehensive insight and strategic clue for development of short-/mid-/long-term roadmap and action plans. The research findings would be used to support rational decision making of construction investment advancing to the Southeast Asian economic growth.

This paper is aimed to explore the co-movement capital market in Southeast Asia and analysis the correlation of conventional and Islamic Index in the regional and global equity. This research become necessary to represent the risk on the capital market and measure market performance, as investor considers the volatility before investing. The time series daily data use from April 2012 to April 2020 both conventional and Islamic stock index in Malaysia and Indonesia. This paper examines the dynamics of conditional volatilities and correlations between those markets by using Multivariate Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (MGARCH). Our result shows that conventional or composite index in Malaysia less volatile than Islamic, but on the other hand, both drive correlation movement. The other output captures that Islamic Index in Indonesian capital market more gradual volatilities than the Composite Index that tends to be low in risk so that investors intend to keep the shares. Generally, the result shows a correlation in each country for conventional and the Islamic index. However, Internationally Indonesia and Malaysia composite and Islamic is low correlated. Regionally Indonesia's indices movement looks to be more correlated and it's similar to Malaysian Capital Market counterparts. In the global market distress condition, the diversification portfolio between Indonesia and Malaysia does not give many benefits.

This study analyzes patents related to oil diagnosis of construction equipment. Oil diagnosis is extremely important for maintaining construction equipment properly. Through the evaluation of existing patents, a patent strategy for the future construction equipment market is presented. The related patents are classified and selected in several steps. Finally, 16 valid patents are selected and analyzed in detail. In the classification process, patents are classified by country, year, and company. A market analysis shows that the top 10 companies have a market share of more than 50. In addition to patents related to the oil analysis of construction equipment, patents related to automobile oil analysis and development of oil sensors are investigated to identify the contents of patents in other fields that can be applied to oil diagnosis technology for construction equipment. Moreover, not only the contents of research articles of two Korean construction companies, but also the research trends in the literature in this field are used in the analysis. The related patents of the two Korean companies are few. Companies with a high market share, including Caterpillar, hold many patents, and patents for diagnosis algorithms using such technologies as artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks, along with oil sensor-based condition monitoring technology, are gradually expanding.
